 Critical Competitor

Clear game on Critical

Clearing the game on critical might prove difficult to some, but it's easy enough for veteran players. There are some key differences in Sora's stats in critical mode when compared to the other difficulties.

Those differences are...

1: You start with 50 AP and a bunch of abilities.

2: You deal 1.25 less damage than you would in the other modes (except for the mushroom XIII).

3: You earn 25% less EXP.

4: You only get half the HP that you would in other modes and 20 less MP.

5: You receive double damage compared to standard mode.

6: You can stay at level 1 throughout the entire game.

Clear game on Proud.

Playing the game on proud might be difficult for some, but as long as you are at a decent level, you should clear the game without too much grinding once you get use to it.

Level Master

Get Sora to Level 99.

This trophy isn't nearly as hard as it is time consuming. It's best to wait till your at the final stage of the game. Start at the beginning of The World That Never Was and go all the way through the castle. Once your at the top, just start go back to the entrance and start again. Using Final Form should speed things up.

Lingering Will

Defeat the Lingering Will.

Lingering will is a secret boss that will appear in Disney Castle. After completing the game, make sure you save your game after the credits, then load your file and head to Disney Castle where a new episode will be available. This boss is extremely hard if you are not at an extremely high level. In fact, I recommend not even attempting it until you are at level 99 and have all drive forms maxed out. Guard can block most of his keyblade related attacks. Use Dodge Roll to roll right into the cannon's blast. Usually after he's done attacking, there's a point where he's not invincible. Use a five-hit combo with no Guard Break but just Explosion three times. He will then counter attack with his gliding move or his whip attack. When his health gets to a certain point, he uses his Limit. Use Guard to block the first stage of his limit. On the second stage, Glide far away from him the best you can. On the third stage, right after he vanishes, lock-on and guard at the same time. Keep on guarding. When he's done attacking, attack him right away. Use 2 five-hit combos and then stop and repeat his Limit until you win.

One-Winged Angel

Defeat Sephiroth.

I highly recommend being around level 85 before attempting this extremely difficult secret boss.

After you visit Space Paranoids, and rush off to defend Hollow Bastion, you will be stopped in the Posterns by none other than Sephiroth. He tells Sora he is seeking Cloud, and have you let him know that Sephiroth is seeking a confrontation with him in order to fight him. Get at least level 2 glide, 6 elixers, Combination boost, and equip the strongest keyblade you have. Equip trinity limit, and fight him. Whenever you can use the reaction command, use it, followed by a trinity limit. With combination boost, you should be able to get 3 breaks in. After that, jump and glide away from him until he either says, "Descend, Heartless Angel.", in which case glide up and attack him as much as you can, or he uses his dark ball attack, which you should reflect. if he teleports and hits you into the air, use retaliating slash and you should interrupt his combo. wait for your MP to charge, and use trinity limit. Don't try to attack him when he is not stunned or using heartless angel, it could cause you to lose the battle. if you can't interrupt heartless angel, wait till it hits, then use an elixer.

To Rule Them All

Defeat all Organization XIII Replica Data.

All of the Organization XIII Replica Data battles are very hard. They can be found at they all can be found at the cavern of remembrance. Just be at level 99 with a strong weapon, and these battles can be won.

Roxas Data

Roxas is actually a rather difficult fight. Wielding two Keyblades at once makes his combos a little more relentless than Sora’s, not to mention he has other tricks up his sleeve. Mostly, You'll just have to nail Roxas with a few combos of your own, but to get an opening, you'll have to Guard or Reflect against the attacks that he throws at you first. Blocking these attacks will knock Roxas back a, leaving him open to an attack. That’s your chance to hit him hard. As the fight continues, Roxas will start using light energy attacks in addition to standard combos. These attacks, like his other advances, can be stopped and countered by Guard or Reflect. As the battle progresses, Roxas will start to use one of his more devastating attacks. He’ll rise up in the center of the arena and summon large light pillars which shield him from attacks during this onslaught. Glide around in circles to avoid being hit by the energy bolts he fires at you rapidly. Throughout the battle, be on the lookout for a Reaction Command at the end of Roxas’s combos which allows you to take control of his Keyblades, giving Sora the ability to triple-wield and deal massive blows of damage. Roxas can still retaliate with his light energy attacks, but this will help you get a major chunk of his HP down in a very short amount of time. Also, be on the lookout for the Reaction Command when the triple-wielding wears off. If you do it successfully, you’ll avoid taking a hit. If not, you’re in for some real damage!

