How did Riku ended up in Castle Oblivion during KH: Chain of Memories? 

He sort of just ended up there, iirc. Or maybe was led there by DiZ I think.

Cause he's linked to Sora, that's why he happened to get there.

He just sort of drifted there from the Realm of Darkness with some assistance from Ansem with a Card.

LOL well the fact Riku is linked to Sora is more important than Ansem's help, that's why I even forgot to mention it ._. And hell Riku, how can be boring to sleep in a place and not being boring to sleep in another one.. Riku's high

Because ansem the wise wanted him to cry about darkness for every game.

Well ansem gave Riku a card in the realm of darkness and gave Riku a choice either to stay there and stay in infinite daze or wake up. Sort of like Matrix

Perhaps Riku ended up there after using a corridor of darkness to try and escape from the RoD.

I wish I could of fallen a sleep where Riku was it looked peaceful.

Riku ended up there because he and Mickey didn't have the decency to search for Aqua. Poor Aqua.
