VeNate13 144 Posted July 30, 2014 So Kingdom Hearts 3D was pretty confusing. I've played the game and there's still a lot of things I don't get. Especially the whole sleeping worlds thing. I'm not really sure how it works or how a world can even dream really. But the thing that really confuses me is the sorcerer of symphony or fantasia world. Is it the mysterious tower sleeping or is it something else? And if it is the mysterious tower sleeping then how does that work? Sora and Riku started their journey there. Does it have something to do with all the time travel in the game?
AuraAce 1,126 Posted July 30, 2014 No, Destiny Islands, Traverse Town, Cite De La Cloches, The Grid, Prankster's Paradise, Symphony of Sorcery and The Three Musketeer's world (Name escapes me) are the Seven Sleeping worlds.

VeNate13 144 Posted July 30, 2014 Mysterious Tower and Symphony of Sorcery are two completely different worlds. If that's the case then how come the tower appears in that world? There's got to be a connection! 2 Exiblade7 and Ruby Rose reacted to this

Forever 3,550 Posted July 30, 2014 Then how come mysterious tower is in symphony of sorcery? You actually have that backwards. Symphony of Socery is in the Mysterious Tower. It is a special world that can only be entered through magical music scores, and these music score's just happen to be in the Tower. Therefore, these two worlds are counterparts, but not the same. Sleeping Worlds are stuck in a never-ending state of past events, so the Symphony of Sorcery world is just rembering The Mysterious Tower as it was in the past. That's why Mickey is still an apprentice here. And since this is a dream of past events, you'll notice that Chernabog(the big demon guy) is there too, because that was his home originally. 1 WakingDawn96 reacted to this

Forever 3,550 Posted July 31, 2014 (edited) So your saying there's a copy of mysterious tower that's sleeping? The Symphony of Socery is the only world that's sleeping, but since Since Symphony of Sorcery and Mysterious Tower are so closely connected, one world ended up having a dream about the other. For example, say you were very close to a friend, but time passes and you grow apart. Many years pass, and one night you suddenly have a dream about a past experience you had with them. Since you have not seen your friend for a while, she or he will appear in the dream as you remember them, not as they are now. It is the same with this: since these two worlds are so closely connected, Symphony of Sorcery ended up having a dream about itself, AND the Mysterious Tower. Forever 3,550 Posted July 31, 2014 Yeah but when your dreaming about someone else you don't physically take on their form. The world isn't taking on it's form, it's literally just part of the dream.
