X~blade 0 Posted August 6, 2014 Upon further examination I found a unicorn right outside the window in the backyard. Also the 2 statues that aren't destroyed both have Unicorns on them. The one in the back you can barely make it out but it's a unicorn. I really like your theory!
way-to-the-dawn-wielder 39 Posted August 6, 2014 Adding on to this already interesting theory, what if Twilight Town is Daybreak Town during the Keyblade War? Like maybe it got destroyed and regenerated over time similar to Hollow Bastion/Radiant Garden? Daybreak and Twilight are opposites after all... The theory itself makes sense though. Some story writers add certain plot element to their stories and connect them later, so it is possible that Nomura's genius mind has noticed these minor details you've managed to pick up So kudos! Peace! Making the connection of Hallow Bastion/Radiant Garden to Twilight Town/Daybreak is pure genius. Hopefully you and Pandy Monium are right and when KH3 is out, we all wouldn't react that surprised if Nomura pulled a twist on us.

saintsghost 40 Posted August 12, 2014 I have a theory that maybe that the Land Of Departure used to be Daybreak Town. It does looks sort of like ruins.

saintsghost 40 Posted August 12, 2014 I do think that if the foretellers are a part of the main series it is possible there could be a connection between them and twilight town. Or at least the one unicorn foreteller. I have noticed that before. I also think there might be A possible connection to the foretellers or at least the keyblade in Destiny islands. If we get to get to go to the Mainland of Destiny Islands I have to wonder if we will get to know more of Xehanorts beginnings. Like how did he become Keyblade wielder. Far as we know it's not easy to leave the world of Destiny Islands, so how did he end up training to become a keyblade master? How and when did he get off world? I have to wonder what mysteries Destiny Islands still has. 1 Forever reacted to this

Far as we know it's not easy to leave the world of Destiny Islands, so how did he end up training to become a keyblade master? How and when did he get off world? I have to wonder what mysteries Destiny Islands still has. I wanna know this so badly.....how exactly did Xehanort end up in the Land of Departure?? I assume he had to have had help getting off of the Islands, so who helped him? Was it Cloaked Ansem? And how is he able to wield a Keyblade if he gave his heart to Darkness? I agree with you, dude. There's some stuff about this guy that needs to be explained. So DiZ/Ansem the Wise is Unicornis??I mean his physical features does resemble a Unicorn Well, I'm not sure if he is, but I do have speculations that he's either one of 4 things: A reincarnation of Unicornis A man who bonded with/ got possessed by Unicornis at a young age A descendant Someone who just knows about The Old Mansion due to research, and has no connection to Unicornis whatsoever I think the last is most likely to be true.....but you have to admit, he has some strange looking eyes. Hmm.... Adding on to this already interesting theory, what if Twilight Town is Daybreak Town during the Keyblade War? Like maybe it got destroyed and regenerated over time similar to Hollow Bastion/Radiant Garden? Daybreak and Twilight are opposites after all... This. Is. BRILLANT! I mean, it's totally happened before hasn't it? Worlds turning into other things? LoD to Castle Oblivion, Radiant Garden to Hollow Bastion....Daybreak Town to Twilight Town? Oh please, let it be sooo!! 1 Yuya Sakaki reacted to this
LeYenrz 276 Posted August 12, 2014 since there's so many unicorns there, i think you may be onto something...
Kingdomhe 1,362 Posted October 2, 2014 You better sit down for this one, because I think I've hit something! *Unfortunately, I am unable to post screenshots, but just watch any Old Mansion gameplays and you'll see EXACTLY what I'm talkling about.*It seems the "Old Mansion" in Twilight Town may be older than we previously imagined....So old in fact, that it could have been the home or workplaces of one of the ancient Foretellers, Unicornis. Don't believe me? See for yourself....(1.) When you first open the gate there is a small courtyard that has a series of six pillars. All of them are destroyed except for two: one in the far back that cannot be identified, and the first pillar. Guess whose animal is on the first pillar? Unicorn's. OHHH..... but it doesn't stop there.(2.) Enter the mansion, and you will come to the lobby. There are two large unicorn statues there, as well as two large unicorn heads above the doorframe.(3.) Enter the dining room, and there are 5 chairs. How many Foretellers are there? 5. When you examine the table, Sora says that only a large blast could have done this. Hm......do you think that someone could have walked in on the Foreteller's meeting and got angry that they weren't invited? Also, you will see a unicorn head hanging on one of the walls, and about 4 empty spaces on the other walls where heads were once hanging. (6.) Walk into the library, and there is a large unicorn head statue inside one of the bookcases.Indeed its all just speculation, but it's still a rather strange coincidence. And like I've said before....there are very rarely coinsidences in this game....everything seems to happen for a reason. Does Unicornis' pillar still standing mean that he escaped whoever's wrath destroyed that place? Or did he cause the damage himself? What does that say for the other destroyed pillars? Who does the mysterious pillar standing in the back belong to? The mysterious Sixth?Seriously, I could see if it was something common like lions or something, but Unicorns?? And all over the place? Pence was right, something is strange about this house.....something terrible went down, and there may only be two people in the entire universe who know what. But where are they?? actually there are 6 foretellers, but not bad.
Sorarocks93 678 Posted October 2, 2014 I doubt Nomura had the overall plot fleshed out to that point when making KH2 by his own admission too lol. Nice observation though. I'm gonna go with this considering KHX is well beyond the plot arc of KH2. It's not really about planning ahead. It's about going back and using already made assets for newer games. Aros 670 Posted October 2, 2014 unicorns, unicorns everywhere good theory, i do see all that statues of unicorns but associated the mansion at the foretters and that could be related to the story of chi. this could be cool if is come out to be true
Kevin_Keyblade 203 Posted October 2, 2014 Nice Theory, pretty interesting, if you are right, then Nomura thought about the foretellers many years ago before the release of KH X

Kibcha78 7 Posted October 5, 2014 After reading this i went to take a look and I found two more "hints" that you might i've forgot. There's some kind of a leopard/lion head in the mansion in Twilight Town => http://puu.sh/c0LVh/57f9285f93.jpgAnd In sunset hill i found a beark looking face but i doubt it has something to do since it's really randomly located => http://puu.sh/c0LML/1253cc7653.jpg

You got an eye for detail Mate, Gee, thanks! I try to keep my eyes peeled.....in these games, I feel like there's always hidden meanings/ stuff, and that this series is one great big "Where's Waldo?! in a way.. Lance Rajon 4 Posted October 6, 2014 Great theory, love it. Just received my copy of 2.5 and I noticed this unicorn statue in the study so I had to look into it, and man I hope this theory is not just a theory, I love the TWTN mansion, there's got to be more than we know about it! Heartless Plush 177 Posted December 13, 2014 My, god. Could you like shut up for just a second? You're like...blowing my mind right nowBut seriously good theory. I thought it was so weird during my play-through of 2.5 (because my first time playing 2 I would've never even given it second thought haha) and all the unicorns but I never put em together. This is awesome. I hope you're right about this theory because it's the bomb-diggity!
