(OKAY GUYS. Just a quick few things I forgot to mention. Please follow this rp so that y'all will know when a post is made, and also if someone doesn't post for a while just let that person know. On with the rp!)"I hope you all amuse me..."Roxas was already up in this fine morning in Asnia. Usually his brother woke up first, however the sounds of his father working always woke Roxas right up. He wanted to see the cool new weapons that were being made. He swung around downstairs, said hi to his mother, and ran right outside to greet his father at the forge. "Hey dad!"The father chuckled, and showed Roxas a rather fancy looking sword. "This here is made out of Orichalcum. Pretty deadly. Why don't you call your brother down to see?"Roxas chuckled, and slipped into the front door. "NERD-""Roxas!" The father scolded."...Ventus! Dad wants you to wake up and come downstairs!" he turned right back around. He expected Ventus to be up anyway... he did after all, put a spider on his pillow. If Roxas had a watch, he would check it. "I give it three seconds." he mused to himself. 

 

Meanwhile, another page in a storybook was currently scrambling to get ready for his own day. This man was Corvo Attano. He was to adopt from an orphanage that day; and unfortunately he had just gotten back from a rather deadly contract he just completed. Escorting a messenger through a dungeon. How bad could it be? He currently was living in an inn, however for legal purposes he bought a little cottage like home next to the inn and some farmer and her magic student son. One of the maids was fixing him up."Corvo, you look like a mess."I know, I know." He ran a hand through his hair. "Look, I gotta go. See you soon.""Corvo!"He turned around. "What?"

The maid sighed. "You have blood on your face." The man sighed and just licked his thumb to wipe the blood off. He just then hurried out the door to go to the orphanage. He didn't want to be late.

[Ender_Man]

 

 

"Get up Ender!!" Ender heard a knock at his door.

Ender hated the mornings, but of course hearing the voice of his little sister made him start getting up. He brushed off the cow lick on the back of his head and opened the door.

There stood his little sister at the door, he was in charge of watching her because his parents were away on buisness.

"Good Morning Sandra." Ender said, petting the little brunette.

Ender fixed the two breakfast before batheing and getting dressed while Sandra played with her dolls, then Ender helping Sandra get dressed.

The two started heading out.

"Where are we going today big brother?" Sanda asked holding Ender's hand.

"The Market Place." Ender said seriously.

"Yayy!" Sandra exclaimed, and the two were walking off.

 

|=Skeleton=|

Skeleton was up basically all night so he was rather exausted, but he was outside, dressed and with his bow and arrow in a nearby courtyard, praticing his shooting early in the mornings.

Some people would watch him and sometimes even give him money for his act. This is how he lived every day. Skeleton had a boring life however, wanting to get a girl one day and become a noblemen, but that was doubtful.

 

~Aya Drevis~

 

Aya's mom had woke Aya up with a soft kiss to the forehead.

"Its morning my little bird." Her mom said with a smile.

Aya got up and stretched, looking at her mom.

"Maria has cooked food and is down stairs. Go on and get dressed sweetie." Her mother said walking out.

Aya was very wealthy and had a maid named Maria, and she was very thankful for her home and parents. But her Father wasn't that nice to her mom... And Aya didn't like that! Aya wanted her mom and dad to love eachother. Why did they not?

Ventus rolled to the other side of his bed. He always wakes up earlier than Roxas. But Ventus stayed up all night reading...

He opens his eyes slowly... and sees a spider on his pillow. "A spider, how wonderful..." he muttered. "A SPIDER?!"

"AAAAAHHHHH" he jumped off the bed just to end up falling face first to the floor. He quickly stood up and took a piece of paper and used it to 

throw the spider out the window. "Roxas, you are dead meat." he said. He then heard his brother call him from the forge. "Ugh, now what?" 

He got changed and went downstairs. "Morning mom."  "Ah. Good morning Ventus." she said. "Your dad and brother are out at the forge." 

 

Ventus went quickly. "Morning Dad!" he said cheerfully. 

"Morning, Roxas." he said bitterly. "By the way, thank you for the surprise." he said, sarcastically.

