This forum post was posted 4 hours ago... Sounds like the real deal in my opinion. He`s dubbing the dialogue from the E3 trailer I believe. Although it`s weird to see Square (supposedly dubbing KHIII already)

I couldn't really tell if that was Ben Diskin or not, IF this is real. However, I did notice the Organization XIII playing in the background at a higher pitch than any other (official) version I've heard. The audio's pitch could have been increased, which could be why I couldn't tell exactly. If this is real, I'm very surprised, I didn't expect them to start doing English voice work yet.

You can CLEARLY hear it with headphones on. This is without a doubt Young Xehanort's english voice actor dubbing the into to kingdom hearts 3, the part before the title screen. This is a HUGE development. If localization is already going on then maybe theres a chance the game could release early 2016
