Written by Jun Eishima with the original idea provided by Motomu Toriyama, the director of the Final Fantasy XIII series and Daisuke Watanabe, the lead scenario writer of the Final Fantasy XIII series. There's some French publisher called Lumen handling these localizations it seems. I've asked Square Enix about it but I can't see us getting it.