Larxene Data

Larxene is an extremely difficult ordeal to overcome. She’s insanely fast and very quick to hit you with long strings of damage with one relentless combo after another. All of those powerful lightning strikes that she likes to rain down from the sky doesn't make things any easier. Larxene tends to move so fast so that she appears to be in several places at once. At times, there will actually be multiple copies of her attacking you at once. Look for opportunities to use a Reaction Command which will slam her duplicates back together into one spot and temporarily stun her so you can deal some damage. Larxene’s most devastating attacks are very easily spotted. Her first involves rapid-succession rush attacks from her and her copies, which usually ends in a large-scale thunderbolt attack. Her second attack is more even more dangerous! She becomes invulnerable and fires massive rotating beams of lightning that deal massive amounts of damage to anyone who gets caught in the way. It’s best to use the Aerial Dodge Ability to jump clean over them and use Glide to hover in the air for a bit to avoid damage.

Marluxia Data

Marluxia starts the battle by placing a counter on Sora. This counter indicates the number of hits Sora can take before its game over, regardless of his HP. The counter level is the same as Sora's level, so the higher the level, the more hits Sora can take. Unfortunately, the higher the level, the harder Marluxia becomes. The key to getting the upper hand against Marluxia is to Reflect and Guard against everything. At the end of his swirling scythe attack, Marluxia is wide open for one of two Reaction Commands. One deals significant damage while beating Marluxia back. The other replenishes Sora’s hit counter a bit and knocks Marluxia back. Both are very useful during this battle, so be on the lookout for opportunities to use these Reaction Commands as the fight progresses. Marluxia will often default to another rather annoying attack. He’ll appear in the middle of the arena and summon three large pits of dark energy. Naturally, you don’t want to get stuck in one of these pits. Instead, Glide around in circles to avoid landing in one of the pits, as well as any of Marluxia’s other attacks that he will undoubtedly try to use against you. Eventually the pits fade away, giving more opportunities to hit him with a combo or even one of his Reaction Commands. This pattern will continue for a majority of the battle. When Marluxia starts getting down to the wire, he’ll start using his ultimate attack. He’ll become invulnerable and loom over Sora, shooting down energy shots in the surrounding area, all while charging up for a devastating scythe attack. Simply Glide around in circles to avoid this attack and keep hammering him when opportunities present themselves. Keep your hit counter in check, as you will need to keep it and your HP up in order to win.

Luxord Data

The fight with Luxord is not your typical battle. Instead of depleting his HP like you would with a normal boss, this battle features the Time Gauge. Both Sora and Luxord have Time Gauges at the top of the screen. The first person to run out of time is the loser. Unfortunately, the battle can also end if Sora’s HP reaches 0, so you need to be watching your Time Gauge and your HP Gauge in this fight. To deplete Luxord’s time, you’ll need to do a little more than just inflict damage, though dealing out standard attacks does lower his time to some degree. You’ll need to essentially see through all of Luxord’s ruses and react accordingly. When the battle begins, Luxord will likely transform Sora into a dice or a card. There really isn’t any way to prevent this, so just approach him and continuously attack to stave him off. When Sora’s Drive Gauge depletes, he will transform back into his normal form. Luxord attacks a lot by using giant playing cards. You can use the Flip Reaction Command to destroy the cards and deplete some of Luxord’s Time Gauge as a result. If Luxord ever transforms himself into a card, follow him with your eyes and use the Flip Reaction Command on him to take a heap out of his Time Gauge. As the battle continues, Luxord will scatter cards all over the ground. He can warp in and out of these cards and attack with them as he goes. Try to anticipate his movements and interrupt him with a combo or two to fend off his assault. Being a gambler by nature, the fight with Luxord wouldn’t be complete without a little bit of Roulette. Use the Begin Game Reaction Command when prompted to enter a brief game with Luxord. The commands in your Command Menu will be replaced with X’s and O’s. The challenge is to press the X Button when selecting an O and not an X. If you do so, this will deal a huge blow to Luxord’s Time Gauge. If you get it wrong, it will backfire and your own Time Gauge will be hit. Plus, you’ll be transformed back into a dice or a card!

