KingdomHearts3 2,591 Posted November 22, 2015 (edited) Chapter 34: The Keyblade War: Part 5: Organization XIV Another Fox News alert comes up as now Shepherd Smith is covering the whole Keyblade War that has broken out. "This is a Fox News alert," he begins "the Keyblade War has now extended outside of the Walt Disney World resort and outside of all Disney resorts around the world. You may remember that this war first broke out in the Magic Kingdom theme park in Walt Disney World, then it spread to the rest of the resort complex. Shortly after that, this war spread to the Disneyland resort in California and the rest of the Disney resorts around the world. Now, the chaos and bloodshed have spilled into the public... and is now spreading around the world like an uncontrolled wildfire. Folks, this is no illusion. We are watching a war, that has been portrayed in a video game series as the deadliest ever witnessed, break out and be as deadly, if not more so, than portrayed. All you can do, is stay inside, and pray for your protection. It will come here to New York City, so we too will be prepared... and pray for our protection by the right people." My family prays even harder for their son. Unfortunately, they do not know what has happened to him, but pray that he will turn out alright. My family hears bangs and booms and before they know it, the war is right nearby. Luckily, their son put a powerful protection spell all around the property to keep them shielded from the effects of the war. They still prayed for their son's safety or at least, him being alright when it all ends, as well as for their own safety. ------------------------------------------------------------------- Adrian was in the older portion of Fantasyland behind the castle. Of course, he lost track of where everyone was including his friends. Yet, he could not stop now nonetheless even though he has no clue where they are... or at least, if fate has already started taking them and it's only a matter of time before it takes him. He was directly behind the castle by the border between New Fantasyland and Old Fantasyland and fighting dark warriors one by one. Of course, he is only getting involved in short, swift matches with other foes. He so wishes at least one of his friends were around so he would feel a bit better. His ancestor was alone most when it came to the first war, so it is the same thing here. Meanwhile, as this war rages on, Adrian sees keyblades both lying and sticking out of the ground just like the Keyblade Graveyard. Adrian immediately gasped to himself and as he looked at one keyblade, he had a quick vision that it was in the graveyard amid the rest sticking out of the soil. Then the vision disappeared almost as fast as it appeared. Adrian now had the red flag be drawn mentally. As this war rages on, the Magic Kingdom along with Walt Disney World and Disney resorts around the world are turning into keyblade graveyards steadily. If this war does not end, the entire earth will become the new, and possibly true, Keyblade Graveyard. This scared Adrian to death as everything he has treasured will be replaced by dead keyblades lying in the midst of rubble or wasteland. He refused to let that happen, he refused to let darkness overcome earth and let earth become a dead planet. He fought with everything he physically had. He sensed that he would need to save his power from old, but was not sure why, yet he saved it. Adrian gets caught up fighting another dark warrior, but this one put up some fight. He struck Adrian across the face and that was enough for Adrian to get mad and pull a spin move on the foe, grab him from behind, and slit the foe's throat. Once that foe hits the ground in a thud being dead, Adrian turns to see the New Fantasyland and sees what looked like three dark keyblade wielders coming toward him. Right next to him, he finds Ephemera finish off a foe of his own by sweeping the foe's feet out from underneath and stabbing him. Ephemera turned around quickly and saw Adrian nearby and immediately went to him. "Ephemera, have you seen Ben, or anyone?" Adrian asked him. "I thought the elite were together with you?" Ephemera asked back. Then, an uneasy feeling came over both of them as they just had a very bad feeling about their friends. "At least the seven are still together... I hope," Ephemera said "but I fear the worst has happened to some of you, the elite, already." Adrian had a bad feeling to, but did his best not to show his concern. "Hey! You!" someone shouted at Adrian. It was one of the three and he looked angry. Adrian was immediately alert and ready for them. When the three showed up, they all wore black coats. The one in front of two of them took off his hood and a male's face with light brown hair spiked in the front with yellow eyes appeared. The other two kept their hoods on. "You were part of those four that killed us one by one in The World That Never Was!" he shouted "My buds and I had to pull the covers off of you all just to expose you fools!" Well, Adrian now has the answer to who blew his and his friends' cover in the thirteen's world. His enemy clearly was not happy with what Adrian and his friends did in the thirteen's world killing one by one dark soldiers. Apparently, the Elite must have killed some friends of this guy's because if they were not friends of his, then he would have just shrugged it off and proclaim all those killed as those brave enough to rebel against the light's tyranny and fight until death. Not in this case, he wants his revenge now. "Since you have crossed the line by killing some of my friends," the foe said "I will make you see just what happens to those who cross the line!" He then puts his hood up and gets into stance with his keyblade along with his two minions. "If you are so passionate about your friendship, then why serve darkness?" Adrian asked. "Because we knew that if we win, idiots that served the light like you will be on your knees and we of the darkness would be supreme," the foe explained. "Me and my friends would watch as you and the rest of the Supreme Elite serve us and we would become the Supreme Elite!" Adrian became really annoyed by what he has "planned" for him by this guy. This scum wants to see Adrian stoop so low as to lose and kiss his shoe in servitude as he and his friends no longer are the Supreme Elite and this guy and his friends are. It disgusted him to think of it, but to be told he will become the lowest of low and be talked to like he were nothing and had no value really ticked him off and he went into stance along with Ephemera. "No! You can forget it!" Ephemera shouted to the enemy in anger "The Supreme Elite have never lost and would never stoop so low to kiss your shoe. You will learn the hard way since you refuse to learn the easy way of what happens to those who dare to defy and challenge the Supreme Elite!" Then both sides charged at each other and clashed. The main warrior went one-on-one with Adrian since he was his focus. The other two went two-on-one with Ephemera. It did not bother him though and he wanted Adrian to not worry about him as he was in perfect control. The foe of Adrian's had some skill, but his willpower was shown the most and that made defeating him harder, otherwise, he would have been finished off in a matter of a couple of minutes. Adrian kept on slashing him, but apparently, the cuts were not big enough to stop the foe and he kept on coming back at Adrian. Adrian used fire, blizzard, and thunder spells and although most of them hit his foe, they still were not enough to stop the enemy. In fact, the enemy only came back harder and screamed as he was going to strike Adrian. It was getting tiresome and annoying, so Adrian got him in a stalemate and then he used his left hand and uppercutted his foe in the face. That got his enemy off balance as he went to cover his face. However, that left his abdomen open and so Adrian immediately stabbed him in the middle of his body. The dark warrior screamed and then breathed in heavily through his nose and just stood there and looked at Adrian with anger. "You will not win," he said as blood started coming out of his mouth like a vampire. Adrian pulled his blade out and the warrior fell onto the ground dead. Adrian looks to see Ephemera and already one warrior is dead with a bloody X all over his chest. Ephemera was fighting a rather slightly harder warrior who was a head taller than him to make him a few inches taller than Adrian. Adrian ran to Ephemera's side and just knocked the foe's keyblade away then spun around and slit his throat. the foe then fell to the ground dead as well just like his other two partners. "Wow, clearly I have been doing it wrong, Ephemera said to Adrian who then looked up at him after staring at the dead soldier. "I have much to learn in order to do like how the Elite do it: the correct way." He then put his hand to his heart and bowed his head toward Adrian. "Hey, don't worry about it," Adrian consoled. Ephemera looked up after Adrian said that. "You did what you thought was best and I did too. My way took less time, but that does not mean what you were doing was wrong. You would most certainly have won, but I decided to do it the shorter and faster way. Plus, I wanted to help you since I took care of my business already." Ephemera nodded in thanks and smiled. Suddenly, a blizzard spell flew right between them and then a bolt of lightning from a thunder spell that missed crashed down between Ephemera and Adrian. The two were sent flying in opposite directions away from each other: Adrian toward the New Fantasyland and Ephemera toward Old Fantasyland. Adrian landed on the ground hard and took some time to try to get up, but then a dark warrior noticed him lying on the ground and started attacking him. Adrian rolled out of the way and then started defending from the ground. He eventually did an acrobatic trick that swept his foe from his feet and put Adrian on his. All he did then was disarm his attacker and then stabbed him. Adrian felt around his body the results of the surprise. He had cuts on his arms and his face had dirt on the left side and a bit on the right. A cut that went from the jaw to his temple was visible. It bled some to make it visible to see. His clothes had holes and tears in them; they looked tattered at the end in some places. What Adrian was more concerned about was Ephemera. He looked around and Ephemera was nowhere to be found. Just then, a dark corridor opens up behind him. Adrian turns around quickly and there is Ronnie standing with his black clothing and keyblade in hand. Ronnie had a smirk on his face as he saw Adrian all roughed up, cut up, and clothing all tattered with holes and tears. "So this is an example of what the Supreme Elite look like at their finest," he taunted "I managed a challenge from that Kairi. She's not half bad; probably more of a challenge than you will be." "Look, what's the reason you are here?" Adrian asked firmly. "Well, Ben fell to his fate so I cannot kill him now," Ronnie said casually. Adrian had chills go up him as he learns Ben fell to fate meaning that fate has already started taking hold of his friends. What order it will be in he can't say. "Go figure. So I might as well either lead the rest of you to your fates or just kill you all myself," Ronnie continued. "In my opinion, the latter is more preferable especially since Nick and Vanitas could not do it. I will make death for you the most horrifying thing you ever see!" Ronnie charges at Adrian and the two fight it out. Ronnie was hard and Adrian had to use some of his power to stay ahead. With it, he swung harder and hit more powerfully and with more speed. Ronnie though is able to keep up just enough and exchanges with Adrian with the same intensity. Adrian fired a few light spells and elemental spells, but they were no use and Ronnie just blocked them and/or struck them down. However, he did not counter with magic or use it at all. Clearly, he wants his blade to kill Adrian, not magic. Adrian, just like his ancestor, used the skills of Ventus, Terra, and Aqua combined to fight Ronnie. It was perfect and Ronnie did not know how to handle it because if he fought a certain way, he would be outmatched my two other skill sets that were being used at the same time. Adrian eventually sent a powerful shockwave from his hand toward Ronnie and sent him back flying. Ronnie lands on his feet and fires Dark Link at Adrian. Adrian fires back at the blast of energy and so it becomes like Ventus fighting Vanitas for the last time in BbS where both use Dark Link against the other. Ronnie is slowly getting the upper hand as the point of collision is getting closer to Adrian. Adrian used light energy and in a huge wave of force, pushed the point to Ronnie and created an explosion. Ronnie was sent flying back farther and was now about almost ten yards away from Adrian. However, he got up slowly, but deliberately and just smiled. Master Xehanort and the thirteen darknesses appeared from dark corridors one after another in number order. Master Xehanort grinned just like he did