I'm sorry but this really sounds like a fanfiction I'd hear from the Sonic fanbase but I guess the KH fanbase can do one of those too This doesn't make sense how would he forget about him not only since they're living in the SAME DAMN HOUSE but also how is he being kidnapped for more than 10 years? The real Sora appears, and the brother, who has defeated Xehanort, ends up being the true final boss.
