Philip Ellwell 5,487 Posted June 9, 2017 Yeah, thanks for that, Disney. As Old was probably worse, though. Wrath is sort of 1,001 Nights crossed with Beauty and The Beast. There's also A Court of Thorns and Roses, but all the sex and degrading of women kinda make it a huge turn off to even want to read. Same here, but Wrath doesn't do that. Best one, hands down, is Beauty, by Robin Mckinely, if you're interested. Also, spoiler, Beauty is plain af. Hammers home the "Eye of the beholder" thing. Half The Story; Once upon a time, some Belle chick wanted a rose, so her dad went to some place and got her one. Then some sh/t in a sketchy ass castle happened, and the chick lived happily ever something. There was a Beast at one point, but he was cut for budget reasons.
