Definitely the second one. The Drive Forms, Limits, story, gameplay and soundtrack made it all worth while. While I like the command deck of BBS and DDD (didn't work too well in Re:Coded), the third release to the franchise is the best.

I must say KH3D. I really enjoyed the plot and how it was connected to the stories of past titles not to mention that gameplay is pretty entertaining. Game could use some more cool secret bosses though. I like BBS and KH2 almost as equally.

BBS, I think it has the best story (though repetitive) and I really enjoyed the battles. I think I'll like it even more in 2.5 when I'll get to play it on PS3.

KH2 is very close to BBS, but still on second place. There's really nothing wrong with it, but I found the disney world quite boring in it, while in BBS they kept them short and simple. KH2 had way too many worlds that just recapped the story of the movie.

Asking my favorite KH game is like asking what my favorite food is. All of them are so great I can't decide.

I love KH2 and BBS but I'm gonna choose BBS since... Well y'know.

Kingdom Hearts II. It's not a good criteria for judging your favourite games, but in terms of both story and gameplay, Kingdom Hearts II is the game I have the least amount of problems with. It's also seriously one of the most fun to play. Cannot wait for the II.5 Final Mix.

2.5 might change my mind, but KHII has always been special. The themes resonated a bit more. BBS is certainly my second favorite, and it can and will get the upper hand.

At first, I didn't really have a favorite Kingdom Hearts game, because I loved them all (despite I have never played Re: Coded). 

 

But when Dream Drop Distance came and I checked out the gameplay and cutscenes, it's my favorite.

No doubt about it, my favorite is Chain of Memories. Part because it was the first KH game I could play for myself and part because I like the storyline. Too bad the battle system is frustrating as hell.

Kingdom Hearts II is my favorite overall, although Kingdom Hearts Chain of Memories holds a special place in my heart, as it was the first game that I played in the Kingdom Hearts series (and imo has the best Twilight Town music).