Demyx Data

Demyx is back, and this time, he’s not the pacifist he was before. Like in your last encounter, Demyx starts off by summoning 50 Water Forms that you have to defeat in under 40 Seconds. Make good use of the Wild Dance Reaction Command to easily defeat the Forms and get to the real fight. Demyx’s attacks can all be marked by specific sayings that he will repeat as he advances throughout the battle. They are as follows: “Dance water, Dance!” indicates that he is about to summon a wave of 10 Water Forms that you will have to defeat in under 10 Seconds. “Come on! Kick to the beat!” signals a wave of geysers that will blast water up from the ground around him. “Water!” means that Demyx is going to rain down a series of bubbles. Most of these attacks can be avoided by simply keeping away from Demyx. However, that’s not easy. Demyx will rocket across the stage, leaving a row of geysers in his wake. This can make it difficult to stay away from him while he’s on the offensive, and it can also make it difficult to approach him when you’re ready to attack. If you’ve leveled up your Wisdom Form at all, you can use the Quick Run Ability to get close to him fast and land a few hits before he bounces back. Watch for instances in which Demyx starts coming straight at while playing his sitar. This is the opportunity to really gain the upper hand on Demyx, but only if you pull it off just right. As Demyx approaches, watch for the Show Stealer Reaction Command. If you trigger it before Demyx has a chance to touch you, you’ll interrupt his attack and knock him away, leaving him open for more combos. If he reaches you before you trigger it, the Reaction Command will backfire and Demyx will hit you with one of his most devastating assaults! Make good use of Limit Commands such as Comet, Knockback, and even Trinity Limit to deal massive damage to Demyx without taking any damage of your own. These attacks will easily deplete a considerable chunk of his HP in a short time. If your gonna use a Drive Form, I don’t recommend Valor Form. You’re going to need access to your magic at all times in this fight, so if you need to rely on a Drive Form to get you out of a bind, we recommend either Wisdom Form or Master Form.

Axel Data

To start off, Axel unleashes a large attack that turns the floor into burning magma that will slowly sap away your HP. The fire walls will hurt you if you get too close, so watch your surroundings carefully. Attack Axel with a string of blows. If you knock him up in the air, you can use the Burst Edge Reaction Command. Proceed with the Overtaker Reaction Command and finally, finish off with the Clear Light Reaction Command. This assault deals a lot of damage to Axel and removes the magma from the floor. If Axel ever jumps back into the flames, be ready to trigger the Burst Edge Reaction Command again, which will work differently this time. As Axel comes flying out of the fire wall, trigger the Burst Edge Reaction Command to jump out of the way and hurl both Keyblades at him to deal damage while evading his attack. Continue to hit Axel with combo after combo and you will win in no time.

Saix Data

Behind Saix’s outward stoicism lies a deep rage! Saix’s Berserk Gauge at the top left corner of the screen marks how long his rampages will last and how long until he can enter it again. The battles starts immediately with one of Saix’s outbursts. During this time, Saix is immune to standard attacks, and his attacks deal massive damage! As you dodge his attacks, look for instances in which he drops his weapon. If you can get to it and use the Berserk Reaction Command to grab hold of it. Approach Saix with it and use the Eclipse Reaction Command followed by the Magna Storm Reaction Command to force Saix out of the berserk state. When Saix is calmed down, he’s still rather powerful, but not nearly as relentless. Attack him with standard combos and Limit Commands to deal damage. Watch his Berserk Gauge as you fight. When it fills again, he can enter berserk yet again. As the battle progresses, Saix’s berserk rampages get more severe. If you’ve leveled up your Final Form enough to have learned the Glide Ability, it's the best way to avoid him during his serious outbursts.

Zexion Data

Begin by hitting Zexion with as many full combos as you can dish out. You may notice that Donald and Goofy are occasionally being trapped inside copies of Zexion’s Lexicon. These prisons can be broken by attacking them, which will release your captured friends. Should Sora be captured, that’s when Zexion’s true power is displayed. Inside the Lexicon, Zexion will unleash one of several attacks. Copies of the Lexicon are scattered all throughout, and it’s up to you to find the real copy that Zexion’s illusion is hiding in. Meanwhile, many different things are happening. Zexion’s first, and most annoying attack rearranges your Command Menu. You have to scroll through the different pages of the Command Menu by using the Triangle Button, selecting each possible option on each page with the Circle Button, in the hopes of retrieving your original Command Menu. Meanwhile, Zexion will continue to hit you with flying Lexicons, powerful whirlwind attacks, his meteor attack (which he usually saves for when he’s starting to run low on HP). When you’ve located the real Lexicon, attack it with combos until you see a Reaction Command. This will damage Zexion and return Sora, Donald, and Goofy out of the Lexicon and back to the Destiny Islands area. This pattern of hitting him, being captured, and getting back out will continue throughout the length of the battle. When his HP starts to dwindle, Zexion will use his meteor attack more frequently. The easiest way to prepare for this attack is to pick one of the three circles that appear and stay in it. When the attacks starts, if you’re in the shielded circle, use this time to do a few attacks of your own. If you’re in one of the two unprotected circles, a good string of Reflect Magic will shield you from damage.

