Sora96 17,256 Posted December 3, 2014 Kingdom Hearts has placed in the PlayStation 20th Anniversary Users' Choice Awards top 20. Unfortunately, it did not win the award. However Kingdom Hearts' co-producer Yoshinori Kitase was in attendance and claimed the Users' Choice Awards for a game he directed in Final Fantasy VII for the PlayStation and produced in Final Fantasy X for the PlayStation 2 which also claimed a PlayStation Gold Prize for selling over 500,000 copies in Japan for PlayStation 3 and PlayStation Vita. Tetsuya Nomura, director of the Kingdom Hearts series served as the main character designer for both games. The Transcendent Key 12,109 Posted December 4, 2014 (edited) I'm really happy that Kingdom Hearts at least got a fighting chance at winning an award! Even though there was no award awaiting Kingdom Hearts, it's reward enough that we get to experience such an amazing video game series, and the fact that the series began its life on the PS2 so many years ago really brings back nostalgia!
