Forever 3,550 Posted July 29, 2014 You better sit down for this one, because I think I've hit something! *Unfortunately, I am unable to post screenshots, but just watch any Old Mansion gameplays and you'll see EXACTLY what I'm talkling about.*It seems the "Old Mansion" in Twilight Town may be older than we previously imagined....So old in fact, that it could have been the home or workplaces of one of the ancient Foretellers, Unicornis. Don't believe me? See for yourself....(1.) When you first open the gate there is a small courtyard that has a series of six pillars. All of them are destroyed except for two: one in the far back that cannot be identified, and the first pillar. Guess whose animal is on the first pillar? Unicorn's. OHHH..... but it doesn't stop there.(2.) Enter the mansion, and you will come to the lobby. There are two large unicorn statues there, as well as two large unicorn heads above the doorframe.(3.) Enter the dining room, and there are 5 chairs. How many Foretellers are there? 5. When you examine the table, Sora says that only a large blast could have done this. Hm......do you think that someone could have walked in on the Foreteller's meeting and got angry that they weren't invited? Also, you will see a unicorn head hanging on one of the walls, and about 4 empty spaces on the other walls where heads were once hanging. (6.) Walk into the library, and there is a large unicorn head statue inside one of the bookcases.Indeed its all just speculation, but it's still a rather strange coincidence. And like I've said before....there are very rarely coinsidences in this game....everything seems to happen for a reason. Does Unicornis' pillar still standing mean that he escaped whoever's wrath destroyed that place? Or did he cause the damage himself? What does that say for the other destroyed pillars? Who does the mysterious pillar standing in the back belong to? The mysterious Sixth?Seriously, I could see if it was something common like lions or something, but Unicorns?? And all over the place? Pence was right, something is strange about this house.....something terrible went down, and there may only be two people in the entire universe who know what. But where are they?? 24 Mysterious Figure, Exiblade7, marukyu and 21 others reacted to this

The Transcendent Key 12,109 Posted July 29, 2014 Wow, you might be on to something here! That was a very good observation! I'll keep my eye out for those small observations when I play Kingdom Hearts II Final Mix on my PS3! But wow, this was a very interesting theory! ^^ 1 Forever reacted to this
Isamu Kuno 2,512 Posted July 29, 2014 (edited) Hmm, possible, the words were restored by the light in the Princesses Hearts it's possible that the Foretellers each had a base in a world besides Daybreak Town. So DiZ/Ansem the Wise is Unicornis??I mean his physical features does resemble a Unicorn Or he just came upon the mansion after his escape from the RoD and figured with it's secluded nature and the stigma attached to it no-one would go near it making it the perfect base of operations. VeNate13 144 Posted July 29, 2014 And maybe Ansem is Unicornis! But that's a pretty big maybe I guess. But this is still really interesting! You could really be on to something!maybe we'll see Unicornis in Kingdom Hearts 3! 3 Neptune Vasilias, way-to-the-dawn-wielder and Forever reacted to this

Solarclaw 82 Posted July 29, 2014 o.o That's some pretty good observation. Though I'm unsure if Nomura and the writers planned that far ahead when they made KH2. Though it does bring up the question of before KHx was created; if not Unicornis, why Unicorns for that mansion? I'll probably need to look up on the symbolizations unicorns have 2 way-to-the-dawn-wielder and Forever reacted to this
Aqua7KH 5,395 Posted July 29, 2014 (edited) I'm a unicorn too.I'm 17 and isn't a mom.Seriously though that is a awesome theory Edited July 29, 2014 by Aqua7KH 1 Forever reacted to this

DxBEATLESxD 12 Posted July 29, 2014 That be a pretty cool little mini plot twist if uncornis was with them the whole time as diz or something. Thats a nice theory i never thought of that 1 Forever reacted to this
Keyblader_95 1,410 Posted July 29, 2014 I've noticed all those unicorns as well and the first time I saw them I thought: "Ok, ok, Nomura likes unicorns, we got it."But I don't think he even had the Foretellers story in mind yet during the development of Kingdom Hearts II. I don't see this happening, of course unless Nomura decided to connect the two things as he writed Kingdom Hearts X[chi] scenario 1 Forever reacted to this
darkerturbo 168 Posted July 30, 2014 That's quite the interesting theory, I know I never would've thought of that. It would be really cool if that turns out to be true 1 Forever reacted to this
ScarletArisa 128 Posted July 31, 2014 It all makes absolutely sense to me and i am astonished when this is included in Kh3 somehow (indirectly i had the idea that the old mansion has more secrets usable for KH3 too so this is very interesting) maybe it was the basis of the Unicornis foreteller after the events of Chi until it got destroyed or at least attacked (by another foreteller or by that "sixth student")? But i don't think ansem the wise is the foreteller himself but maybe an acquaintance and that's how he learned about the old mansion. 1 Forever reacted to this

Yuya Sakaki 5,212 Posted August 4, 2014 Adding on to this already interesting theory, what if Twilight Town is Daybreak Town during the Keyblade War? Like maybe it got destroyed and regenerated over time similar to Hollow Bastion/Radiant Garden? Daybreak and Twilight are opposites after all... The theory itself makes sense though. Some story writers add certain plot element to their stories and connect them later, so it is possible that Nomura's genius mind has noticed these minor details you've managed to pick up So kudos! Peace! 3 Forever, way-to-the-dawn-wielder and This Persona reacted to this
Forever 3,550 Posted August 5, 2014 Sweet, buttery fingers! I really do appreciate all of this awesome feedback.....it may be something, or it may be nothing at all, but either way I'm so excited to see what Nomura has in store for us....Thanks a bunch for taking the time to read my crazy theory! Even though I did not reply to every single comment, I certainly did read them. Robbie the Wise 5,050 Posted August 6, 2014 I doubt Nomura had the overall plot fleshed out to that point when making KH2 by his own admission too lol. Nice observation though. I've noticed all those unicorns as well and the first time I saw them I thought: "Ok, ok, Nomura likes unicorns, we got it."But I don't think he even had the Foretellers story in mind yet during the development of Kingdom Hearts II. I don't see this happening, of course unless Nomura decided to connect the two things as he writed Kingdom Hearts X[chi] scenario I'm gonna go with this considering KHX is well beyond the plot arc of KH2. 1 Keyblader_95 reacted to this