Lexaeus Data

Like the battle against Luxord, it’s not only HP that you’ll need to worry about with Lexaeus. He and Sora have a Power Gauge at the top of the screen, which indicates Lexaeus current power boost as well as Sora’s. The higher these levels get, the more powerful the attack on either side. You are constantly at an overwhelming disadvantage, as Lexaeus’s power will always be significantly higher than yours. Be on the lookout for opportunities to use a Reaction Command, which will temporarily add Lexaeus’s current power to your own and hit him back for a powerful blow that will stun him for a short period of time. Lexaeus will enter short bouts of invulnerability when his power level starts to get high. When this happens, be on the lookout for two of his most devastating attacks. The first consists of him grabbing Sora by the throat and slamming him hard into one of the surrounding pillars. The second, more deadly attack is noted by Lexaeus leaving the arena, then blasting back in straight at Sora, creating a huge explosion of rocks when he lands. A well placed Reflect will help you avoid taking damage.

Vexen Data

Vexen starts off the battle by summoning a dark target on the ground that roams around following Sora as the fight progresses. The more that Sora is inside this target, the more Data Vexen is able to collect, which is recorded in the Data Gauge at the top of the screen. Each time the Gauge is filled, a number appears in the corner beside it and the Gauge returns to zero and begins filling again. Vexen can store up to 5 of these Data Gauges at a time, and should he chose to use one, that’s when the battle gets a little more complicated. By using one of the Data Gauges he has stored, Vexen can summon an Anti Sora Clone, which has all the aggression and powers of Sora when he goes into Anti Form. The Clone is capable of dealing long strings of damage that will drain your HP Gauge in a matter of seconds. It’s best to dispatch of these clones as quickly as possible when he manages to summon one. Damaging Vexen presents its own set of problems. Before you can damage Vexen, you have to get through his shield, which takes at least one full combo (sometimes more) to eliminate. Meanwhile, Vexen's not gonna just let you break through his defenses. He’ll hit you with powerful ice attacks, most deadly of which encases Sora in a large chunk of ice. Rapidly press the Triangle Button when prompted to break free. The pattern is rather simple: Avoid Vexen’s attacks as best you can while breaking through his shield, then nail him with a few combos until his shield comes back, all the while keeping any Clones he summons in check. When Vexen’s HP starts to reach less then 25%, he’ll start really getting serious. At this point, he can summon an enormous ice sword and unleash a deadly string of combos to anything unfortunate enough to get caught in the way. During this onslaught, he is invulnerable, so simply glide around the area to avoid the attack as best you can.

Xaldin Data

You’ll want to make sure that you have your Reflect magic in your Shortcut Menu for easy access. Keep your distance in the beginning, baiting him into attacks and jumping out of the way to dodge them. After every single attack that Xaldin uses, you should look for the Learn Reaction Command. Rapidly press the Triangle Button to stock up as many Jump Commands as you can with each attack. If you lock on to Xaldin and use the Jump Command, you’ll warp above him and come down hard, breaking through his barrier. Use the additional Jump Commands you have stocked up to deal some high damage while he’s open! If he ever warps high up in the sky, start running toward the opposite end of the bridge. Jump when you hear him coming, but be ready to press the Triangle Button while you’re in the air to rack up more Jump Commands as you dodge his attacks. Xaldin’s final move in this assault surrounds you with his lances before he comes crashing down on top of you. Just as the lances shoot up into the sky, activate the Jump Commands you’ve accumulated and hit him hard! One of Xaldin’s more powerful attacks is a very easy one to avoid and one you don't want to be hit by. You’re going to want to make sure you have enough MP to rapidly use Reflect spells to avoid damage. Xaldin slings his lances together to form a giant serpent that fires a blast of wind across the entire bridge. You can avoid this one of two ways: the first is to simply use Reflect magic relentlessly to shield yourself from the damage; the second is to enter a Limit Command to completely avoid taking damage. You won’t be able to hit Xaldin at all, but at least you’ll avoid damage. The problem with using Limit Commands to avoid attacks is that they leave you with no MP when you’re done. Use this knowledge wisely when deciding how you want to deal with things. Xaldin’s most deadly attack is triggered toward the end of the battle. You can easily tell it’s coming when Xaldin starts to glow and the whole area gets dark. Xaldin cannot be hurt during this assault, and he’s almost impossible to dodge outright, so running or jumping away won’t help you much. Your only options are the same as before. (use Reflect magic rapidly to shield yourself or use a Limit Command to avoid damage completely). Throughout the entire fight, be on the lookout for the Learn Reaction Command. Using the Jump Commands you collect is your only real chance at hurting him.