in BbS at Adrian. Adrian was not very comfortable with this and was at first wondering why he is being looked at the way he is, but then it came to him and he tried to deny it, but couldn't because his conscience overtook him. "As there was a vessel to keep Sora's memories locked away and delay his waking," Master Xehanort said "so there must be a new vessel to break the bond of the Supreme Elite." Darkness immediately formed a pool around Adrian's feet and anchored them to the ground. Nick and Ronnie appeared next to Adrian and grabbed his arms and hands and held them tightly. Adrian was stuck in place like a target at a shooting range. Master Xehanort, like in KH3D, waved his hand over his keyblade and put a piece of his heart in it. Then, he raises it up and then points it at Adrian and fires that piece at Adrian. Adrian mentally apologizes to his friends and the seven and then the piece of Master Xehanort's heart entered him. Adrian felt like a tight pain as the piece entered him. He had a shocked face as the foreign entity entered his heart and became a part of it. Now, it became clear what Xemnas meant when he once said a piece of his heart is missing: this is the piece. Adrian looked up and into space with a pain stricken face as his eyes went from brown to gold and his hair became slightly darker with a hint of grey at the end. The dark pool disappeared and Ronnie and Nick let go of Adrian slowly. Adrian then faced down and eyes closed and heavy breathing through his nose, which calmed some. Then, Adrian turned his face up toward Master Xehanort and opened his eyes. He then grinned in an evil way, the same way as Master Xehanort who had the same grin. Master Xehanort then disappeared into a dark corridor along with the rest of the thirteen; Ronnie and Nick did the same thing too. Adrian became the new Xehanort just like his ancestor became a servant of the dark lord of the first Keyblade War. So now, the new name of the thirteen darknesses is now Organization XIV. KingdomHearts3 2,591 Posted December 5, 2015 (edited) Chapter 35: The Keyblade War: Part 6: Torn Apart The Keyblade War has reached my family's place. Thanks to the barrier, all misfired spells merely explode as they crash against the barrier. My family is not worried because they trust that with prayer and their son's spell, the war will remain off property. However, they close all blinds and decided that it's best not to witness just how horrible the war is. They continue to pray the rosary for their son as well as for their protection. Then, a new Fox News alert pops up on Fox News Channel. "This is a Fox News alert," Shepherd Smith said "we just got new satellite images of planet earth from space. Here is what it looks like." An image of earth is shown on the screen. Earth is now a black ball in the midst of space. Darkness has completely covered it and multiple images show what appear to be black clouds. They look as though they are moving and lighter spots appear here and there indicating the lightning coming from them. "This is not the only news we've obtained," he continued. "The Keyblade War has now spread rapidly throughout the Untied States and throughout countries with Disney parks. It is now right outside the Fox News Channel studios in the streets of New York City. No one is on the roads, but we here at Fox News have basically went into lockdown and have tried our best to make a fortress out of our studios to protect ourselves. Washington has gone into lockdown as well and the U.S military has tried to beat back this war with force, but nothing has been accomplished. Internationally, the war has spread throughout the entire world, enveloping one nation after another. Even unstable places have been overrun by this horrifying conflict. Folks... there are no words to describe this. This seems to be a conflict that came from worlds beyond our own. It does make you wonder, what else is out there and what worlds did this come from? We must try our best to adapt as quickly as possible." ------------------------------------------------------------------ Jack is fighting in the Town Square of Main Street USA. He sees the shops in flames and some buildings collapsed all together. The train station is partially collapsed as well. It's sad for Jack to see the Magic Kingdom crumble like this, but it puts him in deep sorrow know that by now possibly, this war has spread throughout the country and the world. That knowledge fueled him to fight until this is all over. However, he could not help but be rather worried. What are the odds that by now, out of all the Supreme Elite, he is the last man standing? He did not want it to be, but that possibility was very much real. In fact, he sensed that he is even though he did not want to believe it. Still, it did not deter him from fighting one dark foe after another. He kept fighting for what felt like hours. It turned out, he fought almost an hour. He was just concerned about not gasping too heavily and trying to not pass out from being winded. He may have an ancient power, but his ancestor probably got winded after fighting for so long in the first war. Thanks to Jack wielding his keyblade reverse grip, it makes fighting other dark foes that more convenient. It is such a rare skill to fight with keyblade in reverse grip and his Unbound Power keyblade is perfect for the job just as it was with his ancestor. As he was fighting two dark foes at the same time, a fire spell from behind Jack came and knocked the foe to his left backwards and forced him to fall onto the ground. Jack pushed his foe back enough and wondered who fired that spell and from where. He looks next to him and up comes Ventus, one of the seven lights and his other reverse-wielding friend. "Ventus?! I thought you are supposed to be fighting the darknesses?" Jack asked. "Some of us are here and in the Keyblade Graveyard too. Where are the rest of the elite?" Ventus replied. Jack just shook his head with a stunned like look on his face. "Well, don't give up hope on them. Right now, we have these guys," Ven said and then they both took their stances, which are the same exact ones, and faced the two foes. The foes reset themselves, take stance for a moment, then immediately start charging after the light and elite. Jack and Ventus both fought with similar style, but Jack had more of his ancient power influence his fighting than Ventus did. He had some moves and attacks that even Ventus did not know. It impressed Ventus as he fought and he tried fighting like Jack since he and the rest of the lights have sworn to follow after the Supreme Elite's example. As the two of them kept fighting, slowly, more dark warriors would get involved fighting them. Jack and Ventus both eventually fought two-on-one for both of them. It still did not bother them at all for Jack's ancestor and Ventus's predecessor, Tachytito who held Wayward Wind long ago, fought multiple enemies at the same time, including two-on-one. They tried to kill at least one of their foes, but their foe would manage to dodge enough to make them both miss and still fight them. More warriors from the dark got involved and before Jack and Ven knew it, they were surrounded by a ratio of 3:1. It was getting troublesome for the two keyblade masters to finish it completely. Surrounded, Jack had to think what to do, but then he remembered a reaction command he learned of that Ventus and Aqua did with Mickey whenever they fought with Mickey separately. "Ven, do you recall first fighting with Mickey?" Jack asked Mickey. "Yeah I do. Why do you ask?" Ventus replied. "I just hatched an idea on how to possibly get rid of some of these guys." "Wait, you mean that we should dual attack?" "Precisely, and I will give you a rather familiar signal when we strike." Ventus nodded then they waited and watched as the dark enemies orbited slowly around them as though they were predators observing their prey and the two masters were the prey to them. All of a sudden, the six foes charged at them in one motion. "Let's team up!" Jack shouts and the two of them perform Burst of Faith thereby knocking away their enemies. It kept them at bay for a while as they looked at each other with worry, for they had no clue how to handle the situation. "Take this!" Jack and Ven shout and they finish with a burst that sends all warriors flying all around, some into other matches and others into the clutches of light warriors. Those who fell into light warrior hands were slain right on the spot. However, those that flew into other matches got right back up and headed right back toward the two masters. There were about three who returned. Jack and Ven began fighting again, but another fellow warrior came by and began fighting alongside Ven and Jack. All three of them eventually defeat and kill their enemies. Jack beheads his foe, Ventus slashes his across the body and creates a huge gash across the abdomen, and the fellow warrior stabs his foe in the middle of the chest. When everything calms, Jack looks to see who the helper is and it turns out to be none other than Mike from school back north. "Mike! I can't believe you are here!" Jack said excitingly. "Of course! I wield a keyblade and I figured I might as well fight the darkness," Mike replied. "I am glad that I found you; you looked like you were in trouble. It's also cool to meet you Ven." Ven nodded in return at the greeting. "Thank you Mike. It really helped a lot," Jack said. Mike smiled in return. "AAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAHHHHHHHHHHHH!!!!!!!!!" Mike screamed immediately and his face became full of pain. Behind him were Nick and Ronnie; Nick stabbed Mike right in the back. "NNNNNOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO!!!!!!!!" Jack screamed at the top of his lungs. Mike then looked at Jack and then blood started coming from his mouth. Then, Nick pulled out his keyblade and Mike fell to the ground while putting the blade of the black and white Void Gear he wielded into the ground just like in the Keyblade Graveyard. Jack immediately ran to him and knelt by his side; Ven remained by Jack the whole time, but remained standing a little behind Jack. Nick and Ronnie just let the whole process go and smiled as they watched. Mike was breathing heavily as he lay dying on the street. "I'm sorry Jack. I tried my best," Mike said. "No Mike, please don't let go," Jack said in distress and sorrow. "It's alright," Mike replied "I am glad I fought alongside with you and Ven. I want you to do this for me now: take my keyblade and when this is all done, give it to my family. My body will be found once the war ends. Please... for me." Jack now started sobbing some and reluctantly nodded his head. Mike smiled weakly at him in reply as a way to thank him. Then, he closed his eyes and became still as death overcame him. Jack took the Void Gear, stood up and held it up. He waved his hand over it and then it disappeared. Jack would be able to summon it now until he gave it to Mike's family. "My oh my, all of this sentimentality and sorrow..." Nick condescendingly said. Jack and Ventus immediately turned their attention to the two darknesses. Jack is now really ticked off for what just happened. "That is just one piece of breaking your heart, but now I have something that will truly break it," Nick said with a big grin. Jack felt his heart go into his feet when he heard this. Please don't tell him it's about his friends. "All of your friends have fallen to their fate and you are the last man standing!" Nick said. Jack was stunned and grief struck him immediately; Ventus gasped at hearing that Jack is the last one to remain. Jack felt as though a knife stabbed him in the heart and so he put his hands to his chest and in weakness, went on his knees. Ven saw and immediately went to him to help Jack. Jack felt the pain and was breathing heavily to try to suck it up. "Heh, I find it perfect that you feel pain because of this," Ronnie said. "With Ben falling to darkness, Shane taken over by it, and Adrian becoming another Xehanort, all that's left is to have darkness destroy you." Jack listened, but did not make eye contact with his brother nor Ronnie. He controlled his breathing, took a breath in, and stood up and looked at his dark brother and Ronnie in the eye with determination. "I may be the last one standing," Jack said "but until this war is done and I can't fight anymore, I will do so to keep what my friends and I have alive. My friends are my power, and I'm theirs!" Then he summoned his keyblade and took stance along with Ventus. Nick and Ronnie summoned their keyblades too and took stance. Both sides charged toward each other and clashed. Jack fought his dark fraternal twin while Ventus fought Ronnie. Spells were flying from all four of them back and forth. So were keyblades as Jack and Ventus used the different raid attacks against their opponents. Jack even tried some of the attacks found in Kingdom Hearts X chi, but they did not help enough and he paid with Nick coming back and pulling a blitz on him attacking consistently. Soon, Nick and Jack ended up in a stalemate