The only thing that bugs me is the Disney characters in it being canon and yet they don't age?Hercules aged dramatically from Birth by Sleep to Kingdom Hearts in a decade alone, so how come these other characters like Aladdin, Alice, and Snow White haven't aged in the centuries since the Keyblade War to the present timeline?And for the argument that Princesses of Heart are eternal since there's only seven of them to explain Alice and Snow White, why then did Kairi age from Birth by Sleep to the present timeline while the other Princesses existed the same for centuries?

Well, I don't mind X being canon, since it all adds up to the bigger mystery surrounding the Kingdom Hearts series.  It is my opinion that Nomura will probably include X's story in cutscene format somewhere down the road before Kingdom Hearts III's release.  Then again, i don't know what goes through Nomura's mind, but I'm positive we'll all be able to get X's story in a way we can understand.  We just have to wait and see what happens.

It slightly annoys me because

 

1) Nomura say it wasn't canon at it's inception

2) Has more retcons and plot holes

3) Not even available worldwide.

My personal, ignorable opinion is it's pretty stupid: So NOW you through Chi in as canon to people who can't understand Japanese, and just expect us to get it?

I've got a bad feeling Daybreak Town is going to be in KH 3, and very few people will get what it is (I only know about it from second hand playthrough on youtube myself).

Dont really mind. Chi might not be much, but the connection is pretty cool in some ways and might work for the main series advantage, as it seems it already kinda is.

And we now know that the worlds we visit in KHx are illusions created from the Books of Prophecy, so those characters appearing there doesn't make things incoherent anymore.

I don't really mind that it's canon. Coded was only on one cell phone in Japan and it was canon. Namer will eventually give us the story in English either as a movie or a game like Re: Chi. Japan just gets stuff first so get over it. We will get to play / learn the story eventually.

I don't mind as long as we get the full story with easy enough access. I'm hoping we get the story in the form of a cut-scene movie eventually.