Xigbar Data

Xigbar warps around the room and fires energy bullets from a distance. Reflega and Guard will be your best friends in this fight. To start, Xigbar snipes at you from a high-up platform. Use the Break Reaction Command when it appears and follow it up with several Warp Snipe Reaction Commands to bash Xigbar’s bullets back at him. After taking a few hits, Xigbar returns to the lower level to fight with you up close. Use the Guard Ability of Reflega spell to knock every bullet Xigbar fires back at him. This is easily the most effective way to damage him. Wait till you’ve dazed him with his own bullets before approaching him for aerial combos. Xigbar will change the shape of the arena constantly as the fight progresses. In every stage, the strategy is the same. Use Guard or Reflega to bounce his bullets back at him, and then get to him while he’s knocked out and deal a combo or two. Some of the room layouts may require you to knock him out a few times before you can actually hit him. Whenever Xigbar charges up a massive bullet, you can get in front of it and use a series of Warp Snipe Reaction Commands to redirect the bullet, usually back at Xigbar. This will deal some decent damage, so be on the lookout for this opportunity. As the battle gets down to the wire, Xigbar rearranges the room into a small square platform.  Xigbar deals a barrage of bullets from all directions. You have three options when it comes to avoiding this attack. The first is to simply run around in circles, but this can be tricky. If you bump into anything or slow down, the bullets will catch up with and you will not be able to escape the steady stream. The second option is to constantly use Reflega magic to create a continuous shield against the bullets. If you run out of MP though, you’ll be a sitting duck. The final option, and easily the best way to ensure that you take no damage, is to enter a Limit Command. You won’t be able to damage Xigbar at all, but at least he won’t be able to damage you. Donald’s Duck Flare Limit Command can provide enough invulnerability to get you through this attack. Just know that you won’t have any MP left when Xigbar settles down.

Xemnas Data

Drive Forms, Summons, and Limit Commands aren’t available here (except for Limit Form), but you won’t need them. If you need something more powerful, you can rely on your handy Trinity Limit Limit Command to deal some damage. Xemnas starts the battle by placing some sort of ring around Sora and vanishing. This ring will repeatedly  deplete Sora's HP until you approach the skyscraper and use the Face Down Reaction Command. Sora climbs the skyscraper as Xemnas jumps down to meet him halfway. The following Reaction Command can result in multiple scenarios depending on when you hit it. The best scenario is triggered when you hit the Clash Reaction Command, which will deal some damage to Xemnas when him and Sora cross paths. It’ll also leave him knocked out for a bit when you get back down. Use this opening to deal a string of blows before he bounces back. Xemnas warps around a lot, but you can always track his movements by following the dark cloud he summons. Xemnas’s standard attacks are combos with his ethereal blades, which can be long and add up to a lot of damage by the time he’s done. Use the Reflega spell to block his combos and knock him back with the residual explosion. Xemnas may invoke a shield whenever you try to approach him. This can make reaching him much more difficult, but just keep an eye out for an opening.

Final Xemnas Data

Right when the battle begins, Sora and Riku are dragged into a bunch of dark energy waves. You can avoid these by rapidly using the Reversal Reaction Command. When the assault is over, Xemnas will warp around the room firing dark energy waves that can also be dodged with the Reversal Reaction Command. Use this to avoid damage and get close to him to land a few combos before he moves again. Xemnas will almost always have a clone of himself out in the field during the battle. The Reversal Reaction Commands will usually lead you right next to the real Xemnas as they move you out of harm’s way. Use this to locate the real thing and deal damage. Riku’s Limit Command is very good for dealing lots of damage to Xemnas while granting temporary immunity to his attacks. The Dark Shield and Dark Aura Abilities are also useful for blocking attacks and dealing damage when the opportunities present themselves. Xemnas will at some point capture Sora in a dark hold. You then gain control of Riku as you try to rescue Sora from Xemnas’s hold. Use the Dark Aura Ability to fend off Xemnas’s clones as you get closer to the real thing and use the Rescue Reaction Command to knock Xemnas off and regain control of Sora. Xemnas will fight with laser attacks from time to time, more so when the battle gets down toward the end. Use a Reflega spell to avoid it. When you reach the end of the battle, Xemnas’s final assault tests your reflexes! As Xemnas fills the room with lasers, be ready to rapidly alternate between the X Button and the Triangle Button for a good length of time. Even the slightest hesitation can result in instant defeat, so keep your stamina high for this attack! Once you make it through this frenzy, attack the stunned Xemnas with a final combo finisher to end the battle!

Mushroom Master

Satisfy every member of Mushroom XIII.

There are XIII members in mushroom XIII, each with a different trial.

No. 1 appears at Memory's Skyscraper after you defeat Xemnas. In order to defeat it, you must hit it 70 times in a matter of 30 seconds. In order to get the Premium Mushroom, you must hit it 99 times. Like Xemnas, this Heartless has the "Reversal" reaction, and its large size is meant to display Xemnas' role as leader of Organization XIII. In addition, its location is a reference to the first fight with Xemnas, which takes place in Memory's Contortion. It is recommended to use Wisdom Form to defeat No.1, since you'll be able to use quick attacks, and you can land at least three hits with the Shoot command. Final Form is also quite useful. With one jump and an attack you can land 9 hits.