with each pushing against the other. Ventus and Ronnie were still going on. Ronnie fires a Dark Flare spell at Ven. Ven strikes it down creating the explosion, but he jumps through the black. Ronnie and Ven now fight some in the air and Ventus perries Ronnies keyblade and just like his final blow against Vanitas in BbS, he strikes Ronnie down that way too. Ronnie felt the massive force and is sent back toward the Exposition Hall. Ventus lands on the ground in stance while Ronnie is on the ground. He then stands up and grins. "Impressive, I can't wait for what's next," Ronnie said and disappeared into a dark corridor. Ventus immediately looked toward Jack and sees him still in a stalemate. Jack breaks out of the stalemate and punches Nick in the face, then kicks him sending him backwards a half a yard. To end it, Jack fires dark energy from his keyblade as a way of making Nick taste his own medicine. Nick bit the whole bullet and was thrusted backwards ten yards toward the Behind the Seeds tour entrance nearby the Exposition Hall. Nick got up slowly, but surely and just smiled at Jack. Ventus begins to head towards Jack's side, but then the worst happened. Darkness began to encircle itself around Jack like it did to Emma Swan in Once Upon a Time. At first, it was not a large amount of darkness, but then it increased. Jack tried escaping, but when he moved out of place, the dark power would just put him back. Ventus even tried to strike the dark power away, but was merely swatted away. Jack felt as though he were being suffocated by the darkness. He looked at Ventus and tried his best to speak to him. "Leave... now... You have to... fight... the... thirteen..." Jack managed to say. Ventus was so reluctant to leave, but he nodded with sorrow in his face and disappeared into a light corridor. The darkness that kept circling around Jack like a tornado then gathered into a pool anchoring Jack's feet down. It then grew up his legs and started to cover him. The darkness spread all over Jack's body and crept up to his face. He then felt pain like never before to the point where he now learned the new definition of pain. What's worse is there is there is nothing he can do about it. "I'm sorry Ben, Shane, and Adrian," Jack said to himself. "I failed you." The dark power covered his entire face and now Jack looked like his own shadow on a clear, sunny day as the darkness covered his body completely. The darkness is now beginning to tear Jack apart and kill him in a most violent way from the inside out. Now, all of the Supreme Elite have fallen to their fate. KingdomHearts3 2,591 Posted December 12, 2015 Chapter 36: The Keyblade War: Part 7: Fading Light Finds New Life Master Xehanort stands in the Keyblade Graveyard on the mountain he and Terra fought when he and Vanitas fought the three masters. The other Xehanorts were with him as he stood with his hands behind his back observing the Keyblade War rage far below him. Ronnie and Nick appear through a dark corridor to his left and right respectively. "Master Xehanort," Ronnie said "all of the Supreme Elite have fallen to their fate." Master Xehanort smiled as he heard the news. Now that the Supreme Elite have fallen to fate like he expected, the seven and thirteen can fight uninterrupted. Also, Earth can now become part of his domain once he obtains the X-blade. "Wonderful," he replied. "Now destiny can unfold with no obstacles to withhold it." "What shall we do now?" Nick asked. Master Xehanort looked over his shoulder at them still smiling. "Go to your world and defeat any opposition," he ordered. Ronnie and Nick smiled manically and disappeared into dark corridors. Master Xehanort's smile went away as he then walked through the midst of the other twelve darkness toward the inner area of the mountain. Just then, light corridors opened up and the seven lights all came out of them with keyblades in hand and determination on their faces. Master Xehanort summoned his keyblade and grinned at them. --------------------------------------------------------------- I fell head first into the darkness. It was at the same speed and pace Aqua fell when she fell into the Realm of Darkness. I was calm and kept a blank mind. I couldn't help it, I fell to my fate and by now, all of my friends have as well. What could I do? I failed my family and the rest of my friends I knew. I even failed the seven lights. I failed the seven lights. As I thought about it, I began weeping to myself. All the sacrifices that Ven, Terra, and Aqua did have all gone to nothing. I pledged to myself that I will do whatever it takes to make sure their sacrifices would not have been in vain. Look what I did? Nice job! You really did your best not to make their sacrifice look like nothing. I wept heavily to myself as I thought about it all. My family has been a nervous wreck and they don't know where I am or how I am. I won't see them again. I will walk in darkness for all my life and probably be destroyed eventually by the dark depths because I would have fought to where I realize that I have nothing to fight for. Just then, I started having visions. Rather, I was actually seeing interesting things. I flipped my head upright so I could see the apparitions properly. I saw what looked like a window and it showed my family in the living room praying the rosary for me while watching Fox News. I put my head back to what it was originally and stared into space in thought with my mouth slightly open in wonder: my family is praying for me. Once that window disappeared, I saw orbiting around me my family's busts as colored visions. They all smiled and circled around me "C'mon Ben, you can do it!" mom said. "You got this buddy!" dad followed. "You're the best Ben!" my sister said last. Then, the faces disappeared. I started to get all choked up and misty as I thought about what I saw. My family has been reaching out to me through their hearts and finally reached me. A few moments pass by and nothing happens. Then, I saw just like before my friends in the same way. They too have their busts colored and orbiting around me. "You got this bro," Shane said. "You can do it Ben. I know you can," Jack followed. "Come on little bro, I believe you can do it. I know Ben: he never gives up. You can do it," Adrian said. Then those disappear and once again, moments pass and nothing. Then, the busts of the seven show up. They all do the same thing again as my friends and family before. "Come on Ben!" "You can do it!" "Don't give up!" "We believe in you!" "We follow you and won't give up on you!" All of these came from them all one after another. Then, they all disappear. I am still upside-down as all of this takes place. My mind then goes off in thought from seeing everything. Do so many people really believe in me? I can still reach the hearts of those close to me from here? That's right, that's what brought Sora and Riku out of the Realm of Darkness after their first fight with Xemnas. I guess I am no different when it comes to reaching out to other's hearts. A part of my personality is I relate to people. I feel their pain and feel their joy. I share in all other's sorrow and in their rejoicing. I connect with others when I meet them. I rejoice in their successes and do not become envious of their victory. I be their rock in their defeats and downtrodden times . Maybe I am more like Sora than I thought even though I would like to align myself with Ventus, Terra, and Aqua. Sora has that ability that I have. He connects with others, he shares their sorrow, he shares their anger, he shares their happiness, he shares their love. He connects with others hearts. Sora rejoices other's successes and acts as a rock in their defeats. As Sora connects with hearts of many others, so do I. I turn my head and suddenly see my ancestor there standing upright looking just like me. I stare at him while upside-down falling into the Dark Realm. He is smiling at me gently and clearly knows what is happening and what just happened; I could tell in his face. "I see you have many people close to you," he said to me. "Yeah I do," I replied. "However, I am falling to fate. I don't think it would be as simple like when Sora and Riku escaped here. Besides, it was written thousands of years ago and affected you." My ancestor nodded in understanding, but then he chuckled. "Yes it did affect me," he said "but don't you realize? I am still very much alive through you. You are me and I am you. I told you this before." I then turned over and now stand upright like him. "How do I do it though?" I asked him. "With some help," he replied. "What I have told you before, I will tell you again." Then, behind him, it gets brighter and brighter and people appear. First, my best friends appear to his left. Then, their ancestors, my ancestor's best friends, appear to his right. My family then appears behind my ancestor and soon, the seven appear, Lea, Donald, Goofy, Ephemera, and the Foretellers all appear. Everyone is smiling at me along with my ancestor. Then, my ancestor walks up to me and touches where my heart is. I look and see a little light glow for a second then disappear. Then, an aura of white light surrounds me. I look back at my ancestor and he remains standing in front of me." "It's up to the individual to have the final say," he said. "I waited for the right time to come to have it." Then he grabbed my hands and held them with a passion in between us. "Our time has come to give the last word," he told me while looking at me dead in the eye. "My heart has resided in yours and we have become one. Now, we make our own destiny." Then, everyone disappeared and there was nothing now, but the black of the Realm of Darkness. I still had the white aura surrounding me, but it glowed in a consistent way. I was deep in thought as I reflected on all that I saw. "He's right," I said "I have my strength through everyone close to me. My family, my friends, the seven, even the Foretellers, they all have become close to me. My family is praying for me to be alright and I need to make sure I am. The seven still believe and follow me and my friends, I can't disappoint them. Neither should I make Ven's, Terra's, and Aqua's sacrifice appear to be in vain. My friends believe in me and I do as well with them. No, no... I won't allow it. I won't go down this way." Then, like Ryuga in Beyblade Metal Masters when summoning his special move, I do the same motion as him as I speak . "I won't lose... to ANYOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOONNNNNNE!!!!!!!!" I scream. The aura at the same time grew in energy and size and was shot upward. Then, just like the special move Dragon Emperor Supreme Flight from Beyblade Metal Masters, the aura engulfs me and shoots upwards in even stronger force. In the Plaza on Main Street, a dark portal opens up and at first some light energy rises up from it for a brief moment, then it turns into a huge, thick column and a huge blast of light energy shoots high into the sky far above Magic Kingdom. Every soldier in the park looked to where the column was and stared for the whole time. Dark Shane, the fourteenth darkness Adrian, and the darkness covered Jack, all managed to see the whole spectacle. The energy stops at about the height of the World Trade Center One tower and I come out of the energy with keyblade in hand. Then, I dive toward the streets of Magic Kingdom. Four dark soldiers gathered energy and started flying upward towards me. I create an X like Vanitas does in his final battle against Ven in BbS and send it ahead toward the four soldiers. Once it reaches them, it hits and covers all of them and acts as a large target. The spell part of it was it rendered any attack impossible because it shut down all of their capabilities. It was as if their hands were tied. Then, I dive, point my keyblade at the center of the X and when I collide, a huge explosion is created. It sent shockwaves and light throughout the park powerful enough to force everyone witnessing to cover their eyes and faces. Dark Shane, darkness Adrian, and dark covered Jack all covered their faces too. Once the force passes, four keyblades come crashing to the ground as fast as lightning. I then land on the street and look around with a new feeling and new optimism. I did something huge: I defied my fate. Now, I have to go find the others. My ancestor was right: I gave my last word and now I create my destiny. 1 KHLegendIII reacted to this

The Transcendent Key 12,109 Posted December 12, 2015 Hell yeah, Ben's back, baby! Wow, what an exhilarating chapter! I really loved how Ben was basically thinking of everyone, and that moment when everyone pushed him forward, encouraging him to keep on going, reminded me a lot of when Sora saw all his friends in Castle Oblivion, just before going to sleep, and it also reminded me of the moment when Sora declares his friends are his power in Dream Drop Distance, before fighting Xemnas, and everyone can be seen behind him! Ben's experience reminded me of these scenes! OH YES, BUT NOW BEN'S BACK, AND QUITE THE FATE DEFIANT! Hopefully he can save his friends!

