Rarzhn 10 Posted January 8, 2015 I know we already hat this topic multiple times and we won't know anything until kh3 is there. But there are a few things I'm asking myself for a while so I would like to hear your opinions. What if KH3D told us more about them as we thought? In the opening we see at the endscene exactly 7 Keyblade wielders against Xehanort: - Sora - Riku - Mickey - Terra - Aqua - Ventus - Roxas + Donald and Goofy who don't have a Keyblade. So maybe these 7 could be the guardians of light? I know that a lot of people are speculating about Kairi and Lea because there are definitely more in range than Roxas and Terra (who could also one of the 13 vessels). But I don't see any reasons to show exactly this 7 Keyblade wielders at this scene. I understand that they didn't show Lea because of spoiler reasons. But why Roxas instead of Kairi which would be no surprise to be a guardian and keyblade wielder. We already saw her in KH2 using one. Another thing that I'm asking myself: Do you need to have a keyblade to be a guardian of light? Couldn't be Donald and Goofy as well guardians? We just expect them to have keyblades because Mickey counts the wielders when Xehanort reveals his plan. But neither do all the 13 SOD have keyblades. We know that Ansem SOD and Xemnas both don't have one. At this point you can argue that it would be possible for them because they are the heartless and nobody of Xehanort but what's about Braig and Isa? Isa even attacks Lea with his KH2 weapon...whatever it is. And Braig still uses his Laserbowthing. So why is it said that you need to have a keyblade to be a guardian when you don't need one to be a SOD? Sm i missing something or is the complete situation very unclear at this point? Swordinger 110 Posted January 8, 2015 I honestly think that if a character wants to be a Guardian of Light, he must necessary have a keyblade. Braig still uses his original weapon just because he is half xehanort. I think once the fusion is complete, every single one of the Thirteen Seekers of Darkness will possess a keyblade. Also, the Seven Guardians of Light pretty much are, probably, Sora, Riku, Kairi, Mickey, Lea, Ventus and Aqua.Kairi will be one of the Guardians because we have the secret ending video from KH 3D in which we see Kairi called by Yen Sid because she can use a keyblade. Yen Sid must have thought she would be a good keyblade weilder, so he wanted to see her to check personally. So, Kairi will be definitely one of the Seven Guardians of Light. And about the Aqua and Ventus thing, we can easily exclude Terra from the Seven Guardians just because Xehanort himself, the one brought back by the destruction of Ansem Heartless and Xemnas, is the result of the fusion between Terra and Master Xehanort and he's gonna be for certain a member of the Thirteen Seekers of Darkness. Raphael Millon 87 Posted January 8, 2015 My opinion: Sora, Riku, Kairi, Mickey, Terra, Ventus and Aqua. But Terra is with the 13 Darkness, so I assume that Lea is entering. Also, maybe there is Roxas and Xion too. (maybe) Donald and Goofy will do the "support", so there will be, in the end, 12 warriors of light. Caity 3,946 Posted January 8, 2015 We're meant to be surprised, so knowing Nomura I honestly wouldn't be surprised if the 7 guardians of light include Minnie Mouse, the Indian female NPC from Agrabah in KH1 and Pete. For the sake of LOL SURPRISE YOU NEVER GUESSED THAT LOLOLOLOL Personally to be, TAV, Sora, Mickey, Riku and Kairi make sense. I feel like Kairi's is the one with the most confirmation given the secret video, without the secret video it hints that it'll be Axel when he shows the keyblade, but it's like a reward for doing extra to see Kairi.
