Laughed at and laughed at are two different things ;P Like people spitefully bullying someone because they think he looks funny. and people laughing at (as in laughing with) someone without discriminating or judging. October 14, 201411 yr Author Woah. I was bored, and went out in my hidden leaf headband for the funzies. I took a picture and figured it might make you guys laugh. Im not worried about bullies or getting judged or anything like that. Its all in good fun guys. Dont pay bullies any mind, and enjoy yourself. Life is better that way.
