Kingdom Hearts HD 2.5 ReMIX Launch Event announced

Square Enix has announced that they will holding a launch event for the North American release of Kingdom Hearts HD 2.5 ReMIX at the Walt Disney Studio Lot in Burbank, California on December 1, 2014. Thanks go to KH13 member TB298 for the tip.

 

Titled “Inside the Kingdom, with Heart”, attendance to the event will be via invitation only, with tickets being distributed through select channels.

 

Square Enix will also be hosting it during two separate time slots to allow for more fans to attend.

 

Those who attend will be able to see "a never before seen Kingdom Hearts trailer", be able to purchase Kingdom Hearts HD 2.5 ReMIX early, along with Kingdom Hearts merchandise, and meet some "very special guests".

 

Event details are below. Square Enix has promised more information next week.

Well, there are three ways you can get your hands on them below!

 

1. A link to an Eventbrite ticket page will be posted on the official Kingdom Hearts Facebook page on Tuesdays at 1:00pm (PST). Tickets will be very limited, and will go very quickly!

2. Pre-order the Kingdom Hearts HD 2.5 ReMIX Collector’s Edition by November 18 to be automatically entered into the “Inside the Kingdom, from the Heart” Sweepstakes and 100 lucky winners will receive tickets! Pre-order here: www.kingdomhearts.com/collectors_edition

On December 1st, 2014 we will be able to show you a very special Kingdom Hearts promotional piece that you may be featured in. Aside from the group that participated in the shoot, we will have some others join this celebration.

*Heavily thinks on the supposed never before seen Kingdom Hearts Trailer.*  ....A new Kingdom Hearts III trailer!  It has to be a new Kingdom Hearts III trailer!  And as for the event itself, I won't be able to go since I live over here in Puerto Rico.  I hope that whoever gets to go to the event enjoys it to the fullest!

What happened last year?

The space was pretty small. I think square underestimated it's western fans because i'm pretty sure over 1,000 people showed up and they ran out of games to sell and exclusive pins. Also the photo booth shut down super early. I arrived made sure to be early for the event so i didn't have a problem. But a ton of people were disappointed.

THE STUDIO LOT!? None of the good events, or any events. Are within driving distance of me.

 

Plus, being a big fan of animation, any reason to visit the studio is one I would use.

 

Plus of course I'm not eligible.
