So Kingdom Hearts 2.5 will be the first opportunity I've had to play Kingdom Hearts 2 final mix. However, [spoilerS AHEAD!!!!!] I know there is a scene where Xemnas talks to Aqua's armor and says Hello old friend,(or I think that's what he says). So does that mean Xemnas had a little of Terra inside him?

i think it could be xemnas being a little BEEP and just making a joke out of the fact he possessed one of her best friends bodies.

Probably. Xemnas was the one who looked like Terra more than Ansem (SoD). Even his personality is a bit similar to Terra's one.

Of course, Terra's heart lies within him. But he may be saying that ironically as well, as Terra should be trapped beyond being able to show himself even through emotions within Xemnas.

It is sometimes difficult to notice, especially if you are a master of the dark arts (sarcasm). Also, bad voice acting or no voice acting at all (I can't remember that scene at the top of my head, but I think it could be text-only) means that it would be difficult to tell.
