There is one usused character in Hyrule Warriors

Recommended Posts

Somebody on miiverse shown me this information. It seems to be a female version of Link and her name is Linkle. You can check the picture out in the following

Well if they put her in the game, I sure as hell would use her. Also, it's possible that she is a DLC?

If there's more DLC past the Majora's Mask and Boss Packs, because two characters are coming in the MM pack and that's it.

This was Link's female version, and nothing more than Link as a female. This character would just take the place of male Link, trying to make the game have opposite genders like on Pokemon. However, this character was nothing more than a concept that they decided for some reason not to include. But maybe someday, The Legend of Zelda will have a female Link added to the story somehow, even though I really don't see why we would need a female Link since Link has always been a male.

I think they had the chance to put a female link in hyrule warriors because it is a spin-off game, but they ended up not including it.

Because it would be cool to see a female Link. There's no rule stating Link must always be a male. A female incarnation is completely possible, and a lot of people would probably like it if a female Link ever made it into a Zelda game, even if she was just an optional gender choice like what some RPGs have with their characters..

I don't really want to see her in a canon zelda game unless she is only the playable gender in the game. I'm fine if she shows up in a non-cannon zelda game. I don't want to see gender customization in future zelda games because I fear that it MIGHT mess up the story in my opinion.

I don't see how that would mess up the story when Link is a silent protagonist to begin with. If games like Xenoblade X, Dragon Quest IV, and Fire Emblem Awakening can make gender customization work while still keeping a coherent story, I don't see how that would be an issue for Zelda.

So I guess this one saves a Prince Zelda. Must be a really shitty prince.

Or we have Linkle AND Princess Zelda in one game. And female Ganondo- ... Female Ganondorf for future Zelda game please Nintendo.

I don't really care for the name "Linkle" it sounds weird, I'd have preferred something like "Linka" that sounds more natural. Though the only thing that really disappointed me was the lack of Groose, until we got that bara-licious Ganondorf, then all was forgiven.Wish I had a WiiU.

Wrong. She's described as a little sister type character toward Link. Link still exists aside her in that.

Really? I read what I said from someone on the Internet. Always thought it was right

I read mine in the art section of the guide to the game.

Although it says she's a female version of the hero Link, it states that she was created to be like a little sister to Link.
