Well, I think Hades is always a good guy to have on the team, seeing as, even if you die, he can probably get you back one way or another. Not to mention he's a god, so there's dividends there.

There's always Julius. He might be either one of Maleficent's new attack dog or maybe he's Pete with a power up.

I'm pretty sure that'll probably be the case, but I can see them suckering in some NEW Disney villains into their little group rather than the same guys, the thing is, though, I can't think of any villains that would really work.

I like the idea of somehow getting McCleach in there, because he'd totally just tag along and kill things for money. Though it'd be a bit odd to have Rescuers 2 before the first one.

Hopefully Mother Gothel. Even if all of Tangled isn't featured, Mother Gothel would make a pretty bad ass Heartless. She could throw mirror shards at you, then dissolve into dust after defeat.

It'd be interesting if there were more Disney villains accompanying Maleficent and Pete in Kingdom Hearts III.  But I can't seem to picture more villains entering the fray. I can only visualize Maleficent and Pete with an army of Heartless backing them up, maybe using some poor, weak soul here and there to carry out their dirty work.
