Thanks to this thread, I have decided to unsubscribe from him, in case i fall pray to his false information. I don't hate him either, but it's disconcerting, especially when I was a huge fan of his.

I haven't watched a whole lot of HMK's videos to be honest, but from what I can tell he and a lot of his fans seem to think of him as someone with a lot of good sources and who has a really good understanding of the story of the games, neither of which seem to be true considering how baseless and poorly thought out theories are.I don't have any real dislike for him, it's just that to me he seems like some guy who decided to randomly start making videos about kingdom hearts, told people he was some kind of KH genius and people believed him, and sorry if I sound a little stuck up but I can't bring myself to enjoy content made by a guy who seems to know less about the series than I do  :/ also as other people have stated he does come off as kind of immature and stubborn in that he can't accept criticism of his theoriesAgain I haven't seen all his videos so I'm not claiming to know all about his knowledge or his personality but I thought I'd give my opinion since this post has seemingly become about him hahaha  :P

There are few things I must point out. Contrary to what most HMK's fans think, we don't hate him.. We just kind of feel bad for him, for his attitude. You see, HMK is the perfect instance of how NOT to grow a informative/speculative YouTube channel. He's misinformed, full of himself, careless of others' opinions and definitely rude with commentators. Not to mention that his talking is just soporific.. I feel you, Squirting. He always imposes his ideas, claiming they're based on "facts" that really aren't facts at all. I personally haven't even tried to comment his videos, ever. I know it would be all useless, because he always act like a slut when someone points out his theories don't hold water. I don't know how can others from KH13.com even try to reason with him.. they must be heroes, I love them even though it's all useless as stated before. What else could I say on the matter, he just thinks he can teach others because "he knows things".... I don't know about you, but I don't take any Kingdom Hearts lesson from someone who compiled a theory entitled "Xehanort is good theory". That, and because of his attitude in general. Now just think about it, we're not the bad guys who hate the "famous" one for jealousy or whatnot. We'll never say you cannot follow him, we just like to inform you about this stuff. Now that you know, it's up to you to decide. Just know that you, yes, YOU, might be the very next one to fall in his web of butthurt hatred

Um, a bit off topic, but is there an actual "Xehanort is good" theory that you don't like, or is it just the idea of Xehanort being good that you don't agree with? Cause in a sense, I think Xehanort is under the impression that what he is doing is "good" or "right", I wouldn't say that he actually is "good" though. To me it just looks like another one of those cases where the villain is misguided and thinks that everything he does is perfectly justified, even though they do act pretty evil. That's just how I see it. The guy is still evil, but there's just levels to his evil. :P

What villain thinks to do wrong? Of course villains think they're doing the right thing.. I dislike the theory, I disagree with the idea of Xehanort being good because it's just not like that. The points he exposed to favor his theory don't hold water at all, I wonder how could he even say something like that without noticing how stupid it is. Like, the whole point of that theory is "He does this, he did that, but can we really say he's a bad guy? After all, he just wants to bring equality between Light and Darkness!". What the hell, is he serious? Someone that isn't bad does not simply kill people, steal bodies and destroy worlds in the first place. And what about the Keyblade War thing? He literally firetrucked up thousand lives to see how the Keyblade War would have been like and what lies beyond it, to meet his thirst of knowledge, to try and forge the X-Blade and summon Kingdom Hearts.. Need I say more?

Well the way he worded it sounds off, but I think I get what he might have been thinking. Still, the bottom line is that Xehanort believes what he is after is for the greater good and that the ends justify the means. However, how we view people really depends on how we judge a person's character. I mean technically Sora and Riku have killed lots of people, but they were all villains that were trying to kill them, so we give them a pass. Plus, they have clear goals to defend as many people as they can and they don't approve of injustices. Xehanort, though he has a noble goal, he clearly doesn't care about other people, at least, not truly. He ruins people's lives to further their goals, he's destroyed countless worlds, and he has killed at least one innocent man with no remorse. He has noble goal, but he isn't a good person, not by a long shot. He may have once been good, he and Eraques were close and he did adopt Ventus as his pupil out of pity, but he let his heart go astray and he shows no signs of wanting to go back.

Noble goal? As if.. Xehanort doesn't give a shit about the greater good, he's a giant selfish liar prick LOL! He says he wants to "balance" Light and Darkness, doesn't he? Well let's think for a moment: he's trying to recreate the Keyblade War, right? What does Keyblade Wars bring? That's right, universal Darkness and destruction. Now, how's that balancing Light and Darkness?

He has the ideal goal of balancing the world. He thinks that there is too much light in the world and that the darkness is being stamped out. He believes that he needs to flood the world in darkness in order to destroy the present state of the world and create one with a more "even" amount of dark and light. I'm not saying he's right in destroying the world just to create what he thinks is right, but I am saying that he didn't just wake up one day thinking "Hmm, I think I'll be douche today, lol!" He thinks he's right and that it's better, he just doesn't care about what other people think, because to him they are all naive or "blinded" and that his way is the best way. He's evil in the sense that he won't hesitate to kill innocents if it means shaping the world into his own liking, he's not some demon who killed puppies and kittens as soon as he was born. The idea of him being that 2-dimensional is a rather boring way to view a character.  :P

But that's just what a giant selfish liar prick says, I wouldn't be so sure that he really has good intentions for the greater good. You're focusing too much on what has been said, when we should also think about how things stand for real. Now, the cases are just infinite and we can only speculate; but, one thing I'm sure of, no matter whether Xehanort really thinks he's doing good or lying instead, is that Xehanort is NOT good at all. If he thinks he's doing good then it's just for his own good, he wouldn't have done all that shit if he cared about the greater good.

Well, I can agree on that much. At this point, it's to satisfy Xehanort's desires and curiosity, not to benefit anyone else. Even though he want's to create a more balanced world, he wants to be the one that shapes and rules it, so at this point he's too far gone to be redeemable. Heck, his plan might not even work, the worlds could be consumed by darkness for good and never be reborn. But I guess he's willing to risk that. The worlds and people in them are forfeit when it comes to his goals, and that's why he needs to be stopped.

Indeed, one that acts like that can only be a villain that needs to be stopped!

Add me to the I dislike him as well club. Mostly for the reasons state above. Don't get me wrong, my in-depth knowledge isn't the best, but at least I keep my mouth shut, and listen when I'm wrong. Also the way he says Vanitias, and his reasoning is enough of a reason too.
