Sand. That's the first thing she landed on as she walked through the portal. It was so unexpected Jean fell on her knees due to losing her balance. She picked up a handful of sand and watched it trickle down between her fingers. "Sand..."She muttered. She had never seen sand as pretty as the one from Destiny Island. The one in port royal was always dark and muddy. She glanced over at the sea and gasped,standing up as she saw the beautiful sea,much a prettier sight than compared to the muddy one she had gotten so used to seeing. "It's beautiful...!!!"Jean gasped. "It is isn't it?"Oracle asked as he walked right next to her. "But such beauty only belongs to those of the light. Beings like us...we will never have a place for us here. The people would kick us out before we could even explain our situation. But that is why we have to win the light just for ourselves,so we can teach these priviliged b*st*rds who deserves the light the most! Blessed are the Madmen, for they hold the keys to secret knowledge. That's why we are fighting. To get the light and be able to heal ourselves."Oracle said as he smiled at Jean. "You really think that the light will be able to heal us from the darkness?"Jean asked with hope in her voice. "Why of course!"Oracle insisted.

The blades sparked as they clashed again and again. Two sets of eyes remained fixed at each other. They both knew this battle would only end one way. And both felt as if their hearts would break...

Ohr jerked awake. He hated when he woke up like this. Couldn't he just forget about it? He sat up on his bed roll and rubbed his face with both hands, then raked his fingers through his hair, pulling it away from his face.

"Good morning, universe." Ohr said, a little glumly.

Corrde had made an attempt too cook a hearty breakfast: it'd be nice after some shut-eye to wake up refreshed. But, unlike many days before, his eggs were hard, his toast burned, and the sausage was more than black in more places than one.

 

"C'mon, don't be disappointed." The voice spoke to him.

"i'm not..."

Something wasn't right. Something about today was on his mind, had him on edge, but Corrde couldn't comprehend it... With a deep sigh, Corrde fixed his belt buckle and headed out to grab a bite.

Rini was without her jacket, a short sleeved shirt was under the jacket so she wasn't that hot. She was squating in the sad, building a sandcastle and kept running to the sea to get water for her moat. She noticed these two loud people coming out form some portal, Jean and Oracle. Rini didn't care about the two, she was too focused on her castle. If one of them stepped on the castle, that would be a different situation.

Igneous Hikari was backed up against the wall she had ran as far as she could only to come to a dead end. Why she was running you ask? Because odd creatures that killed her parents are chasing her that's why! 

 

'What do I do?' she thought putting her hand out in front of her to protect herself from the up coming attack. 

 

Fear she expected. Pain she expected. But what she didn't expect was a giant key to appear in her hand. 

 

She got into her fighting stance and one by one took out the heartless. But once they where finished an inky black portal appeared and swallowed her up. 

 

"Hmm the sand feels nice" she thought in her sleep. 'Wait sand?" there were no beaches in her home! 

 

Her eyes shot open she slowly stood up she didn't recognize anything.

 

"Where am I?"

Jean was like a kid in a candy store,she was excited to be in a world as beautiful as this one. She saw a girl doing a sand castle. She gasped and pointed over at the sand castle. "Sand castle! Sand castle!"Jean said excitedly. "Oh yeah you never did do a sandcastle when you were small did you?"Oracle asked. Jean never really did had normal childhood games. Jean looked up at Oracle. "Hey,Oracle. Why are we here anyways?"Jean asked. "That's easy. We're here to look for clues on how to gain the light for ourselves. How to gain Kingdom Hearts,the source of light."Oracle said with a smirk. "and of course,to find more of the princesses of heart,who's heart of light we will have to gain in order to get sufficiant light to heal our darkness."The oracle explained. "Taking their hearts,wouldn't that mean that we would kill them?"Jean asked. "Yes,so what? They were born with light for long enough,its time for them to sacrifice themselves for the better good of us who have been born within the darkness."Oracle said as he smiled and looked around at the world. "People like that should be dead right now. It's our turn to be able to live."

Mysterious voice: Master, the plan is ready.....

???: Find them and gather them for the plan....We need to be ready...

Mysterious voice: You mean.....The keyblade war?

???: Yes.... the battle of light and darkness...

"Dont destory it!" Rini yelled at Oracle and Jean.

If they did destroy her beautiful castle, she would be deviatated.

Rini suddently fell silent, staring at the two. They werent from around here.

Having packed up his belongings into a rucksack, Ohr slung it on his back and headed off through the wilderness he was in. He knew what he was to do, just not how yet. Perhaps he could find others still loyal to the light. Form alliances with them. The word "friend " crossed his mind. He wasn't sure he could handle something like that again. He had lost all his friends before. He didn't think he could survive that again.

Oracle and Jean blinked a few times. Personally Oracle didn't stand out too much as he was a rather slim young man. However Jean stuck out like a sore thumb. She was very well fit and her outfit wasn't exactly made fit for beach and summer time. Her eyes were sharp and as childish as she was in the sight of new things she hadn't seen before,it could be confused that she was rather heartless. Maybe she was. But hadn't really had the chance to show it yet. Oracle scoffed before laughing. "Why would we destroy your sand castle? Out of all the things why something as rather useless as a sand castle?"Oracle laughed rather bluntly. Oracle glanced down at the girl. "If anything we might as well steal your heart and see if its made out of the type of light we're trying to find."Oracle said as he casually walked around the girl and her sandcastle,being nice enough to avoid stepping on the moat or anything involving the little sandcastle's property. Jean tilted her head. "I thought only the princesses of hearts had the light we need."Jean asked. "Yeah they do,but I'm totally messing around right now."Oracle laughed. The darkness within their hearts and bodies was eminent.