~Miles Thompson~Bright and early everyday, regular as Clockwork, young Miles Thompson would wake to the smell of Mrs. Rosario next door preparing Eggs for her family. He slowly opened his eyes, and, after rubbing them, sat up in his bed. Peering out the window, Miles could see the town already bustling. It might have been a small town, but that didn't mean that it didn't have a busy market! Smiling, Miles hoped out of bed, changed into a fresh set of clothing, and left his room."Link!" Miles called out. He entered the main Den expecting to see some of Links things lying around. Surprisingly enough, there was nothing. Just the set of chairs the put aside, and the table they eat off of."Huh..." He remarked. He peered out the Den window.~Link Baxter~The raging storm continued to shatter the otherwise peaceful air, clouding his vision. Link Baxter, atop his loyal steed, rode through the wind and weather, trying to escape the trouble that was close behind. His enemies were fast; faster than he could believe. He didn't turn around, he didn't look back. He didn't even blink. Riding, faster and faster... his enemies too close for comfort. A lightning strike. His horse jumped in panic, throwing Link through the air, eventually landing harshly on his back. He scurried to get back up, but he wasn't fast enough. His enemies, whoever they were, had caught up. These were his last moments, he knew. As he braced his attacker, something happened."Link!" shouted Miles. Link panicked, and awoke from his rather uncomfortable sleep. That smell, probably his own, disturbed him. He pushed himself up. He had fallen asleep upon his horse apparently, nearly moments after he had arrived. Why didn't the sun wake him up before his young friend did?"Out all night again?" Miles asked him. His old friend, his young friend, rather, was surprisingly yippy for this time of the day. His red-blonde hair bouncing with every step he took towards Link and his stead. Miles looked upon him with disappointment, but still rather understanding."Uh..." These were the only words Link was able to mutter out before interruptions occurred."Link, next time, just come inside... It's not that hard, you know! The door is only a few steps away!" Miles sighed, but began speaking again. "I've gotta go, but you stay here and keep an eye on things, okay? I'm just going to the market and getting a few things."Link looked back at his friend, and simply nodded. Link never was a man of many words. He hopped down from his horse, respectably named Susan. He stumbled a little after getting off, but he fixed himself, and went into his abode, hoping to finish his sleep.

Roxas snickered. "Heh... you're welcome." Mission accomplished. Oh how he loved to torment his poor brother. The father rolled his eyes. "Hey, son. Good morning. Looks like your brother gave you a unpleasant awakening." he glared to Roxas. "Oh come on, it was a joke." Roxas sighed. "Sorry."The father, Rick, grumbled. "Be nice to Ventus. One of these days I'm going to drop kick you." He took the rare dagger he just made and showed it to Ventus. "Look at this. Your daddy still got it in him right?"

Alvin quickly sidled up next to Corvo as the other man walked quickly. "Goodness gracious, someone's in a hurry this morning! Where are we headed?" Alvin said smoothly, walking alongside the older mercenary. Alvin happened to be in town for a contract, but had finished the night before. He had run across Corvo a few times through work, and respected the man, though Alvin doubted he had earned such respect from Corvo. After all, Alvin's mercilessness while he was on the job didn't make friends very easily, and Corvo was one of few still living who had seen him in such a state. Normally, Alvin tried to take care of such loose ends, but once again, he respected him.

It was a bright and glowing morning, yet somehow a lost one. Lone little Kirby wakes up. He sits up and rubs his throbbing little head. As he looks around, he doesn't seem to know where he was. All he knows is that he was outside and in the open.

 

He then stands up, a bit shaken by the unfamiliar surroundings. A sharp surge of pain spread in his arm. He quickly holds onto it with his spare hand. He looks down on the ground and notices tiny broken yellow shards in the grass. Confused, he picks up one. He examines it closely by bringing it up to his face, tapping it a few times, and giving it a neutral expression of confusion.

 

He gives up on trying to know what in the universe this was. He concluded that he should find other folks to help him out with what the broken shards are.

 

"Puyo!~" he exclaims, and dashes off more into the open, not letting the rocks he tripped on get in his way.

"Somewhere important. Somewhere I'm late." he didn't really mind Alvin walking alongside him; he also respected the man as a mercenary. Sometimes though he had to admit Alvin was somewhat of a nuisance, and despite wanting to trust the man Corvo knew he couldn't all too much. He seen the people Alvin betrayed. Still, Corvo thought Alvin as an ally, or maybe even a friend. Still, he always treaded carefully around Alvin. Through his years and years of contracts and working with many people, he knew how to be careful and whatnot. The town he had to go to was in Asnia, which is bloody perfect. Figures the closest orphanage has to be over the border where they'd hang you if you were caught using any sort of magic illegally. Still, no one in Asnia knew his face, so he was good. "Looks like you got your contract done early. Good job, Alvin. I am impressed." He fixed his hair quickly and looked around on his clothes to see if he had any blood on him. Those freaking bandits. "I'm going to cross the border from Chivia into Asnia. I don't know if you still wanna tag along in hostile territory."

