Roxas looked to Ash. He shrugged. He never really stopped to smell the roses. The only time he ever did that was back in the Organization when he used to eat ice cream on top of the clock tower.

"It's alright, I guess." He said. "I'm Roxas."

Ash stood up. He seemed to be the energetic one, always ready for an adventure. Though he had the mind of a 10 year old. "Nice to meet you Roxas! I saw you battle that Turtle guy with a Charizard! That was amazing!" Ash tightened his fist, remembering the battle. "It was so cool! But...." He energy suddenly went down. "I was busy looking for my best friend. He suddenly disappeared! His name....was Pikachu. Have you seen him?"

Charizard felt some thing strange in the city. almost like there was a balance being upset. He flew over and saw the young stranger who had been rather rude to him, even threatened to hit him. He saw someone else, and flew in closer to get a better look. He saw Ash! he didnt really like ash. it was only that another friend of his knew and respected ash that kept his from setting him alight. He thought about charring both of them where they stood, but charizards comrade swore that ash was a good and kind trainer. And the rude stranger seemed to be an ally to the silver stranger, so he left them alone and flew back over prism tower

~Tails~ "Nah, that's okay, I've got a break that I need. Lucario, you can go ahead."~Shadow the Hedgehog~ "Urgh!" Shadow exclaimed as Pikachu's attack hit. Falling back, he landing on his stomach. He pulled himself up off the floor and teleported behind Pikachu. Shadow through up his left leg, and brought it down towards the creature.

Pikachu was smacked down to the ground on his back! The attack hit his head! "Pika....Pi...." Pikachu suddenly flipped backwards and was behind Shadow. His tail suddenly glowed and was transformed into metal! Pikachu used Iron Tail to his Shadow on his side! Ness, The Prince, Lucario, Alex, and Toon Link went on without Tails. As they were walking through, Ness spotted someone familiar. He had blonde hair and yellow-orange striped shirt. He was petting a Skiddo on its back with another girl. He looked behind himself to see his friend. "Hey Ness!""Lucas!" Both ran to each and high fived each other. It's been a while since the Subspace Emissary happened. "What are you doing here? How did you get here!?" Ness said, surprised to see his friend. "I was just transported here! This place is amazing by the way! And..." He looked behind Ness to see the others. "Who are those guys?""Oh, these guys are on our side! They're all good! And who's that? You're....Girlfriend?" "I ain't nobody's girlfriend!" The girl said. She got up. She had orange squid-like pigtails and orange clothes. She looked human enough.....Just enough. "BTW, if you're wondering, I don't have a name. Have fun trying to think of a name for me." Lucas said while scratching the back of his head. He didn't mean to annoy the girl.

Roxas thought for a moment. "Oh! I have seen your friend. He's with one of my friends."

 

Silver yelled out. "Come on Shadow you can do it!"

Ash rose his head up. The thought of seeing Pikachu again caught his attention. "You know Pikachu!? You gotta take me to him! He's my best friend please!" Ash's energy started up again! He jumped when heard that Roxas was a friend of Pikachu. He really wanted to see his Pokemon NOW.

Roxas nodded and turned around. "Follow me."

Ash went to follow Roxas. He wanted to run towards the direction Roxas was going, but he had to go at the same pace as Roxas.

As the two went towards the direction, other trainers were gathering around them....By them, I mean Roxas. They were all amazed at how he battled Bowser Jr. It was like he was a celebrity!

"You were so awesome!"

"Can you teach me to do that?"

"How'd you battle with Charizard?"

"So cool!"

Ash was overwhelmed by the amount of people that came to the duo. It was like he was drowning! "Woah! What's going on!? What's happening?"

Roxas robbed the back of his head. He didn't like attention too much. "I'm just fought him, I guess..."

Ash tried to get to Roxas, pushing some trainers out of the way. "Can you guys do this later? I'm trying to find Pikachu!" Ash wasn't heard. There were too many people talking about this Roxas character. Ash managed to get to Roxas. "There's too many of them! How are we going to get to Pikachu now?"

"We'll just have to run!" With that, Roxas pushed away all the trainers and began to run. "Hurry up!"

"Hey! Wait up!" Ash pushed through and ran with Roxas as the group of Trainers chased after them. Ash managed to see an small space between two buildings. "Quick! In here!" Ash grabbed Roxas's hand and brought him in the space, with the Trainers running past them. Ash panted after running so much. "Are they gone?"