KingdomHearts3 2,591 Posted December 14, 2015 Chapter 37: The Keyblade War: Part 8: Light Pierces and Renews I was glad to be out of the Dark Realm. It was not fun falling into that darkness. What was interesting is that even though I am my own person, my ancestor still lives. His heart actually is part of my own. Makes me wonder, do the hearts of my friends ancestors residing within my friends' hearts? I can probably assume that they are. I can't help but think of this too. My friends and I have been referring to our ancestors as what they are; we haven't called them by their names. So what are their names? I don't know. I'll have to find out when all this is over. I am just grateful to everyone close to me from the first Supreme Elite to my friends, family, the seven lights, and the Foretellers that I can go on. Speaking of friends, I need to start finding them and fast. I don't know where to begin searching since the Magic Kingdom has been filled with war and my friends could be anywhere in this park. The seven are probably fighting the thirteen already so I need to get my friends together and stop this war. Where to begin? I feel in my heart it tugging me toward Tomorrowland; that's where I find one of my friends. I run to that area of the park and avoid spells ricocheting from other places and dodge keyblades being swung and thrown around. When I get to the middle of the land, I see the rubble of the Astro Orbiter attraction in the middle of the circle. I look around and I don't see any of my friends. I walk around some and come to an open area in front of Space Mountain, or at least, the remnants of it. I still look around, but I suddenly see someone a little taller than me with his back toward me and standing still. I get curious and take a few steps toward this mysterious figure. As I do so, he turns around to face me. I freeze in place and gasp. Chills go down my spine and my heart drops into my feet. I am looking at Dark Shane, my best friend fallen to his fate and turned to darkness. His clothes are black with some purple, his hair that was dirty blond was now black, his eyes from brown green have become golden. Dark Shane looked at me for a few seconds with an emotionless face and then grinned at me. I felt a cold chill as he smiled at me. This is not my best friend right now, this is now a darkness just like Vanitas. The difference is, Vanitas was someone I was used to and because of his personality, as horrible as it is as well as a tiny bit scary, instead of fearing him, I despised him and took pleasure in giving him a good, old-fashioned butt kicking. However, Shane here is filled and controlled by a darkness so deep and scary, I actually am feeling fear right now. Dark Shane took a few steps toward me as he grinned and I took a step or two back I felt so fearful and was so shocked. "Well, it's so good to see my old bud here," Dark Shane said. "I thought you falling to your fate would be punishment for deciding to fight for the light. Alas, I see you escaped your punishment. I am disappointed in you Ben. I thought you were smarter than that." I felt goosebumps crawl up and down my body now as he spoke to me. I had to push aside my fear in order to talk and stand up to him. "Shane, snap out of it," I pleaded. "This isn't you. You have always fought for what's right. You always protected what's close to you. The Shane I know is still in there somewhere!" Dark Shane then grabbed his head like he had a major headache and his face squinched. This happened for a few seconds then he turned back to look at me. "I thought I was fighting for what's right," he responded. "I thought the light was the right path, but then I had an 'awakening'. I realized the light is tyrannical. There is no balance and those that fight for the light are merely its pawns. So in order to restore the balance, I must remove opposition. That means, I start with you." Dark Shane then summoned his keyblade of darkness. I realized that is not Light's Redemption that I was used to seeing, that is a new keyblade called Darkness's Victory. I did not want to hurt my brother, he means so much to me and he protected me with all his might throughout our journey. Now, he is doing the exact opposite under this darkness: kill me. I had no choice, I had to fight. I summon Ultimate Apocalypse and take stance. Then, we charge at each other and clash. I had a feeling that he would not be easy at all. In fact, he was harder than I expected and I assumed high standards for him. I felt the dark negativity as I fought him, but thanks to all who are dear to me strengthening my light, I merely ignored the negativity. Dark Shane fired dark spells every time he used magic and it was pretty often. I had to dodge or defend and Counter Blast back. If I tried to strike the spells down, it would have no effect and hit me. Shane even used dark attacks like Dark Arcanum and Dark Splicer. He even used dark attacks and spells never seen before. I couldn't name them even if I tried. Nonetheless, I countered with the light versions of the arcanum and splicer. I used my martial arts to soften him up and push him back. It actually worked as my punches first broke through his guard, then my side and back kicks pushed him back. Dark Shane fell onto the ground because of the force, but merely rolled backward and went into a ninja-like stance and staring at me. He was about to get up again to full stature when I used Lightbloom on him. It actually bombarded him and he was hit nonstop. After I fire the last of the orbs of the attack, he lands about ten yards away from me. I then run up and stand about three yards away from him and take stance again. Dark Shane is still on his feet breathing through his teeth angrily, but then suddenly, he goes onto his knees and holds his head. "AAAAAAUUUUUGGGGHHHHH!!!!! AAAAAAAAAHHHHHHH!!!!!!" he screams in pain as he is on his knees grabbing his head in pain. As I see this, I drop my guard and get out of my stance. As I see Dark Shane cry in agony, I see a light aura erupt from him. It isn't bright, but it is noticeably. Then out of it, a clear silhouette appears. "SHANE!" I scream as I see my brother, my best friend as I know him appear in that aura without the black hair and golden eyes. "Ben... defeat... me..." the silhouette Shane managed to say. I felt soft at that moment as I saw the true Shane I know beg for me to defeat him. The silhouette disappeared and Dark Shane remained still screaming, but it calmed some. Then, he looked up back at me with a maniacal grin. "Hggrrrrrggghhh!!!" he growled at me from his knees. He picks his keyblade back up and takes stance again. I do the same and start using light attacks and spells. It is constant clashes and whenever I try to have the light make contact with Dark Shane, he would either block at the right time or counter at the same time with dark. It was a drag and it only made it harder to save my best friend. Darkness is unyielding alright. I have seen it in the Kingdom Hearts series and now I get a first person experience of its iron will. This did not discourage me though. My brother here put his life on the line so I may have mine. Now, I must repay the sacrifice myself by saving his life from being destroyed by darkness. We kept on fighting when he fires a powerful dark spell at me. It hit me right in the middle of the body and sent me back a ways. I felt it trying to pry its way through my body and into my heart. Dark Shane grinned as he saw me struggle. "Now, you too will become one of us and follow the right way," Dark Shane said. I felt pain as the dark energy tried to pierce through the shell of my body and cover my heart. It seemed to have been getting the upper hand as I felt it get further and further into reaching my heart. Suddenly, I heard the voice of my ancestor. "We create our own destiny," he said calmly. "No, I will not submit," I said firmly. Dark Shane lost the grin and now had a confused look on his face. "I make my own destiny," I repeated what my ancestor said. "I determine what side I take. I will not accept darkness. I WILL NOT LOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOSSSE!" I then gather light energy into my body, stand up, curl up my upper body, then explode in light energy just like I did with Frollo in Notre Dame. It was bright and powerful white light that came from my body that Dark Shane had to cover his face and brace himself. When the light calms down to a glow surrounding me, Dark Shane is screaming even more this time and holding his head. The light aura returns, but brighter this time. However, a dark aura is also fighting back the light making the aura around him mixed. It hit me right then and there. Wait a minute! That's it! Shane first reached out to me when I was falling into the Realm of Darkness and again when I was fighting him in the light aura. He reached out to my heart and apparently has latched onto it. That's why I see the light aura on him these couple times and why, while he was the Dark Shane, he treated light as though it were horrifying and could kill him like a vampire. I knew what I had to do while he is a mess right now. I gather light energy into my keyblade and focus my energy. Then, I point my keyblade at Dark Shane and fire a light beam from it into the middle of Dark Shane's body. It forced him to stand just like Terra-Xehanort did after Aqua defeated him in Birth by Sleep. The mixed aura got larger and more mixed now as the two sides kept fighting each other in Shane. I kept on firing the light beam at Shane determined not to let darkness overtake him again. Dark Shane was still screaming, but then suddenly, the light beam disappeared and the aura turned into black again. My heart went into my feet again as I saw it change into black, but then something else happened. Dark Shane curled up his upper body and arms and the black aura gathered around him into a glow. "YYYYYAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAHHHHHHHHH!!!!!!" he screamed at the top of his lungs as he uncurled and exploded like I did recently with my light and the dark power exploded upward into the air making the ground shake slightly as it happened. Then, it stopped coming from him and the darkness just rushed around the air and disappeared. The whole time, I had to cover my face some and when it was all over, I uncovered my face. I saw my brother stand there look at me with a blank expression looking like he did when I fought him, black hair, clothes and gold eyes. Then, his eyes changed back to brown-green, his clothes and keyblade to their normal white with red and blue coloring, his hair back to dirty blond. He gasped for breath looking into space blankly with arms out and then stood with head down, eyes closed, heavy breathing, and arms by his side. He drops his keyblade to the ground, which then disappears. I slowly move toward him as he stood heavily breathing. Then, he slowly turns his head up, opens his eyes, looks at me, and smiles weakly. "Ben..." he said weakly. Then, he starts to fall forward fainting. I run to him and catch him in a tight embrace. I begin to sob as I hold him. He manages to wake up and weakly embrace me back. I am a mess as I hold my brother. I almost lost him for good. I saw my brother taken over by dark power and then painfully expel it. I am overwhelmed that he is alright. "I almost lost you," I manage to say as I am a mess and sobbing while I hug him tightly. "Thank you Ben," he said and we hugged and cherished the moment, for Shane defied his fate like I did. 2 The Transcendent Key and KHLegendIII reacted to this