Minato lazily stretched, as he woke up and got out of bed. He yawned a bit, stretched even more, and put his hands in his pockets as he relaxed. He figured that today was going to be another boring day, something he was quite used to. He walked over to the window, and looked out. He didn't see anyone, not that he was expecting to. He pondered what he was going to do for the rest of the day. but he couldn't think of anything. "It's just so boring here. Not that I mind too much. The boredom comes with living in this hut, but it's my hut, and I'm going to stay in it." he thought to himself, as he walked outside. then around the hut, stopping to examine it. "With any luck, something interesting might happen today." he hoped. As he looked at his hut, he remembered that it had been his parents', until their accident. He tried not to think about it too much. He remained outside, breathing the fresh air, and admiring the scenery, even if he had seen it more than enough times. (I'm tired, and this is the best I can do for now.)

Corvo suddenly crashed into Minato by accident; in his hurry he didn't even notice the boy suddenly in front of him. "Excuse me-" he set the boy on his feet, hoping he didn't cause any harm. Lovely. He's late, AND he almost knocked out a random kid. Well, he called everyone under twenty-five a kid. That's what happens when you're almost turning forty. He didn't even realize he was already over the border into Asnia. That actually shocked him since he didn't see any guards or checkpoints. "Did I hurt you?" Corvo asked. He suddenly realized something; he didn't take the usual route he did when he went into Asnia. He was somewhat unsure as to where he was. "Do you happen to know where an orphanage is nearby?"

His father showed him a very rare dagger. "Wow! Dad, you still have the touch!" he exclaimed. 

Ventus took the dagger. He examined it. It was light, but it looked deadly. He pointed the dagger at his brother.

"Look Roxas, someday, you will find this stabbed in your neck." Of course, Ventus was just kidding. He didn't like fighting with 

weapons anyways. He was more curious about magic, just like Roxas. 

 

"Boys! come inside! Breakfast is served! You too, Rick! But clean yourself first!" said Wendy, the mom.

Minato fell after having Corvo crash into him, as he also hadn't seen him. He took Corvo's hand. and lifted himself off the ground, brushing himself off in the process. "As luck would have it, you didn't. An orphanage? No, sorry, I don't know where one of those is. Might I inquire as to why you want to know?" Minato replied, wondering if he was looking to a adopt a kid. "This guy looks strange enough, but who knows? Maybe he is looking for someone to adopt." he thought to himself, as he looked Corvo over.

~Miles Thompson~"And he was just sleeping on Susan?" The boss man, for once, actually took interest in one of Miles' extensive stories."Yeah! And then when I found him, he didn't say anything!""Well, that's Link for you."Miles continued tinkering with a rather large contraption, resembling a catapult. This was his day job, fixing old equipment used by the capital at large. Occasionally, he and his boss would work together to build some new do-dads to help make local life easier."What's this catapult going to use for? I can't see any use of it, especially this time of year. Is there a hunt?""I dunno kid, but when it comes to things like this, I find it's better to keep your mouth shut. Business for the Clientele, that's all that matters." The boss man, Cid, had always been the type to keep to himself. That is, except when it comes to his employees. He knew much about Miles, maybe more than he should.~Link Baxter~Unable to retain his lost sleep, Link sat up in his bed, trying to think of things he could to pass the time. Maybe clean up? No, that wasn't his kind of work. Something else. Maybe he could see if he could help Mrs. Rosario with anything. She always seemed busy with her students, having very little time to herself. Nah, Mrs. Rosario isn't exactly the nicest woman in town. With a loud groan, Link threw himself back on his bed, hoping something exciting would change the dull day.

"Boys, knock it off, the both of you." He somewhat chuckled at Ventus' words. "You better watch out Roxas. You pissed off the wrong man." Rick mused. Once the mother called them in, Rick 'cleaned up' by brushing some dirt and soot from the forge off of himself.

Roxas stuck his tongue out at Ventus and slipped inside the house. "Time to eat! Maybe your spider friend can join us Ventus."

 

Meanwhile, there was some small commotion outside Link's door. A young boy named Silver was currently being dragged along by a couple of guards. "You are under arrest for witchcraft and wizardry!"

