Destiny Islands 11 Posted July 27, 2014 (edited) I personally have never owned A PSP and i never had the chance to fully play BBS (i had a cousin that had it but i never really played it). I AM SUPER EXCITED FOR 2.5 But my question is will the port be reasonable? and if so do you guys think the game will have a good translation from the PSP to the PS3 in all aspects? Such as controls, Graphics, Ect. Please tell me what you guys think! Edited July 27, 2014 by Destiny Islands
Sora96 17,256 Posted July 27, 2014 We've seen the graphics, they look great, and Yasue said they are adding extra detail with audio and visuals. The controls would be perfectly fine. There's not much difference between the games and the systems. 2 tlrpttmn and WakelessDream reacted to this
Destiny Islands 11 Posted July 27, 2014 There's not much difference between the games and the systems. ^ Great! I was hoping so. I am really pumped to get 2.5! Already Pre Ordered!
SmashLegendRiku 97 Posted July 27, 2014 It will retain everything from the original but now in shiny HD...I don't know about multi-player in the Mirage Arena though. 1 Ruby Rose reacted to this
Dr. Shimo 202 Posted July 27, 2014 No Mirage Arena multiplayer, sadly. BUT. The right thumbstick will control the camera, which is better than the L and R buttons from the PSP
Isaix 924 Posted July 27, 2014 It will be port great, don't worry
HaneulWay 92 Posted July 27, 2014 i herd the fountains hav the reech gurgoling soundz. :)Nah, just kidding. No doubt its going to be amazing. 1 Garrett929 reacted to this
GN_Otaku 70 Posted July 27, 2014 It's going to be a fantastic port, new textures and controls, as well as the Final Mix content!
kingdomlanelover 494 Posted July 27, 2014 The demo version at E3 left me skeptical. When I was playing, I noticed the character models looked great, but the environments looked horrible. There was definitely a big difference between KH2FM and KHBBSFM. But I know Square was still adding more adjustments at that point, so hopefully it looks a lot better than it did. 1 Cucco reacted to this
Kaweebo 3,617 Posted July 27, 2014 Though the gameplay is tweaked, from what I've seen of footage, it'll probably still play like a PSP game with a controller. It'll look and feel like a genuine PS3 HD game, but it'll play like a PSP game. Just my opinion.
juma086 263 Posted July 27, 2014 The controls should be better. I hated doing the "rotate your control stick" thing on my PSP.
The Transcendent Key 12,109 Posted July 27, 2014 I played and currently own BBS on my PSP, and I know for a fact that the move to PS3 will no doubt be amazing. From what we've seen in the trailers, the move to HD looks glorious! December will be a month to remember once I get my hands on 2.5!

Kodakliv 558 Posted July 27, 2014 the game was already 95% done what you saw at E3 is probably how the final version will end up. Yup so true, they even said they were just fixing up bugs in the game. 1 Sora93 reacted to this

Aru Akise 2,540 Posted July 28, 2014 I bought a PSP solely for playing BbS. BUT, now we can control the camera at will. I've never really played mirage arena online, so it won't make any difference for me. Now I can cry all over playing this BEAUTIFUL game with BEAUTIFUL graphics in a BEAUTIFUL 29" TV. Keyblade Master Xoncron 499 Posted July 28, 2014 I think the game is going to port to console better than Chain of Memories did. After all BBS was originally going to be a console game anyway.
Cucco 1,907 Posted July 29, 2014 I'm excited for it, but I wanted them to add capes...
DxBEATLESxD 12 Posted July 29, 2014 The port was fine i played the game at jump festa and it played and sounded amazing, I thought the controls would be weird to get used to but it was fine. Ugh i want the game soo badly!
Gamerazor247 877 Posted July 30, 2014 It will move to ps3 nicely, HD graphics, better sound, and using the right stick as camera. THIS WILL BE SUCH A BETTER EXPERIENCE., but I'm still gonna buy it for PSP.

I did the same thing! I bought a PSP (and then a 3DS to play DDD) only to play BbS

Drones 58 Posted August 19, 2014 We've seen the graphics, they look great, and Yasue said they are adding extra detail with audio and visuals. That's just marketing bullshit. As for the question, the port is being done by Square Enix. Not Idol Minds. Expect perfection.