KingdomHearts3 2,591 Posted December 19, 2015 (edited) Chapter 38: The Keyblade War: Part 9: Light Strongest Surrounded by Darkness Mr. Iger was very much aware of the war happening in the streets outside the Walt Disney Company headquarters. He knew that it started in Walt Disney World and would spread to Disneyland, then the world, but he felt as though he should be in the archives once the war has started. He even knew that the war has been starting to destroy structures and other places. The U.S military is a mess trying to push back the whole entire war, but it's all for nothing as it has consumed every nation around the world including isolated islands such as Hawaii, the Pacific islands, the Maldives, etc. Mr. Iger knew there was bloodshed happening right outside the doorway in the parking lot, but he had the whole headquarters become a fortress and managed to find a powerful keyblade wielder to cast a protection spell over all Walt Disney Company buildings. While the war waged, he was in the room where all of the artifacts were. He was studying and learning about how exactly the Supreme Elite were viewed and told of on earth. He was also curious to know what the first Supreme Elite's names were. While he was looking through ancient artifacts, he looks in one box and finds a little clay tablet. "Huh? What is this?" he says and pulls out the tablet. It is six inches wide by eight inches long and half an inch thick. He looks at it and finds the Supreme Elite engraved on the tablet. However, he looks below the drawings and finds writing below. He looks closely at it and then gasps. "No, don't tell me..." he says shocked and then heads to the computer and goes on the internet. He google searches "kingdom hearts 3 master xehanort keyblade" and finds different images with some related to it and others nowhere close. He clocks on one that shows Master Xehanorts keyblade and then zooms up on the image. Below the keyblade is what looks like a banner with writing on it. Mr. Iger zooms up and looks closely at the writing. He then holds the tablet up next to the image and gasps again with eyes wide open. "But... it can't be..." he says stunned. The writing on the tablet and on the image of the banner below the keyblade are the same. --------------------------------------------------------------------- I embraced Shane for a while and so did he. I could have lost him and he could have turned me into him when he was under the dark power. I felt him try to stand up and I helped raise him up. He grabbed hold of me for help and managed to stand up on his own. "Thank you Ben," he said. "I am sorry I did what I did. I hope you can forgive me." "You sacrificed yourself for me before," I replied. "You gave up your life so I may have mine when you fought Nick and Ronnie. There is no greater love than that. Since you did that, I had to repay you. Plus, I fell to my fate like you did and it was foretold to happen again. Besides, I knew you had latched onto my heart when I was falling into darkness so I had to make it worth something." Shane smiled, nodded, and gave me another hug. Then, we let go and look around to see where we had to go to find Jack. "Oh great, where could Jack be?" Shane asked. "He could be anywhere in the middle of this chaos." I felt in my heart it tugging me toward the Town Square near the front of the park. "Oh man of all places," I said looking that way. "What?" Shane asked. "My heart says Jack is in the front of the park," I replied. "If so, he is probably suffering his brutal fate right now," Shane said. "Most likely, but we'll have to save him like I did with you," I said. He nodded and we began running toward the Town Square. The war was still raging and bodies and keyblades were lying all around. It was looking more like the Keyblade Graveyard now as it went on. As we reached toward the center of the land, Shane looked to his left and he saw something and stopped immediately. I sensed him stopping and looked behind me. He was staring at something and appeared to hold back tears. I go up to him and look where he is. I see six dead keyblade wielders of light around in a group. Three had armor, two had half armor and clothes, and one wore clothes only. "You see them?" Shane asked with a shaky voice. "Long ago, our ancestors had successors. They came to earth to escape the first war. On earth, they had six students and trained them. Those six you see are the descendants of those first students. I fought with them and then we were all hit by stray fire. Those with armor and with half armor were killed instantly. The one in clothing only was bleeding and dying. He told me how he felt as though it was their fault they did not see the incoming fire and so failed their Mark of Mastery they originally did not make and wished for my satisfaction. I told him that I was satisfied and made him and the five masters. Then... Nick... killed him." Shane was now shedding some tears and I had him put his head on my shoulder and he wept. I was getting choked up myself seeing as how that what started with our ancestors ended in a brutal fashion. "It's alright bud. We are our ancestors. We start over again," I said to him in comfort. Shane nodded, wiped away the tears, and we moved on. We wanted to avoid Main Street Plaza in front of Cinderella Castle since it is too chaotic, so we took a turn into a walkway that leads to Tomorrowland Terrace Restaurant and then to the main walk of Main Street. There were not many people fighting here, but it turned out to be all dark warriors who caught us. As we ran, we struck down and stabbed the few that were there and kept going. Once we got onto the main portion of Main Street, we turn left and head toward the front of Main Street. We did not look around much before we see a black covered figure with arms out and darkness swirling around it. Shane and I gasped as we realized it was Jack! The darkness has covered him and is trying to tear him apart and actually kill him! "JACK!" we both shout to him and the figure turns around to face us. We see nothing, but black for his face. It's tearing Jack apart and right now, he can't speak. In fact, once we shouted to him, Jack summons his keyblade Unbound Power and takes stance. His keyblade is also covered in black as well just like his body is. I realized that moment, that the darkness is controlling Jack now before it kills Jack completely. "Oh great, now the darkness is controlling another one of us," Shane said. "As if I weren't bad enough already." "Look, no big deal," I reassured him. "We'll fight this and set Jack free. Also, darkness can do unexpected things even wild things you'd imagine it would do. Be ready." We summon our keyblades and take stance too. Shadow Jack is the first to strike so we prepare and block. Even though it was a 2:1 match up between us and Jack, he still managed to fight both of us perfectly fine. No surprise since darkness does unexpected things and Jack already has the skill of speed. It was tricky trying to expose Shadow Jack, but Shane and I figured out something. When one of us engages in a lock with him, the other one strikes at an exposed area. It works, but then Jack started using his other hand to fire darkness toward the other when one of us is engaged. It was complicated to get timing right because there was no pattern in his fighting. He either used the darkness, or didn't and pulled a trick on us by perrying a lock and swinging towards the other one of us. Eventually, Shane and I threw our keyblades at Shadow Jack using Strike Raid and got him right in the middle of his body making him slide back a ways. He was bent over and appeared to be gasping for breath, but we heard nothing come from him. Then, he stands up and a copy of him is formed. This time, he evened the odds by pulling a Young Xehanort. Lovely, now we have two of him to defeat. "Oh great, now we have two problems," I said. "Well, you did say darkness would do unexpected things, so let's go with the flow," Shane replied. Both sides charged toward each other now. We didn't feel like waiting for it to come to us and we decided we needed to make the move when he does. Now that we are one-on-one each, I had to speed up my striking to make it harder for Shadow Jack to respond. Basically, it's to put pressure on him so I can eventually strike him down. Fighting Shadow Jack made me feel the same way I did last time with Shane in his dark form. He's my friend and I don't want to hurt him. He did what Shane did for me though and I have to return the favor by destroying the dark grip that covers him and save his life. I started using light spells and attacks since this is darkness we are dealing with. It was not easy of course, but I had no choice but to use my martial arts. However, when I went to give him a punch, the darkness covering him repelled my punch with much force and I was sent backwards. I rolled then landed on my feet and slid. Clearly, my martial arts won't do anything for me. Shane managed to get out of his battle and came to my side to tend to me. "Ben! Are you alright?!" he asked. "I'm fine, thank you," I replied. The two copies of Shadow Jack were on both sides of us and circled around us like hawks waiting for prey. "Well now it seems we're surrounded by hawks," Shane observed. "What now?" "I know exactly what to do," I replied. We waited until the right time to strike. The two shadows then charged at us after circling for a few minutes. "Let's team up!" I shouted and we perform a stronger version of Burst of Faith called Triumph of Faith. It was like Burst except it has a longer reach and more power. It pushed back the shadows roughly and kept them at bay for a while. They jumped and dived to strike us from above. "Now!" I shout and we break off creating an explosion where many light orbs explode all around, more numerous than Burst. The shadows land on their feet, but then stand up and charge at us again. We get them in a position where they are standing side by side and both of us start bombarding them with Lightbloom. It pierces through the Shadow Jacks and sends them toward the Exposition Hall. After our last orbs were fired, the two stand bent over still. "Well, at least we have two problems that got smaller," Shane said. Suddenly, the two Shadow Jacks merged together and it began to grow in size! "You should not have said that because now we have one GIGANTIC problem!" I reply. The Shadow Jack grew larger and larger and stopped at about just over the height of Cinderella Castle. Now, Jack was on the football team in high school. He was slightly taller than me, a bit bigger than me, and more heftier than me. As I saw Shadow Jack finish growing, the dark shell disappeared and I saw Jack as I would typically see him, but it was different. His eyes were yellow and he did not wear his ancestoral clothes. In fact, he basically became Jackzilla as he wore medium colored navy sweatpants with no shirt and no socks and shoes. It was like seeing the Incredible Hulk in front of me, only this time, it was my best friend, but wearing sweatpants, not shorts. The titan looked down at Shane and I with an angry look and was breathing heavily in that anger. "I did not think darkness would act so unexpectedly as to create a big problem out of Jack," I said while looking up at Jackzilla. "Well, it looks like we'll have to prove this saying true: the bigger they are, the harder they fall," Shane replied. I nodded and we once again took stance. Giant Jack pounded his chest and roared as we dared fight him. He then used his fists to crush us into a fine powder and his feet to stomp on us. It was an effort dodging and trying to strike at the same time. I struck his hands when they did miss and even attacked his hands while he was standing. I would not bother with his stomach because Jackzilla is too big and my keyblade would bounce off of such thick skin. I used spells that haven't been used before or even named, so did Shane and it all seemed to be working, but really though, it only made Jackzilla angrier. Eventually, Shane and I were standing side byside throwing our keyblades at his face and it actually hit the intended target on the titan. He turned and held his face in some pain and while he did so, some darkness oozed out from within his hands from his face. All our attacks were actually starting to work, but then suddenly, the giant stood up straight, pounded his chest, and roared louder. We took stance, but that was a mistake as Jackzilla quickly reached down and grabbed us in his right hand. It was a tight, powerful grip since he was big and strong. We tried getting loose, but it was no use as the titan brought us up to his face and observe us while growling in the meantime. "Jack! Snap out of it! We're your friends!" I tried to plead with him. "I know the real you is in there somewhere! We will set you free!" Shane followed. Jackzilla's face turned angry and he roared at us after we pleaded with him. Then, he opened his mouth and slowly brought us toward it. It's one thing to see it on Youtube, it's another to experience it. It's one thing for it to be like Mickey and the Beanstalk, it's another thing to be in Mickey's position for Jackzilla was going to eat Shane and I. This is a whole new low for darkness and I would have no tolerance for it! Shane and I looked at each other, nodded, and pointed our keyblades at Jackzilla. Then, we fired large beams of light at his face. It forced him to close his mouth and he roared in pain as the light hit his face. He dropped us and we landed on our feet. The giant then had darkness surround him and he became Shadow Jack again and began to shrink to normal size. Shadow Jack held his head in pain and darkness and light mixed aura appeared around him. Shane and I once again blasted another beam of light at Shadow Jack and hit him squarely in the middle of his chest. The figure then curled up and then uncurled in a thrust and all the darkness covering him exploded into the air and disappeared. Once it all cleared, Shane and I saw Jack as we knew him standing looking down, eyes closed, and gasping for breath heavily. Then, he looked up at us weakly and smiled weakly. "Shane... Ben..." he managed to say. The two of us ran to him and embraced him to keep him up and because we saved his life. We saved him from letting darkness kill him in a violent way. The Transcendent Key 12,109 Posted December 20, 2015 Holy moly, that was quite the unpredictable way for darkness to act indeed! Damn, Jackzilla was one tough opponent, and he almost had Ben and Shane done for! But, luckily, with their teamwork, they were able to save their friend! That's just awesome! What a great chapter! Also, about Iger's discovery...hmm, what could is possibly mean!? OMG, THIS STORY KEEPS GETTING EVEN MORE AMAZING! GREAT WORK, MAN!