Siver growled and tried to kick at the guards. "I only had a relic on me! I used no magic. Now let me go!" He never been in Asnia, so he had no idea the magic laws were this strict. One of the guards suddenly butted him in the nose with his crossbow; knocking Silver to the ground and giving him a bloody nose. "Shut it, Mage." The noise could easily spook some horses.

~Link Baxter~Link was startled by the noise. He heard the cries of the boy from his room, which wasn't an easy task. A mage? He had always taken interest in the Magics of the other district. He rushed outside to see the last of the occurring event that he could. These "Guards" in his town? That's not something Link was okay with! Link drew his sword and shouted loudly."Hey!"~Miles Thompson~"Huh? What's going on?" Miles was uneasy. Guards didn't visit often, so when they did, it always meant trouble."None of our business, Kid! Stay out of it!" Cid tried his best to keep Miles working, even under the harsh environment. No matter the happenings, Miles knew that Cid was right, it was always better to keep out of others business. He returned to the catapult, and continued repairing what he could.

Ventus shivered. Spiders. He hated spiders. He looked at Roxas, who stuck out his tongue to him. "Idiot." said Ventus, pushing him and going inside first.

 

Wendy chuckled. "No fighting in the house." she said, sitting down. " Can we please have a nice, and calm breakfast as a family, this time?"

"What do you mean, mom? We always have breakfast together."  Wendy glared at Ventus. She sighted. 

"Oh! Ventus, can you and Roxas go out and get some groceries after breakfast, please?" 

"Sure." said Ventus. "But, can I go alone?"  "No. You'll go with your brother."

"Fine." he said, as he munched a piece of bacon.

The young pink-headed fellow's continuous running wore him out. He stopped for a moment, catching his breath, holding the yellow shard close to his chest Then, he heard a loud and low rumble.

"Waaahh!" he screamed, standing frozen in place. After hearing the low rumble again, he calmed down and sighed deeply. It was merely his empty stomach.

 

Looking out ahead, he saw something that resembled a town, with a lot of commotion going on. 

 

So, he dashed towards the small village. crossing a border. After finally getting towards the entrance, he carefully walked into town, holding the shard to his chest a bit tighter. Even with lots of folks hurrying about, Kirby was shy, and tried to stay unnoticed in the crowd. Kind of like a lost child.

[Ender_Man]

 

Ender and Sandra had been looking around the number of little stores for a while, and once Ender had found a nice shop with some necklaces for Sandra, it was time to do their little act. Sandra and Ender approached the joint, Ender looking around and Sandra holding an conversation with the owner. Sandra being adorable and childlike was able to help Ender steal a golden heart necklace for his little sister.

Once Sandra had seen that Ender had gotten the necklace, she grabbed his hand and the two ran off quickly. They were not noticed.

The two continued doing this until they came up to a certain food stand with a harsh looking man behind it. This time Sandra was caught trying to steal a piece of bread.

"Thieves!!" The man yelled, Ender swooping up Sandra in his arms and putting the bread in his pouch before dashing away from the stand.

After a rather long time of shooting arrows, Skeleton packed up his thing and started to leave. He only got a couple of coins...enough to get something small to eat at the market. Skeleton headed off, wanting an apple or some type of fruit.

 

~Aya Drevis~

After Aya had gotten dressed and ate, her mother was going out into town with her. They were going to get her rabbit some feed and some carrots, and Aya a new dress.

Roxas pushed at Ventus back before going on inside. He plopped down on the kitchen chair. "Oh come on my awesome brother!" Roxas said with a grin. "You don't want to take a walk with me?" He put his hand to his chest dramatically. "Oh, the pain of not being loved."

The father rolled his eyes and sat down at the table. "Roxas, cool it." He looked over to Ventus. "Watch your brother please. Who knows what kinds of trouble he'll get himself into on his own.

 

He guards looked to Link. There was three of them.

"It's Link Baxter!" One said.

The other growled and aimed his crossbow at Link. "Stay out of this, civilian. This man broke the law against the king. He is to be put on trial, put to be a slave or hanged for his heinous crimes."

Silver growled as he layed on the ground. "I didn't DO anything!" He wished to use magic, but couldn't; there was a magical tag on his back that suppressed magic. The guards stick it on him.

~Link Baxter~Not that it was the easiest task, Link planned to rescue this... mage. If he was ever going to learn anything about Magic, this was his chance. He'd become an enemy of the state, he might even have to move to the neighboring district, but he didn't care. Injustice was injustice. Link rushed at the guards, preparing for a full on assault, his sword slicing through the air."Arha!"~Miles Thompson~"Arha!" was heard across the street, to a small tinker shop that lie down the street."Wait, that's Link! He's in trouble!" Miles said as he threw down his tools and rushed out into the street. Cid looked towards the running boy, crying out."Whaddya think you're doing, Kid? You'll get yourself killed!" By the time his words had the chance to echo, Miles was already gone.