Roxas looked towards the exit. He was panting too. "Yeah, I think so."

Ash went out first. He sighed in relief. "Glad that's over." He looked at Roxas. "Quick. We gotta find Pikachu!" It was no surprise that the only thing on Ash's mind was being reunited with his best friend.

Roxas went out too. He began to walk again. "Then come on. He's this way."

Ash nodded and followed Roxas. As he was walking, he wondered what Pikachu had gone through. If he met this Roxas guy, then he must have had quite the adventure. All of his thoughts were on pause once they reached a big crowd gathering around an event. It was all of the heroes watching the fight. "Woah.....There are a lot of people here. Is there a fight going on? I gotta find out!" Ash ran into the group, squeezing his way to where he could see what's happening. "Who's that kid?" Pit asked 

"How'd he get here?" Little Mac said. Eventually, Ash managed to get in front to see what was happening and there....He saw Pikachu. His own Pokémon battling it out with a black hedgehog. He called out his name. "PIKACHU!"

"Pi?....Pika! Pikachu!" The two friends ran towards each other and hugged it out. They were happy to be reunited again. "I was looking all over for you! Hah hah hah hah!"

"Pika!" Pikachu exclaimed. But in a moment, his attention was back on Shadow. They had a fight to end. Pikachu quickly jumped back into the field on all fours. "Pikachu!"

"Huh? You want to continue fighting?" Pikachu nodded his head. "Pika, Pika!" Ash only grinned. "Alright then! I'm with you, every step of the way! We'll be together from now on, okay?"

"Pikachu!" Ash's fist tightened to finally see his Pikachu battle. "Alright Pikachu! Volt tackle!" 

Pikach ran and ran until his body was covered in electricity! He was charging right towards Shadow!

~Shadow the Hedgehog~Shadow was distracted briefly by Silver's cheering, leaving an opening for Pikachu's attack once more."Argh!" Shadow fell again, groaning."Hah, looks like you've won. I know when to admit defeat." He walked over to the creature, and patted his head."You're strong for such a small guy."

Roxas smiled. "I'm happy for you." Roxas said to Ash.

 

Silver yelled out. "Hey that's not fair!"

"Pika! Pikachu!" Pikachu exclaimed happily. Shadow was strong! He proved to be a challenge for Pikachu. Ash was happy enough to see his Pokemon happy. "Great job buddy! Heh heh!" Ash looked around. If these guys were all Pikachu's friends, he was sure to trust them. He walked towards Pikachu and kneels down. "Pikachu. Are all these people your friends?"

"Pika, Pika!" The little Pokemon nodded. "Yeah! Pikachu's been with us ever since." Pit said.

"No way.....Pikachu, if you're going with them, then so am I! What do you say?" Pikachu jumped on Ash's shoulder. Of course he wanted Ash to come with him!

"Alright then! Count me in!"

Roxas smiled and patted Ash's shoulder. "Welcome to the team."

 

Silver approached Shadow. "Are you okay?"

"He's not the only one!" Ness said. He was with the group exploring Lumoise City, with Lucas and the Inkling with them. Ash saw something that caught his eye. "Woah! A Lucario!" Ash ran to the Aura Pokemon. He was amazed just by seeing one! "This is so cool!" Lucario only grinned, seeing Ash's excitment. Ness grabbed the hands of Lucas and the Inkling, leading them to the others.

"My name's Lucas, friend of Ness's. And she....Doesn't have a name." The Inkling scoffed and crossed her arms. "Tell it to the world, why don't cha?"

"Well....This is new. I've never seen someone quite like her." Shulk said, studying her looks. "Well, I'm hoping she has a soft side somewhere...." Pit whispered to Shulk.

~Shadow the Hedgehog~"Yeah. All's fair in love and war." Shadow responded to Silver. Tails finished his game of Solitaire and joined the trio."Love and war? That looked more like Love and lost to me.""Urgh..."

"Hey, I'm sure you were pretty strong to Pikachu. Isn't that right?" Ash said, then looked at Pikachu. It smiled happily.

"So what are we gonna do with....Ms. Squid Hair over here?" Sonic said. The Inkling's face showed disapproval. "Hate the name. HATE it."

"I think it suits you, Ms. Squid Hair." Roxas said with a grin.

 

Silver cheered. "Don't worry! You'll get him next time Shadow!"
