I think they're a bit far-fetched and sometimes they don't make sense at all because he doesn't seem to fully understand the story (He gets a lot of facts wrong), but this one...this one is REALLY, like REALLY interesting imo. Even if Xemnas did grow a new heart, it wouldn't be Terra or Xehanort's heart, it'd be a new heart based on who Xemnas is.