Corvo looked over to Alvin, hesitating to answer the question. He didn't want to be known as 'soft' in the Mercenary community, but then again why would he care what anyone thinks? Also, he viewed Alvin as an ally so he could trust him with the knowledge of what he's about to do. "I'm looking to adopt a young miss or lad. I'm late for an appointment." Great. He should have just rejected the contract he took earlier. He didnt think an escort job would take him so long.

 

One of the guards immediately broke a run for it. "You have no idea what you have gotten yourself into, my friend!" He yelled, knowing very well of Links skill.

The second quickly drew his sword and deflected Link's attack. "You'll be under arrest too!"

The first put away his crossbow and drew his sword. "Two against one."

Meanwhile Silver sat up and tried to unto the tight binds on his wrist. 'If I can just reach that spell tag on my back...' He heard a yell nearby, and hoped it wasn't more guards.

~Miles Thompson~"Stop!" Miles jumped in front of Link, trying to defend him."He’s... he’s exhausted from the days work. He's just confused, and isn't thinking straight." The Guards looked upon the young man and his caretaker. Link gave Miles quite the dirty look, before trying to push him out of the way. Miles struggled to keep him in place. He looked back towards Link."Link, can I... discuss... something with you?" Making sure to keep his focus on everything, Miles turned again to the Guards. "We beg your forgiveness. It's his tiredness, you see."

"I'll look after him just fine dad." said Ventus.  "Here." said their mom, giving him the list. Ventus took the list, ate quickly, and stood up. 

He then looked over to Roxas. "Hurry up and let's go!" Ventus wasn't excited or anything. He just wanted to get over with it and go to the towns 

library. To read books about magic, of course.

 

Near the market, there was a flower shop. Namine opened the doors, since the shop was hers now. She stepped in, and after placing the keys in a

safe place, she looked at a picture of her parents next to a window. "Good morning Father. Good morning Mother." It's been already 2 weeks since their 

death. Namine seemed to be handling it just fine, but she actually wasn't. She quickly went to the counter and waited for some customers. As she gave a 

small peek into her purse, she reacted quickly and closed the purse... which contained a small blade. "Oops. Don't want anybody to see that." she whispered. 

Namine looked outside and saw a small kid.. with pink hair? "Okay?" she said. The kid looked lost, and he was holding some kind of star. Namine decided to walk 

towards him, leaving the shop alone for a little bit.

Kirby looked around the busy town, and started to show a light grin. So much to look at! So many shops! So many markets! He then turned his head to see a young lady approaching him. He stood there, looking at the girl with a shy look on his face, and a slightly red tint fades in his cheeks. He looks around the town, then back to her again.

 

"Poyo?...", he asked her in a quiet tone as he walked up to her.

 

He looks up at her and notices her beautiful blue eyes. His blushing gets a bit more noticeable. He then snaps out of his trance, and remembers why he came all of the way here in the first place. He raises his arms a bit to the girl's face, and opens his closed palms, revealing the yellow shard.

 

"Aah...Ishu?" He said.

 

He looks at the shard in confusion, scratches his head and shrugs. He's still clueless about what this shining yellow piece was. He then looked back at the girl with a longing look on his face, hoping she would know.

Roxas rolled his eyes and ran upstairs to grab his wooden sword. "I'm coming." He grabbed Ventus' sword, and tossed it to him once he got downstairs. "I know you're a wuss and you don't like to use your sword or anything, but I thought maybe you'd might want it." He put his sword underneath his leather belt to hold it. "You're going to get the crap beaten outta you if you just keep holding it backhanded. You're so weird."

 

Meanwhile, the guard rolled his eyes. "Whatever. Just make sure he doesn't do this again." He narrowed his eyes as he heard the words 'thief' not too far away. "Great. You handle the scum." The first guard ran to go after the thief. The second sighed and grabbed Silver by his collar. "Time to put you on trial, scum." He began to drag Silver away.

Silver looked down. 'This stupid tag...' He looked over to Link and Tails, with a look of sadness on his face.

 

Meanwhile the guard quickly located the duo of thieves, and cut them off. He drew his sword. "I've had ALOT to do to today, so give it back."