KingdomHearts3 2,591 Posted December 23, 2015 (edited) Chapter 39: The Keyblade War: Part 10: Three lead to Light Shane and I embraced Jack for a bit. He was under darkness's grip and it was tearing him apart from the inside. Once Shane and I got involved, it made Jack into a pawn while killing him, but at a slower rate. Jack under that dark power was doing things that I'd never imagine for him to do. He got up slowly and actually struggled a bit because he was just being killed from the inside out and it wasn't too late when we did free him from the dark shell thank God. "Are you alright now?" I asked him as I helped him stand up. "Yeah, I'm fine," he replied. "I remember first the dark power covering me completely, then I find myself falling into a dark pit. Then, I found myself in my Station of Awakening and noticing dark figures surrounding me. I fought them first one on one, then they increased in numbers attacking me and it started to become too much for me. It all eased up after a while because you guys came along. I had no control when you fought the shadow covered version of me. Then, I remember being brought back to my senses, but I felt my mind go dark with darkness controlling it. I remember wearing my medium navy sweatpants you both have seen me wear before and then turning into a giant, roaring, and attacking you two. I could not help it. I remember almost eating you guys, but then you started damaging the darkness and I remember returning back to my Station of Awakening with a white glow around me. In my heart, I fought back to take control while my body was showing pain. I realized you two gave my light a boost as I started turning the tide against the darkness that was attacking me and my heart. With the second and last boost from you, I expelled all of that dark power and came to my senses. Thank you both for saving me and I'm sorry for all of the chaos I caused and for almost eating you." "Hey, it's alright," Shane consoled. "You're our bro and we can't leave you behind." Jack smiled and nodded feeling better and consoled. "Then again," I follow "it was like what people do on Youtube when they act like giants when we fought you in a third match. You and I should have you, Jackzilla, in your sweatpants like before, destroy a city when you and I hang out and not eat me or Shane here." The three of us then laughed a bit. Then, we became serious as our business was not done yet; only Adrian was left to be saved and he could be anywhere. This time, it became finding the needle in a haystack. "So where could Adrian be?" Jack asked. I looked around and felt my heart tug me toward deep in the park toward the back around the New and Old Fantasyland border. "Ugh, why must you guys be all over the place?" I said to myself exasperated. "Huh?" Shane asked. "My heart tells me Adrian is in the back of the park at the Old and New Fantasyland border," I reply. "Are you kidding me?" Shane asks exasperated. Then he sighs. "We have to go the other way now and make our way through the hell?" "We have no choice," I reply and we all begin to leave. "Oh wait! There is something I have to show you guys," Jack said and Shane and I turn toward him. Jack looked down and started getting misty and started getting choked up and began to weep a little. "You guys remember Mike from school?" Jack asked in a shaky voice. "Yeah, I remember," Shane replied. "He helped us escape when we were first attacked." Jack blinked, swallowed, sniffed, and slowly held out his hand. He then summons the black and white Void Gear. "Why are you holding Mike's keyblade?" I asked getting nervous. "Where is Mike?" I began looking around, but Jack put his hand on my shoulder. I look at his face and he looks toward the Exposition Hall and points the Void Gear in that direction I look and my eyes lock on a dead body. Once I see it, I feel as though I was just punched in the stomach. I immediately run to the body and kneel next to it. I am kneeling next to Mike. He is lying perfectly still dead. His face shows peace, yet it is deathly pale. I immediately begin to silently weep as I am looking at a classmate whom I have enjoyed talking to. He was fun and friendly and saved the three of us from Ronnie and Nick at the high school. I loved talking Kingdom Hearts to him and was ever grateful that he helped us three. Now, he is gone. Shane knelt next to Mike on the other side and he bowed his head and began to weep to himself. It was not as dramatic as mine, but tears came to his eyes. I put my hand over Mike's face, said a small prayer for his soul to rest in peace, and stood up after getting myself together; Shane followed right after. I wipe away the tears and turn to Jack. "How did he die?" I managed to ask. Jack took a breath in and out. "I was fighting and I came across Ventus," he began "and we both fought together. He asked where you guys were and I couldn't tell him because I did not know where you guys were. We moved on though and were fighting enemies for a while. Mike eventually came in and helped us fight and he was such a great help. Once our foes were dead, I thanked him and he said it wasn't a big deal and was glad to actually meet Ventus. Then..." Jack swallowed hard and was losing it by now. I went over to him and put his head on my shoulder. Shane put a hand on his shoulder and he was able kept going. "...he screamed in agony as I watched my brother Nick stab him in the back with Ronnie next to him," he said. "He did it to first fracture my heart. Then, he told me your fates to break it. I along with Ventus fought them both; I fought my brother and he fought Ronnie. We won, but fate overtook me and I demanded Ventus to find the rest of the lights." Shane and I nodded and we comforted each other. "Mike told me to give his keyblade to his family," Jack continued. "He said his body will be found and his family needs to have his keyblade." "Well, he was a true warrior," I said and Shane and Jack nodded. "Now, we must go on strong for him. We can't let this break our spirits and hearts. We have one more elite to save. Then, we deliver justice to the two idiots who have been long overdue to receive it." Shane and Jack had a determined and brave look now and nodded again. We move on from Mike's resting place and begin running up Main Street toward Cinderella Castle. It was like the battle scene from Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows Part 2 as we ran through Main Street. We dodged spells, ricocheting keyblades, and explosions from misfired spells. We struck down any dark foe that tried to stand against us three. None of us were in the mood for any nonsense and we showed it in our actions. When we came around the partners statue and were about to go up the ramp to the castle entrance, eight dark warriors blocked our path. This really ticked us off as we had no time to waste. "Going somewhere dearie?" one of them taunted. "You're not going anywhere until you pay the price," another said. "You three will be taught the true definition of real pain!" a third followed. "Real pain coming up!" a voice shouted and from behind the three of us to our left, a keyblade came flying by in a Strike Raid and hit the one that spoke last making him shriek, then fall dead. Then that keyblade disappeared and Ephemera came running to our side. "No tip necessary," he said tauntingly to the now seven enemies. "Are we glad to see you!" Jack said. "Nice to see three of the Elite escape fate!" he replied. "Adrian is the only one left now. I'll help you take down these idiots." "Why you little! I'll ship you over into the doghouse you came from!" the foe shouted and the four of us took stance with keyblades in hand. Out of impatience, we charge at the foes because Adrian needs us right now and he could very well be waiting for us in Fantasyland. The four of us fight aggressively to the point where the seven enemies were being driven back. I used Firestorm, Shane used Diamond Dust, Jack used Thunderbolt, and Ephemera used Spellweaver against the dark warriors. We soon take them all out one after another in rather brutal ways which include beheading and big slashes across the stomach. "Go," Ephemera told us once we finished. "Adrian needs you. I will try to stop the war in whatever way I can and save your world from becoming another Keyblade Graveyard." We elite nodded at him and head up the ramp and go through the castle and come out the back in Fantasyland. We look around and walk through the chaos and ruin trying to find where Adrian might be. We get to the back of Old Fantasyland nearby the spires of the border for New Fantasyland and though Shane and Jack are just looking around, I noticed a warrior of light fighting someone. I watch and see him get struck down. It hurt and I was about to take a step toward him and pay respect for him and his death, but I immediately noticed the person he was fighting and I did not take a step, but gasped. Jack and Shane look to the same place and gasp as well. I see Adrian there with gold eyes and looking right at the three of us. "Adrian?" I call out to him. "Ah Ben! Fellas!" he responds back. I had chills go down my back when he spoke. "How great to see my friends! I never thought that I would see you." "What happened to you?" Jack asked. "Oh nothing. I just have been in good health," he responded. "In fact, I feel as though I have been reborn. I am glad Master Xehanort has helped me clear my head and see what my true purpose is and what equates to balance in life. I am sure that you understand how balance is very important in one's life, correct Ben?" I knew not to fall into that trap. I have met Adrian through martial arts and he has taught me much about life and what to do in certain situations. This is not him talking, this is different. In fact, I sense Master Xehanort talking through him, not Adrian and he is trying to manipulate me. It isn't working and I know this isn't my brother based on his darker appearance. In fact, Adrian's hair actually got darker than usual and has grey at the tips of it. "You're not fooling anyone here son," I reply. I then address my two friends. "This is a Xehanort talking to us fellas. To be precise, this is the fourteenth darkness so I believe Organization XIV is behind this. Master Xehanort made him into a darkness as a weight to drag us all down." Jack and Shane nodded. "Oh come on," Adrian responded "you can't tell me that you haven't found any balance in the world or at least with you and your life now, right? Everything must be balanced out because if it isn't, nothing will see peace. That's why this effort of Master Xehanort's is to balance everything in the world; so that everything will see peace. You wouldn't want to infringe on that and send the world into chaos would you?" I got ticked very quickly and summoned my keyblade. "Quit talking like a politician!" I shouted. Shane and Jack summoned their keyblades too. "This is not balance! This is chaos! I will not let darkness overtake everything and let that be called balance! I will not let Master Xehanort continue to make you one of him! I know the real you is in there! I will yank the real you out of that dark abyss you're in no matter what it takes!" Adrian sighed and looked as though he was caught red-handed, guilty of the charged crime against him. "Heh, I guess you've decided then," Adrian responded. "I guess your heart will be extinguished, smothered by the darkness around you!" He summoned his darker tinted looking keyblade and took stance. When we three and Adrian fought, it was like the Final Episode of Birth by Sleep with Terra-Xehanort and Aqua. It was so much harder and tricky that one mistake could cost us dearly. Blocking and countering with Counter Blast really did help and hand on hand was not much of an option. We experienced a mixture of Ventus, Terra, and Aqua's fighting styles for the first time and it was not easy at all. That's why block and counter was somewhat the best and only option. When he used Dark Volley on us, the three of us combined our power together and performed Lightbloom's evolved form: Brightburst. It was like Lightbloom except is has more orbs fired in larger size with more power and in greater numbers. It takes longer for it to finish from beginning to end compared to Lightbloom. Adrian was bombarded and could not do a thing about it. Once we finish the attack and all orbs hit the target, Adrian stands on his feet holding his head as though he has a terrible headache and groans. Then, he stops groaning, lets go of his head, and takes stance again. Once again, we fight and the three of us start using light attacks to counter his now more stronger attacks and strikes. The three of us hold onto our own, but then we gather together and use Trinity Limit. It knocks Adrian back and what happens is exactly like the Final Episode. Adrian, like Terra-Xehanort, holds his head and is groaning and grunting in pain. Then, light covers him and it shows to be fighting him. "Stop... fighting... back," he says and then is pinned with his arms and hands out like he was perfect to be struck down. I knew the real Adrian was in there fighting back against Master Xehanort. "Adrian, I know you can do it!" I say. "We know you're in there! You must fight!" Shane followed. Xehanort Adrian then slowly, but surely, brought his keyblade to in front of him with the end pointing at him. "This'll teach you. Get out of my heart!" he shouts and raises it preparing it to eject the real Adrian out of himself. My eyes widened as I had a flashback to when Aqua saw the same thing happen with Terra in BbS. "OH NO YOU DON'T!" I scream and I throw my keyblade with all my power at the keyblade in his hands. Xehanort Adrian was in the motion of stabbing when my keyblade hit his and knocked it away leaving him with nothing. My keyblade came back and I caught it in my hand. Xehanort Adrian looked at us and then was bent over in pain as the light around him increased more now; the real Adrian was getting the upper hand. Shane, Jack, and I put our keyblade ends together and form a larger orb of light at the end. Then, we point our keyblades at Xehanort Adrian and fire with great power a beam from the orb at him. The light hits him square in the stomach and forces him to stand straight up with a stunned look on his face. The darkness seeps out of him making his eyes turn back to their normal brown color from gold and turning the dark brown with grey colored hair to brown. His keyblade turned back into its normal colors as well. Then the light disappears and Adrian looks down and gasps for breath. He then looks up at us and smiles. "Guys..." he said and I run up to him and embrace him. Shane and Jack have become close with Adrian since the beginning of our journey and embrace him too. "Thank you all for saving me," he said. Then we all let go. "I am glad we did not let you do to yourself what Terra-Xehanort did in Birth by Sleep," I reply. "Hey, now that you guys saved me and you all turned against your fates," he said "I realized something. I remember the black tablet from the chapel we found in the graveyard." That put us all in thought. We remembered the basic, summarized messages from the tablet. "Falling light finds new life," I say. "Light pierces and renews," Shane follows. "Light strongest surrounded by darkness," Jack says. "Three lead to light," Adrian concludes. It became quite simple as we thought about it. We learned the secret to escaping our fates. Our ancestors told each of us when we were all falling to fate that we have final say. With that secret, we did have our final say and escaped our fate. Oh my God, the feels were real, haha, and I got your Once Upon A Time reference in there, dearie! I also loved how you referenced the Terranort and Aqua battle as well, it was top notch! Omg, yay, the Supreme Elite are finally reunited, and they have all defied their fates! Now they'll be able to end all of this chaos! I'm rooting for them all the way! I can't wait to see what happens next!