Rini immdiently fell silent, standing up and as soon as another gust of wind came towards Rini and the other two, Rini kicked her sandcastle, and with the help of the wind, sand would have gotten in Oracle and Jean's eyes. Rini closed her eyes to make sure she didnt get hit with it and started running away from the two.

Oracle and Jean started to cough,covering their faces as the sand covered their faces,some getting in their eyes. "Ow ow ow!"Jean muttered as she picked out grains of sand off her face. She ran to the shore and washed her eyes to get the sand off from her eyes. Even though it only stung more. Oracle hissed as he glared at the running girl,gritting his teeth as he had a nasty glare. "Who the hell does she think she is? I'm the Oracle!"Oracle hissed as he pointed at himself. He glanced over at Jean and rolled his eyes. "Jean,get it over with!"Oracle ordered. Jean carefully walked back over to Oracle. "Are we going to chase her?"Jean asked. "Maybe. She could have some connection or information with the princesses of light."Oracle smirked. "But she's only scared."Jean muttered. "Yes but have you forgotten that it was people of light that gave you that scar too?"Oracle asked as he poked the scar on Jean's abdomen. "Come on,it's two of us versus one of her. She can't outrun us forever."Oracle chuckled as he ran off after the girl. Jean groaned to herself as she chased after Oracle. They were suppose to gather information about the hearts of light,not interrogate anyone they encountered!

Rini turned around, she was still running, just running backwards.

"Come and get me~" she teased, then turning back around and high-tailing it.

She would be much more quick then Jean and Oracle, but she was still in big trouble. Rini, being the dufus she is, ended up running into Coorde, head on and at full force.

Rini froze, looking up at Coorde. Man, tall, looked tough. He will be the bait. Rini dashed behind Coorde.

"The blonde one is the crazy one." She muttered, looking at Jean and Oracle.

Hikari's POV: 

 

As I was walking along trying to figure out where I am I saw a girl hiding behind a boy facing two other people who seemed mad. I slowly made my way over to them and asked the girl hiding.

 

"What is going on?" 

"I kicked sand in their face." 

"All this over sand?" 

"The blond one threatened to steal my heart!" 

"What?" I asked now scared as I turned to face the two new approaching people.

"Wha? Wait! Hey!"

Corrde struggled to break free from the girl named Rini as the commotion took place. Trapped in practically a dead bear hug, Corrde was in a "Back off!" type of position. As the two other people inquired about Rini's mischief, Corrde tried to take in his last sips of air.

 

Sand castle? Seemed like this day was going to be more eventful than Corrde thought.

"Aaaand...there's water." Ohr murmured to himself as he made it through a forested area to a beach.

He could see an island not far off shore from where he was. But, how to get there? Well, there was plenty of ways he could get there, but he was hoping one that would draw as little attention as possible. He looked up and down the beach. To his left, he saw some boats on the beach. A town, maybe? Deciding that was as good a lead as any, he started walking towards the boats.

Oracle came to a graceful stop just a few feet from the two. Jean didn't had that much of a graceful stop as she stopped while stumbling,her hood falling off her head as she wiped away the sweat. Her red eyes,white hair and pale complexction didn't fit of some to live within a place as Destiny Islands. Especially with the obvious scar showing off on her abdomen and the small one on her face. Glancing over at those in front of them. They were younger than they were. Maybe over 4 years younger,easy. She crossed her arms while catching her breath. "Oracle,they're kids,they aren't worth our time. We need to get to our contact."Jean breathed. Yes,she wanted salvation from the darkness and the world that seemed to despised them for being born the way they were. But she didn't wanted to waste time or end up hurting people who had absolutely nothing to do with their goal. "Come on Oracle,we don't need to get distracted..."Jean muttered. "Ugh but she kicked sand in our eyes!"Oracle hissed as he glared at the small girl behind the boy. He glanced up at the boy. "Tell your girlfriend to mind her manners around her elders! She could've blinded us or something pulling a stunt like that!"Oracle yelled,obviously upset. Jean waved her hands. "Now now Oracle. Our contact will be mad if we don't go see him."

Hikari's Pov: 

 

I was standing next to a girl and a boy on the world I landed on. 

That is in till a boy and girl ran up to us. 

The boy was talking about how the girl (Rini) kick sand in his eyes. The girl was talking about a contact they had to meet. 

 

"What contact?" I asked kinda hating being ignored!

Rini glared at Oracle, a simple death glare at that. That is something you definately do not want to get from Rini.

"I am not his girlfriend. I dont even know him. I kind of hope I would have made you blind." She said, her voice more stern and dark.

 

(Rini's personality is based off of Urara from Survival Game Club!)

Hisale paced around The World That Never Was keyblade in hand, muttering to himself, "I hope I find a way out of here soon, I'm starting to get tired." And he was tired. He was stuck in TWTNW due to an oversight in the spell he had cast to get there. He was still feeling angry with himself because that that had happened, which did nothing to improve his already foul mood. He started looking around, hoping he'd find an exit soon.

 

(You know, I regret choosing TWTNW. But, I'll go with it. Who knows, it may lead somewhere interesting.)