No. 2 is in Christmas Town, where Sora fought The Experiment. You must dodge or block its projectiles until your score reaches 80. Final Form is highly useful for No. 2, because nearly every action made in Final Form also guards Sora from external attacks, and the projectiles can be blocked. Like Xigbar, it shoots projectiles that Sora must deflect.

No. 3 is in Beast's Castle, where Sora fought Xaldin. You must defeat Xaldin in order to reach it. You must collect 450 of the prizes it drops before time runs out. The prizes may reference the chances for Sora to use the Learn and Jump commands from Xaldin in the boss fight. The location of the mini-game also references Xaldin.

No. 4 is in The Land of Dragons, outside of the Palace. You must defeat Shan-Yu in order to reach it. You must hit 85 of the clones without getting hit once. A recommended strategy is to attack the first batch of clones normally, and then use Final Form to fly around and ram into the clones with the rotating Keyblades or using Thundaga with the Photon Debugger equipped. The Form may time out near the end of the duel, when the clones are stronger, so you should keep a distance and use Thundaga to wipe out the last few clones and reach 85. Its cloning trait references Vexen's ability to create Replicas while avoiding being hit.

No. 5 is in the Cave of Wonders, at the Treasure Room. I would say that this is probably the easiest one to beat. You must defeat it in 10 seconds, although its health regenerates quickly. For its fast attacks, Master Form is best used when dueling No. 5, cause this gives it less recovery time. Limit Form's Zantetsuken ground combo finisher is also very helpful, as it can easily wipe away an entire bar of the Mushroom's HP. Another strategy is to use Final Form, equip Fire Boost and Bond of Flame, and repeatedly attacking with Firaga. Its regenerating health is similar to the Power Meter of the Lexaeus Absent Silhouette battle. It is also the largest out of all Mushrooms, slightly exceeding No.1, also referencing Lexaeus' size when compared to the other Organization members.

No. 6 is in the Underworld, where Sora fought Demyx. You must defeat all of the clones in a matter of 45 seconds. The clones appear in groups of six. The clones are reminiscent of the boss battle against Zexion in the Reverse/Rebirth mode of Kingdom Hearts Re:Chain of Memories.

No. 7 is in Twilight Town, in the Tunnelway. You must defeat it in 10 seconds. However, coming in contact with the Mushroom will send Sora flying. This trait is similar to the Berserk state of Saïx. The key to taking No. 7 out is by using long-range attacks. Wisdom Form works great, though the you will have to keep gliding away from No. 7. Alternatively, you might want to use Limit Form's Sonic Blade, Strike Raid and Ragnarok combos to keep it down. Final Form and Reflega is another very effective method.

No. 8 is in Twilight Town, outside Yen Sid's Tower. I'd say that this is the hardest challenge: bouncing the mushrooms around like a ping-pong ball 85 times, similar to the Rare Truffle in KH1. A way to make this easier is to equip Berserk Combo, repeatedly use Thundaga until MP runs out, and keep attacking it over and over again. When MP is refilled, repeatedly use Thundaga again. Make sure to remove all MP Haste abilities. It is similar to the Overtake/Clear Light Reaction Command in Axel's boss fight in the 6th Day of the Prologue.

No. 9 is in Radiant Garden, where Sora fought Demyx. You must hit it 75 times without letting it stop spinning. This can be accomplished by attacking with the Fatal Crest keyblade, Berserk Charge and Horizontal Slash equipped, a combination which can deal up to 99 hits. The Mushroom's spinning, or dancing, is a reference to Demyx's association with music and control of Dancer Nobodies. Also, it is the location where the Melodious Nocturne met his end.

No. 10 is in Port Royal (Isla de Muerta) during the 2nd Time. You must defeat the real Mushroom in 55 seconds as it shuffles itself amongst four clones. Finding the real No. 10 amongst fakes references Luxord's boss battle and the shuffling of his cards. The fighting style of No. 10 resembles that of the Black Ballade in Kingdom Hearts Final Mix, where hitting the wrong one would result in Sora taking serious damage.

No. 11 is in Timeless River, in the waterway. You must deplete the hit counter above its head in 19 seconds. The hit counter resembles the counter Marluxia uses against Sora in his Absent Silhouette battle. The best way to defeat it is by using Wisdom Form, with the Fenrir Keyblade, Negative Combo and taking off all Combo Plus abilities.

No. 12 is in Twilight Town, outside the Old Mansion. You must defeat all of the clones before time runs out. Unlike No. 6, they appear by themselves in rapid succession. The clones' rapid appearance is a reference to Larxene's Absent Silhouette battle.

