Wierd, Crazy, Stupid, Insane, Rediculous, Ludicrous (But Totally Serious) Guardians of Light Theory.

So I just watched this scene again.

"The Keyblade Wars of yore plunged the true Kingdom Hearts into darkness and the X-Blade was shattered. But the light still shining in the hearts of children rebuilt the world that we know today. And the light from the broken X-Blade was then divided into seven, to protect the number of pure hearts in the world" Despite what Mickey said immediately following it, that line make it seem like the Princesses of Hearts and the shattered light of the X-Blade are all different individuals so I came up with this theory.

 

 

to understand the basis of this theory, we have to go back, far, far, back, all the way to the planning stages of the original Kingdom Hearts. Back then it was originally planned of all the Princes, not just Beast, to com to hollow Bastion in search or their Princesses. Flash Forward to after 3D, Nomura said the identities of the Guardians of Light would be surprising. I'm sure you've all figured out where I'm going with this already, but allow m eto elaborate anyway. What if the seven Guardians of Light, aren't all Keyblade wielders, in fact, what if only one of them is? What if Nomura plans to revisit that lost idea from the planning staged of the first game. What if, In fact, the seven Guardian of Light are actually the Princesses of Hearts Princes?

 

Florian (The Prince), Henry (Prince Charming), Philip, Adam (Beast), Aladdin, Sora. Could they be the Guardians of Light? There is of course, one very large problem with this theory. Alice. she doesn't have a love interest, a "Prince", so that leaves one, totally unrelated Guardian of Light unaccounted for.

It is a crazy idea. But that doesn't explain Kairi being a Guardian of Light.

We don't know if she's a Guardian or not yet. Yes, it's implied, but none are confirmed yet. Kairi may not end up being one after all.

OH! Or Riku. He's was around at the time and he was in Hollow Bastion, I didn't mention this before because i didn't see it a relevant, but back when Sora was supposed to team up with the princes Ansem SoD didn't exist yet. Maleficent was supposed to be the Final Boss. Since Ansem wasn't around, Riku wasn't going to be possessed, meaning maybe he was supposed to be involved in the rescue too? And now that He's because just as important a character as Sora, Perhaps he, Sora and the Princes will be the GoL.Or Mickey, He is the Disney character after all.

I actually love this theory and Mad Hatter could be for Alice
