Power Jusho 1,784 Posted October 8, 2014 IT WAS AMAZING!! I love the new Kamen Rider! I love his new moves and the music really fits the show! I can't wait to see the other Kamen Rider coming to the show! Summary of the episode *spoilers to people who haven't watched it: So Kamen Rider Drive follows Shinnosuke Tomari, a rookie police officer who often slacks off. 6 months before the start of the show, the "Global Freeze" incident happened where time slows down for everyone and the slowing of time is called the Slowdown. Tomari accidentally killed his partner while chasing criminals when the Slowdown happened (reminder: this is a kids show in Japan!). 9 months later, he still slacks but he regrets what happened those months ago. Kiriko, his new partner, always catches him slacking so she forces him to go back to the station. Their chief wants them to help the other departments with trouble caused by the Slowdown: people has been turning red for some odd reason and become weak. A mysterious hooded man came walking into a park and it looks like he was causing a Slowdown for the people in the area. The hooded man changed into a monster with the number 029 on his chest. He touched a person and he started to turn red. Tomari tried to stop him but the Slowdown affected him too and the monster escaped! Tomari ponders in his car why is everything happening and then his car suddenly talks to him. He pulls the belt out of a compartment and it suddenly snaps onto his waist. Kiriko tells Tomari to go to another park because the hooded man is there. The car automatically drove to the park. The monster started turning a man there red. Tomari was slowed down. The belt told him he needs to stop regretting the past drive forward. That's when the belt sent out the Shift Speed Car & Shift Max Flare Car to him and the Slowdown stopped affecting him. When Kiriko arrived, he noticed she wasn't affected and that's because she has 2 Shift cars herself: Spike and Shadow. Tomari used the Shift Speed Car and transformed into Kamen Rider Drive: Type Speed! 2 more monster came out with the numbers 066 and 035 on their chests. Drive starts to fight them and then started to uses the different Shift cars: First Max Flare to become Drive: Type Speed Flare,then Type Speed Spike, lastly Type Speed Shadow. Drive defeated 066 and 035 with his finisher: SpeeDrop and their numbers exploded while 029 escaped and someone named Heart put 029's number into a strange car. Sorry if this was too long of an episode summary. My first time doing this. I highly recommend Kamen Rider Drive to people who watches anime because it has the same feeling of an anime!