No. 13 is in the Great Maw in Radiant Garden where Sora fought the 1000 Heartless. You must beat all of the other Mushrooms to reach the last Mushroom Heartless. Sora will gain a crown. Its non-hostility compared to the other twelve references Roxas as being unusual compared to the rest of the Organization. Also, it comes down to you with a beam of light, a possible reference to Roxas's element of light.

As for all the underworld cups, I recommend that you wait till the final stage of the game to do them.

A mere shell

Defeat the Vanitas fragment.

Unlocks with any Character in the keyblade after completing the  game. How to fight him....

As Terra, have lots of potions, high potions and a bunch of Strike Raids. If you are doing it the "proper way", this is frustrating because nothing works on this guy. Simply dodge, hit and flee, rinse and repeat. Use Terra's shotlock for temporary protection and wait for him to use his shotlock to do decent damage. Dodging in this fight is the problem, the slide move has limited invulnerability time, unlike the dodges of Ventus and Aqua and shadow doppelganger move is terrible. The cheap way to do this is wait for him to start chasing you and go behind a tall mountain. He ignores small and thin mountains, picks the biggest one. Here is where it gets cheap. He will continue to run after you and hit the wall of the mountain but continue to run. That is when you pull out your Strike Raid move and hit him again and again until he dies. He might warp out of the way and blast you though. This will take a long time.

As Ventus, have lots of potions and a few Tornados. Dodge roll like crazy and listen to this. A little skill is needed in the timing of this. You simply wait for an opportunit (not his shotlock) and use tornado on him. He will be lifted up and be dealt constant damage. Once the tornado stops simply use another one until he goes down. Watch it! he might warp out of the way and hit you. Even with all the preparations its 4 hits and you lose! Be careful.

As Aqua, have lots of potions and lots of Seeker Mines. Cartwheel like crazy until the spirit uses his shotlock (big blue beam that has little reach but does massive damage) then go toward the spirit and double jump above him and start using seeker mines like crazy. This will most likely kill him or reduce him to a bit less than half HP. Super easy.

Time's Teller

Defeat the Unknown.

The strategy for this guy is the same for all characters. He will be waiting for you in the Land of Departure, to be exact, and will wait till you've slain the Remnant to appear. Get ready by equipping Surge Commands like Thunder Surge. Also have Hi-Potions, Mega Potions (unless you have fully leveled your Magic Haste, in which case, healing Commands will do). The aforementioned will cover your offenses, but you'll need more than Curaga for defense. If you have any non-standard evasive Commands equipped like Thunder Roll, remove them, and use Dodge Roll. During this fight, you'll spend the vast majority of your time running away, and unless you're attacking or healing, you should never stop Sliding/Rolling/Cartwheeling in a circle, ever. Stand around idly, and you run the chance of being hit so hard, your Commands will be knocked right out of you! Good thing you can pick them up later. To elaborate on the Unknown's destructive attacks, we'll start with its short, multi-hit combo (concluded with a thrust), and the much longer variety, which ends in a dual-bladed forward flip. Memorizing the flow of the latter is absolutely essential, as the aggressor suffers a delay immediately afterward, affording you time to use Hi-Potions or a Command. If you want a quick glimpse of this combo, its first behind-the-back appearance comes at the video's 0:40 second mark. While you won't be able to see the Unknown, you don't need to, this is the viewpoint you'll usually see the combo performed in. Its other offenses include: creating three circling fire pillars, spawning duplicates, casting Meteor, throwing an X-shaped beam your way, tossing a whirlwind in your direction, and hurling an energy-based Once in awhile, the Unknown may go into a short invisibility phase, though if you're fortunate, that will hardly ever happen. Luckily, the Unknown is vulnerable to attack (excluding when it's blocking), but refrain from using Commands when it's invisible, you can't lock on and they probably won't work.

Darkness's will

Defeat No Heart.

You must defeat No Heart with any character. Again, there's really no Character-specific strategy. Use 3 Fire Surges, 1 Esuna, 1 Hi Potion, 3 Curagas, Multivortex, Reversal, and Reversal Slash. At the first phase, attack his keyblade with Fire Surge to get Firestorm, then destroy his keyblade with Multivortex (careful of his keyblade summon attack). At the second phase, use Reversal and Counter Rush to get Wingblade, then attack him after his keyblade combo, if you get hit while doing your combo, dodge 1x then attack again, the combo will continue ( there's a chance you might get Wingblade's propeller like combo ). When he use Shockwave, run under him to use Fire Surge when he falls to the ground, when he uses Grand Explosion move far away from him and quickly target him with Multivortex and just when he's about to explode, release it.

Light's will

Defeat Armor of Eraqus.