KingdomHearts3 2,591 Posted January 1, 2016 Chapter 40: The Final Battle: Part 1 Mr. Iger was trying his best looking through many artifacts and texts trying to find out what this ancient language he discovered reads in the mysterious tablet he found. He saw it in an image of Master Xehanort's keyblade in the KH3 E3 2015 trailer and that seems to be the only time he saw it. So far, nothing has been working in his favor. He knew that there is no point in trying to communicate with linguists for two reasons. One, the war has brought destruction to everywhere on Earth. It most certainly has ruined communication lines and cell towers. Two, the linguists are right now trying to survive the war; they are a little occupied at the moment so there is no way they will be communicating with him. Mr. Iger tried looking at ancient languages from Egypt, China, and Greece. The lettering is similar in slight ways, but nothing helps at all. He throws his hands up in disgust as he cannot figure out how to translate the language. "I can't call the Supreme Elite now," he said "they are too busy and hopefully escapees of fate, but the phones have most likely been destroyed so that's useless. How am I going to figure out what the text on this says?" Suddenly, a light corridor opens up and five people come out of it. Mr. Iger turns around and observes all of them as they fill the room. They all have their hoods up and these hoods have a fox, snake, leopard, unicorn, and bear as part of the hood. They are all different heights as well. "Mr. Iger," the one with the snake hood says. "We are the Foretellers." "I see that," Mr. Iger replied. "I am surprised you are here though. Why aren't you with the seven and Supreme Elite?" "We cannot interfere with destiny," the Foreteller with the bear hood replied. "Besides, we have much to discuss with you concerning your world and the Supreme Elite." "I look forward to discussing the matter," Mr. Iger replied "but right now, I need you to help me with this." He gives the Foreteller in the leopard hood the tablet he was working on. The foreteller takes it and all of them take a look at it. The foreteller nodded and smiled. "I see. These are the Supreme Elite; the first ones," he said. Mr. Iger nodded in reply. "Well then, I assume you are trying to translate the writing on here?" Same response. "Yes I am," Iger says. "I am trying to see if there are any ancient languages from Egypt, China, and so on that are similar enough to help me translate, but this is completely different. I know I have seen this language before once, but no ancient language I know of comes even close." The foreteller nodded in reply. "We all know this language," the foreteller said. "Your resources of this world will not help you. We will translate and discuss with you the tablet. We can already tell you what it's about just by looking at it. It's about the names of the first Supreme Elite." They all sat down around the table in the room with the tablet in the middle and all of the Foretellers told Mr. Iger what the writing means and the names of the first Supreme Elite. ------------------------------------------------------------------ Master Xehanort felt a certain pain in his chest where his heart was. The timing could not have been worse because he and his darknesses are fighting the seven lights right now. The X-blade will be forged very soon, but he does not need this right now. He gasped and realized that there are now thirteen, not fourteen as he desired. All of the Supreme Elite have escaped their fates and this stuns him for he was so sure that it will be their ends just like it was for their predecessors. Ronnie and Nick showed up next to him as he caught his breath while his selves fought the seven. "You know old man," Ronnie began "this is pathetic. We have been following your plan for too long and our main goal has not been accomplished: revenge." "We've decided that we'll be the ones taking over the plan on Earth and obtaining the power instead of you," Nick followed. "That's exactly what I want you two to do," Master Xehanort replied. Ronnie and Nick looked rather stunned and confused at the response. "The Supreme Elite have escaped fate. You have one goal now as the seven and thirteen fight each other." Ronnie and Nick were angry now hearing the Supreme Elite's defiance of fate. Then, they move off into another place nearby the mountain on which the seven and thirteen have been fighting in the Keyblade Graveyard. Master Xehanort got up and he along with the twelve selves clashed with the seven lights. At the clash, light erupts and consumes them all. Master Xehanort smiles as the light get brighter and consumes them all. His prize has been won and close at hand. ---------------------------------------------------------------- My friends and I go through the castle and come out onto the Cinderella Castle stage. Looking around, this war is not getting better. "Ugh, this war is not looking calmer even with Ephemera trying to stop it all," I said in distress. "Our problems are not here. They originate somewhere else and spread to here and all over the universe." "The war didn't start here," Adrian pointed out. "It started in... 'the place where all keyblade wielders leave their mark of fate'." "The Keyblade Graveyard," Jack said. "We might even have 'company' should we get there," Shane pointed out. "True, but we will have to face them eventually. It might as well be now," I said and my friends nodded. We disappear into a light corridor and come out in the Keyblade Graveyard on the mountain where the seven and thirteen should have fought. We look around and see no one here. Far below, the war is raging and we see the sky is dark, but Kingdom Hearts in its glory is directly above us. It's just like BbS except a war is raging and the seven and thirteen are fighting. The four of us look around and are rather surprised our two enemies have not showed up yet. We walk a little and look around still. Nothing, but then two dark corridors appear and both Ronnie and Nick come out of them. Their eyes are focused on the four of us only and vice versa with us. No one said a thing for a minute. It felt like an hour. "So, you four managed to escape the darkness from taking you," Ronnie said. "I find it rather infuriating that even though the bugs appear to have been killed and driven away," Nick said "they come back alive and stronger. That infuriates me deeply with a passion." "The only thing from making the world pay and fall into our hands is you people," Ronnie said. "Everything you know and love will submit to our authority. Master Xehanort will have the Realm of Light in his grasp and we will have Earth in ours. Your families, you, all that you have will be gone and belong to us." Ronnie and Nick grinned and summoned their keyblades. I did not take my eyes off of them and said nothing. I breath in and out and then speak. "You clearly don't get it, do you?" I say. "We are the Supreme Elite. We are the greatest keyblade wielders to ever live. We don't lose to anyone. We protect what we cherish and protect our loved ones. We look out and protect each other and will lay down our lives for each other. No darkness can ever snuff out this light. We control our own destiny." The four of us then raise our hands and summon our keyblades and take stance. Both sides stare each other down for what felt like forever even though it was a minute or two. Then, light auras surround us and dark auras surround them. All of us charge toward each other and a tail of light follows us and a dark tail follows them. It is like two meteors charging toward each other. Once our keyblades clash, a huge explosion erupts causing both sides to push each other back. We charge again running towards each other and a powerful shockwave erupts from the points of collision. Adrian and I fought Ronnie; Jack and Shane fought Nick. This was a brand new level of hard. I could not describe it even if I tried. All of my ancient power came into play here as I fought him. Adrian was a big help and we joined together to fight him. Jack and Shane did the same as they fought Nick. Every spell I knew and could think of I used against Ronnie. I even experimented and made up spells as I fought. I did the same with attacks. They surprisingly worked and were completely worth it. Adrian did the same thing as well. The simple command styles would not do so I had to "improve" them by making them more deadly and powerful. In the midst of all of this flashy stuff, Ronnie still was not extremely effected by it. He countered with his own dark power. He used a much more powerful version of Dark Impulse called Black Passion. It was scarier and black masses of darkness would be used in the attacks. Adrian and I had to cover ourselves in light to counter such an attack. Marth's block and counter from Super Smash Bros was definitely handy and actually did some damage to Ronnie in the midst of it all. Ronnie had speed, but not enough of it. It irked him and he countered with a much more powerful form of Dark Splicer as punishment. Adrian and I countered with an evolved form of Time Splicer and clashed every move Ronnie made. Eventually, Adrian and I decided to use an old trick from KH3D: Nightmare's End/Mirage Break. It worked just like it did in the game and Adrian and I performed it just like Sora and Riku. Though it would be considered basic for our level, we did it anyway and it actually worked. Ronnie was not expecting it since it was basic and because of that assumption, he paid for it. Jack and Shane used all that they knew as well against Nick. Yet, the same thing happened instead. The difference with what they tried was they used Flowmotion and Attraction Flow to pierce through. It did not help much and it merely forced Nick to move around. He countered with dark magic and then a powerful attack right after. It was fast and they had to block while landing on their feet. Unfortunately, they didn't, but they somersaulted back onto their feet. Nick and them clashed again and went back at it. Nick was definitely making sure that he remains aggressive fighting Shane and Jack; he fought both of them before and had been humiliated by both of them too. This time, it was going to end with him on top. In fact, Ronnie and Nick assured each other that it would not go down the way it did for both of them. The only blood that they prize to be on their keyblades is the Supreme Elite's. They won't stop until they put their blades through the Supreme Elite's hearts. Nick remembered this goal and used more dark power against Shane and Jack. Eventually, Nick found himself a moment to use his dark power and fire that dark energy. This move he called Soul Eater named after Riku's primary weapon before Way to the Dawn. The reason he called it was it stole the souls of keyblade bearers and any power from said soul was taken, made his own, and then the spirit became no more. It's a nasty attack and very few ever learn and execute it properly. Nick charged up the energy and put it all in his keyblade. Then, he fired from it what looked like a large dark hand coming at them. Jack and Shane already had their next attack in mind and were merely waiting until Nick is in the right spot. That was now and they both performed Brightburst, the evolve form of Lightbloom. It pierced through the dark hand coming at