So Weiss left before I joined up, but apparently she was pretty great- therefore I have decided to try and scientifically calculate when she will return

 

All I had to work with was this

 

 

Some people believed she meant the July/August of that year, but look closely: she uses 172 characters

Following this line of thought, entering the number into this formula yields amazing results

Unfortunately I suck at math, therefore those results are lost to me

Idk about these days what Weiss prefers, but pretty sure back then they preferred she. They weren't really open about it. They didn't seem to care what people referred to them as imo. But I could be wrong.