This boss extremely hard. Beware. As the boss is a simulation of Master Eraqus, it possesses some, if not all, of Master Eraqus's attacks, as well as a few light-based attacks of its own. The Armor of the Master can perform a powerful combo with its Keyblade, throwing the character into the air during the combo and using a different combo finisher depending on the character being played, as Terra, the boss will perform a series of downward slashes that create shockwaves, knocking the player upward and leaving them up for more damage, as Ven, the boss will perform flying slashes similar to Stratosphere and Air Drive; as Aqua, the boss will perform a Barrier Surge like attack and finish with a slow moving bubble. It is recommended to block the boss's attacks and counter with a Reprisal to damage the boss and gain invincibility. The boss can perform Eraqus' Sonic-Blade-like attack, shoot orbs that hit character if not deflected and several magical blades that will seek out the player, both projectiles can be deflected back to the boss to damage it. The boss can create magical blades to its will, periodically ensnare the player in chains of light, and if successful, will gain a seal on its back and changing many of his attacks. His Sonic Blade like attack will be changed to resemble a Iaido style technique, inflicting lots of hits and its basic combo will be quicker and may ensnare the player in a seal, lifting up the character and slamming the them back into the ground. It can use the seal to stun the player as a counter-attack, leaving him or her open to more attacks. Like Master Eraqus, the boss will create five fiery pillars which will follow the player around before disappearing. It can create rotating lasers of light, but will constantly move the lasers up and down, making them difficult to dodge, the character can avoid damage completely by moving to the far reaches of the arena. Apart from that, depending on the character (Terra, Ven or Aqua) you are playing against it, the boss will use a different Command Style and his desperation moves will change each time he ensnares the player with the chains. switching between the seal, and the Command Style.

You get the damage multipliers for 2FM wrong.

  • Beginner: ×1.5 dealt, ×0.5 taken (I might have this one wrong, I've never played beginner)
  • Standard: ×1 dealt, ×1 taken
  • Proud: ×1 dealt, ×2 taken
  • Critical: ×1.25 dealt, ×2 taken

And levels don't matter at all for any of the secret bosses (again, 2FM), just your skill.

6: You stay at level 1 throughout the entire game.

My Hero

There are 10 battles where mickey will save you if you get knocked out.

1: Shan-Yu - Land of Dragons

2: Thresholder and Possessor - Beast's castle

3: Shadow Stalker/Dark Thorn - Beast's Castle

4: Cerberus (First Battle with Auron) - Underworld

5: The Hydra - Olympus Coliseum

6: Volcanic Lord and Blizzard Lord - Agrabah

7: Storm Rider

8: Xaldin

9: Grim Reaper (First Battle)

10: Xemnas (First Armored Battle)

All you have to do is get knocked out and trigger mickey in on of those battles.

Corroded by Darkness

Activate Antiform 13 times.

Trigger Antiform 13 times for this trophy. Antiform will randomly appear when you use either Valor, Wisdom or Master Form.

critical competitor: OBJECTION! how can i have less exp but can't grinding level? xD  got confused con lv1 challenge eith exp zero active ;)

my hero: if i'm right and is not changed from the original first donald and goofy have to be ko-ed then sora :)

corroded by darkness: you can add the hint using two become one auto-ability xD

good work anyway, can be useful but for now i don't read strategy for boss and mushroom i wan to try on my own ;)

So for going Antiform 13 times, just equip Two Become One because it makes you only be able to transform in Anti and Final and increases the chance of final randomly appearing.

You also don't have to be Lv99 for the Hades Paradox Cup. There is no level requirement for any cups and can enter it at Lv1 if you want, as long as you beat the other 3 Paradox Cups first.

@soravids I think you need to read up on kingdom hearts 2 final mix some more before you make a trophy guide.

1. you have a choice to stay level 1 or go to level 99 when doing critical mode.

2. you can use a form in xemnas data battle (Limit form)

3. Corroded darkness trophy they can wait till after the fight with roxas to get the keyblade to get Two become one keyblade so they have a higher chance of being anti form

You don't have to stay level 1 on Critical. You can unequip Exp. Zero.

I think you guys need to give the guide another read.

Try putting the Spoiler tags for the guides that was too long to read.

As with many long guides on the Internet, Ctrl + F + Keyword will quickly navigate you to any specific trophy you're looking for. And If you're not looking for a specific trophy, then the length shouldn't bother you as you have no particular reason for looking at the guide. Edited by Zola

Well,Let's just say i'm using a mobile that helps me to climb down for a long time to find a trophy that I'm interested and it annoys me. But yeah, you have a good point. Edited by Hazimie

Yeah, I am too. xD Touchscreen devices need a find option. Duuude, make some kind of an app for that and you'll be rich. I'd buy it.
