Izaiah 18 Posted November 13, 2014 I think it'd be cool to see, with all the different characters and moves Kingdom Hearts has to offer. What do you guys think?
Hero of Winds 2,576 Posted November 13, 2014 I'd say yes, but even as third party, KH doesn't really iconically stand out with Nintendo. I'd prefer if there was just a KH fighting game or maybe put Sora in the next All-Stars (if they even make one).
HeyMouseSayCheese 1,133 Posted November 13, 2014 Oh god no. KH is complicated enough without throwing every Nintendo franchise into the mix. Plus KH in a 2D environment tends to ruin the experience.
rikunobodyxiii 700 Posted November 13, 2014 (edited) I'd be down for having a couple of KH characters in Smash Bros. I honestly think it could fit in fine, though it would have to be the KH original characters only. The Dissidia games were suppose to be a KH fighting games, but Disney nixed the idea. Smash is 3 dimesional. I dunno where you got the whole 2D crap from On 11/13/2014 at 7:26 PM, rikunobodyxiii said: I'd be down for having a couple of KH characters in Smash Bros. Actually, Disney never saw KH Dissidia. Nomura felt insecure about it himself and decided FF was better fit.
darkerturbo 168 Posted November 13, 2014 As a fanboy of nintendo and kingdom hearts I would say yes, but I don't think kh really belongs in smash. Playstation all stars would make more sense 1 Sora_Roxas26 reacted to this

Isaix 924 Posted November 13, 2014 I don't think Sora would fit as well as Sonic and Mega Man or even Simon Belmont,Rayman or Black Mage, but why not,I wouldn't mind.

Let's not get into this argument here; suffice to say, though, I believe KH has one of the more convoluted storylines in video games. 2. Fair enough, though I can't shake the idea that if KH characters were in Smash it would be played off as canon; moot point, though, since this is never going to happen. 3. I'm sorry, we're talking about Super Smash Bros., right? The fighting game series where you can only ever move side to side, up and down? AKA, in only two dimensions? 1 Sendou Aichi reacted to this
Weedanort 8,786 Posted November 13, 2014 As a fan-made game? Perhaps For real? Sorry, but no
Kaweebo 3,617 Posted November 13, 2014 (edited) I'd be okay with that, though Sora doesn't stand out as a character who's really affiliated with Nintendo. Honestly, he'd fit in better over at Playstation All-Stars. I would like to see Nintendo characters in the KH franchise, though. It'll never happen, but still. Jilly Shears 2,144 Posted November 13, 2014 If there were any other third party characters, I'd rather see Simon Belmont or something tbh. I wouldn't really care, though, but KH is more associated with Sony as a franchise than Nintendo.

Dave 5,715 Posted November 13, 2014 It's funny, because even though Kingdom Hearts has had four titles on Nintendo platforms, it seems more Sony in nature. Go figure. I think it'd be cool to see. I mean, even if Kingdom Hearts isn't super popular in general, it's not like anyone knew what the heck Fire Emblem was until Marth showed up in Melee. Sora96 17,256 Posted November 13, 2014 Yeah, because Square Enix loves Nintendo.

Setrex 1,031 Posted April 3, 2015 As much as I love Smash and Kingdom Hearts.... No. Kingdom Hearts has no reason to be a part of Smash Bros.

Shulk 8,623 Posted April 3, 2015 No. Both are fine on their own, and there are plenty of Nintendo characters who should get in before we bring in a random third party character with a very small influence on Nintendo. 1 Setrex reacted to this