them and bombarded Nick. The orbs were extremely large and every one that hit Nick was like a 100 lb dumbbell thrown at him at the same speed as a quarterback throwing a fast, direct pass toward a wide receiver. Ronnie and Nick suffered the attacks of Nightmare's End/Mirage Break and Brightburst at the same time and both final blows of each attack were delivered at the same time. They were sent flying backwards when the final strikes came. Ronnie and Nick were tumbling backwards and rolled a ways for about a couple minutes and became still. The four of us panted for breath and we slowly walked toward the two enemies. For a while, nothing happened, but then, Ronnie and Nick slowly got up with black auras surrounding them. Their eyes were a soul-piercing gold and their clothes were pure black. "It won't end like this," Nick said in his and a deeper toned mixed voice. "We have only just begun," Ronnie said in a voice mixed with a deeper tone like Nick's. It gave us four goosebumps and our reaction was getting into stance. Ronnie and Nick covered their right arms in dark auras and punched the ground. Darkness exploded like it did in 358/2 Days when after Roxas defeated the second version of Xion and she then took him to Agrabah punching the ground causing darkness to explode. The four of us covered our faces and waited for it all to clear out. Once I opened my eyes and uncovered my face, I saw myself, Adrian, and Ronnie together. Shane and Jack disappeared. I looked around and I see we're in space! "HUH?!" I shout and look around. The space I see is not exactly normal. I see the world from the Kingdom Hearts universe present in my universe. Earth is visible and it is all covered in darkness! "Do you see it?" Ronnie asked in the same voice. Clearly, the dark power has seeped into him more causing... changes. "See the Earth covered in darkness? That is what it shall be. Then, I will take it over with my bare hands. All that you hold dearly will submit to my reign AND I WILL BURN IT ALL TO THE GROUND!!" "As long as I live on God's green Earth," I counter "I will not stop. I will keep going until I can't go on anymore. I WILL NOT LOOOOOOOSSSSEE!" Light then explodes around me like before when I fought Dark Shane. "No one ever tells me what happens to what I love," Adrian said getting angry. "I don't get told what my fate is, neither does my family and friends. I make my own destiny. I won't lose TO ANYOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOONNNNEE!" Adrian screamed and light exploded like it did with me. The auras surround us and our keyblades and glow around us. A dark aura surrounds Ronnie and his keyblade. Then, both sides clash in an explosion larger than last time. 2 KHLegendIII and The Transcendent Key reacted to this

GAhh, but the Supreme Elite against Nick and Ronnie...gahhh, so epic! THE FIGHT IS ON!!!
KingdomHearts3 2,591 Posted January 9, 2016 Chapter 41: The Final Battle: Part 2 My, Adrian's, and Ronnie's keyblades creating a larger explosion than before. Using some more power from before, I covered myself and keyblade in light as did Adrian and used it. The way I attacked was like Riku using Shining Hammer from KH3D except the light swung around was a bit larger and there were two of them. It definitely kept me on my feet and I did not struggle. Ronnie did not either though and that was the other half to what I was hoping for. Adrian used the link style version of Bladecharge that Riku uses in KH3D. His blade had more power to it and it was much more faster than before. I could tell he was using his Ventus skills while fighting even though it appeared to be taking on after Aqua. She is nimble, but Adrian was much faster than her speed. I in my own way am none of the three masters in skill. My skills are my own and I have my own way of fighting. It's hard to explain as it came from old. Fighting from ancient times is unknown and powerful. It has been that way always since before the Keyblade War and remains that way today. I used it to keep safe what I hold dear. Things have been going back and forth between us two and Ronnie. It seems as though no one will break through. It's a killer, but I continue on and so does Adrian. However, something is rather suspicious about it. I sense Ronnie is holding back in a way. Why? Wait, it's so obvious. The longer he drags this out, the more vulnerable we become. He is trying to tire us out so then when we collapse, he can simply put his keyblade through our hearts and kills us. No releasing our hearts for he knows that if we do become a heartless and nobody, both halves can just be destroyed so they can forge together again. That is how we could live forever and never be defeated and Ronnie knows that. That's why he wants both halves destroyed at the same time. WE clash over and over and finally reach a stalemate where us two and Ronnie lock keyblades. "Did you really think you could drag this out?" I ask him. "Heh, this is just a test to see if you really are a pathetic wimp," he responded. "I haven't even gotten to the best part just yet." Adrian actually got irritated realizing what was going on. He interprets this, and rightfully so, as our time being wasted and Adrian has a severe pet peeve of wasting time. He can't stand it and hates when other people do it to him whether it be on purpose or unintentionally. "You have wasted a lot of my time!" Adrian shouted to Ronnie. Then, he exploded in a mass of light and sent Ronnie and I backwards away from each other. Adrian has his keyblade glowing bright with light and above us all, he created a white dragon with blue eyes. It roared at Ronnie and Adrian sent it charging toward Ronnie and attack him. I was stunned because this is Adrian releasing truly the ancient power he holds. I never would have thought it would have gone this way; it was a sight to behold. The dragon breathed not fire, but light so when it fired it from its mouth toward Ronnie, he had to fire back dark power to counter it. It hit the dragon and it roared again, but Adrian was undaunted. "Heh, you think that will defeat us?" he taunted. Then, the dragon created a second copy of itself and both copies came down and surrounded us both. I looked at myself and armor was covering me! It was so cool! It was like Ventus's, but it had its own characteristics. It fit like when I had Ventus's clothes on and wore his armor yet was stronger and had dragon like characteristics. It had shades of yellow and white on it for color. "Whoa! Adrian this is awesome!" I said overjoyed. I look at him and it is slightly different. It had some less light shades of colors, but still was relatively bright. He chuckled when I showed my excitement. "I believe I finally found armor for the four of us so you'll need it," he replied. Ronnie was not impressed and became more irritated. "Humph, still changes nothing!" he shouted "This means nothing. Your dooms are still the same and I will make it happen. Since you decided to make my job harder, I will return the favor!" He then had black energy cover him and black armor with purple shades here and there covered him. It took on after the armor of Master Xehanort's lingering sentiment, No Heart in characteristics. It was not as heavy though and his figure was barely changed in shape because of it. Both sides clash again and it is more explosive and flashy. Every time keyblades clashed, big sparks and flashes erupted this time. I felt more energized with this armor on. It felt refreshing. What I am surprised is this is possibly armor that the first Supreme Elite had, but did not wear. Why now? Well, it's pretty obvious, but even then it was too, yet they did not wear it. It must have been their choice and they must have thought wearing armor would have been demoralizing for the other warriors as a sign they need assistance and can't do without it. I guess it did not matter since first they looked like us now excluding the armor: tattered, dirty on one part of our bodies, cuts that bleed slightly, and bloodstained clothes with blood from fighting others, then they fell to fate. Much different this time and the time became right to use it. Adrian and I still held up to Ronnie and his attacks. He even used attacks No Heart used. They were stronger of course and were harder to dodge. I imitate his attacks to the best I could while putting my own spice and twist to them. Instead of firing keyblades toward Ronnie, I would throw copies of my keyblade toward him in rapid fire. Light orbs were fired instead of dark. Ronnie did not know martial arts, but I did. That's the attack he did not use from No Heart, but I did and not only kicked, I also punched too. It worked on him and he was softened up. Adrian found that the right time to strike. He created an orb around his free hand and his keyblade glowed. With those, he attacked and hacked away at Ronnie. It was fast, powerful, and included magic too all at the same time. This was tribute in a way to Ventus, Terra, and Aqua, but it really was letting Ronnie have it. Ronnie was getting punched, kicked, slashed, stabbed, everything you could think of happened to him. Defending did not help, but ease the damage. It still took a toll on him. Suddenly, he made Adrian stop in his tracks and with a shockwave, pushed him back. "Enough of this!" he shouted and fired many dark orbs at us. It hit our armor and our armor broke up and disappeared leaving us with nothing, but our clothing completely exposed. "It's officially over for you two!" Ronnie shouted again. He pointed his keyblade up and dark energy rushed into it in like lightning and like shooting stars. Then, a black and purple dragon appeared in front of him and roared. Adrian and I realized that now, we are in big trouble and need something fast. Just then, I notice my clothes and keyblade and light blue glowing letters appear on the edges of my clothing and on my keyblade hilt, blade and all. Adrian had the same thing too and his had what looked like glowing light blue face paint on his face. The face paint is also on my face too. I knew the lettering and face paint! It's Atlantean! That means, the power of the heart of Atlantis we have been given has awakened! Both of us nodded and charged up energy of the crystal's power. Ronnie sent the dragon charging at us to consume us in darkness and destroy us. At the speed of light, Adrian and I slashed through the creature destroying it and making it disappear. Then, we point our keyblades at Ronnie and fire a powerful, large, light blue orb at him. In a huge, bright blue explosion, the orb hits Ronnie. The blue on us two disappears and we are panting for breath. Nothing yet, but just a black mass all scattered around the place where Ronnie was. Ronnie came out of the shadow with red eyes, not gold anymore as his dark power has now been taken to a whole new scary level. "I despise both of you," he said in his and Vanitas's mixed voice. "I want to kill both of you, but as long as one fights with the other, I cannot do so. However, I despise one of you with greater passion than the other." I know who the one he is talking about is. He curls up and explodes in a black explosion darkening everything around us. Space and earth are now replaced by black shadow, I cover my face bracing myself and waiting to see just what his true dark power is. 2 The Transcendent Key and KHLegendIII reacted to this
