HeyMouseSayCheese 1,133 Posted November 23, 2014 So I'm the resident cook in my household and recently, I've been having trouble figuring out quality, budget friendly recipes for dinners 'n such. Any of you nerds know any clever foodstuffs I can make for cheap- like, $10 or less for an entire meal? (Anyone says to just eat ramen or other super cheap food loses all of my respect and is probably a miserable person.)

Amber Cole 1,557 Posted November 23, 2014 (edited) *fanfare plays* I HAVE COME TO THE RESCUE!!! lol recipe: Homemade pizza (flatbread): what you need: toppings (I used peppers, mushrooms, bacon, and mozzarella cheese) Cheese (mozzarella is the best to use) pinch of salt flatbread or Naan bread a sauce (I use Mea Ploy's Thai chili sauce, it adds a good flavor and it tastes worlds better than tomato sauce) Steps: 1. Get out all of your supplies you want 2. spread your sauce on the flat bread or Naan bread 3. sprinkle on your cheese (you want to use a generous amount here) 4. Pile on all of the toppings! However, don't make the pizza too crowded. After all the toppings are in place, you will want to sprinkle a tad bit of salt. Just a tiny bit though!!! 5. Put your oven on 315 and slide the pizza in for around 15 minutes. If you like it crunchy, you can leave it in longer. So really you just want to eyeball it while it is cooking! Also, your oven will have an affect on how fast it will cook. 6. Take out, cool, and enjoy!!! All together this will take you 20-30 min I hope you like it! any questions just PM me! oh yeah! and I forgot to tell you to put your oven on "Bake" Edited November 23, 2014 by Amber Cole
