Can I just say how annoyingly cold it is in the US and probably Canada too?

Recommended Posts

Like 5 days ago at 8 AM I walked outside of my house and literally said "Oh no". I usually think these things when I'm walking or alone, but I never say it outloud when im alone so thats when I know there is a problem. I was also late to school because the wind kept on preventing me from walking to my goddamn school.

Its too cold. Its not even snowing when it rains! Like what the hell is even going on? Why is it like a tundra the past 5 days? Did the ice age already start?

Like I can't even stand staying outside at all, its a death sentence! The minute I step outside I feel like I'm about to literally become an ice cube like a caveman in antartica and my hands are uncooperative during and a hour after cold times.

Does anyone else really just hate the weather now?

Also hows your life Canadians, are you used to the cold or did it just get worse?

It's causing really horrid static electricity. Which doesn't go well with longer hair and scrubs....

Oh don't even get started with my hair. Even though it has nothing to do with electricity, I like my hair to look nice and flawless and it doesn't work when it becomes icicles.

Then it begins to melt and my hair looks like I have noodles for hair like just why?

And that static electricity sounds terrible, did anyone die from that yet?

I suppose my dignity may have died. Does that count?

I know, right? I let my dogs out, the doors open for like 5 seconds, and it gets so cold I need a blanket. It was 8 degrees tonight, last I checked. Just sooooooo coooolddd!

I haven't noticed much static, but the dry air is starting to suck the moisture outta my skin. o_o

I feel your pain. It's only just started to get cold and I'm already tired of it. It makes my hands dry and makes hair static up so it's overall annoying to me.

But your member title says you're the Snow Queen. Wouldn't that mean your dignity is growing?

Snow queen not cold queen. It still rains no matter if its 20 or 0 degrees. Like im scared of winter now.

Doesn't really bother me. For some reason I really don't get that cold anymore. I like it better than summer with bugs all over my face. Hate that shit.

I prefer the cold. My room is probably like 50F on average. I always have sweatshirts and pants on anyway so I am always prepared. Just something about this year I am not getting that cold. Can't wait til all the snow comes.

Thank firetruck it's not just me. I got long curly hair and the past couple days its just been insane. Everytime you put a shirt over your head its like your hair becomes magnetically attracted to every goddamn thing. It seems the worst of that is over now because I haven't had it today but damn it was annoying.

Well it's probably not as cold where i live, but the temperature's gotten pretty low here too and since my house has open plots around it we have cold air coming in from 3 different directions What really bugs me is that it's still only November. Things might even get colder in the next two months ;~;

It's gotten pretty cold here too...

The worst thing though is that I know it'll get even colder in a month or so. Should be used to it by no but haha nope. I'm gonna stay indoors all winter.
