What if i created Kingdom Hearts?

I know this is going to be controversial, but hear me out, if i was Tetsuya Nomura and the series was an original project here is what the series could be like.

 

Kairi would be the main character of the series.

 

Sora would be the main antagonist.

 

Organization XIII would already be ruling the world making them far more threatening and they have gladiator-like competitions where each member battles to the death in order to gain a higher number.

 

Master Xehanort would be called 'The Admin' and his/her identity would be very vague until the end of the series

 

What do you guys think?

It doesn't sound like kh but it sounds really cool and original you should write a story or a manga or something

If I made Kingdom Hearts:

 

Sora would still be the main character.

 

His allies would be his friends from the worlds he visits, but most of the time he would fight alone... 

 

Riku would be like how he was but would fight with a keyblade. The main villain would have a Keyblade.

 

It would be significantly darker, with more explicit idea's of death. (I Defeated her!) ¨You mean you killed her?¨ >>¨Yes, but I'm 14 so murder does'nt apply to me...¨ No, when people ¨die¨ they stay dead.

 

People in town would talk about how their loved ones were turned into heartless, and that they couldn't be saved.

 

Donald would not exist

 

Goofy would still be their and fine....

Eh. Sounds more like a gritty comic book if anything, not Kingdom Hearts.  Might want to try a re-write.

I can't fully deny that I like the idea of a bad Sora.
