The issue is, Disney technically owns Sora, that's why he wasn't in Dissidia Final Fantasy. It would be hard to get the copyright for it. As much as i want him in, Disney's the real reason that's not possible. Well that, and KHIII isn't going to be on Wii U. Even if it WAS possible, it's way too late to petition now. Smash 4 comes out on 3DS in Japan on Sept. 9th, in less than 2 months. They're gonna have the same roster for both systems, so they couldn't put Sora in without leaving him out of the 3DS version. Sora would have no chance of getting in, he said that Reggie would get in if they petitioned as a joke, at least he has something to do with Nintendo whereas Sora has nothing to do with Nintendo. 3. IT'S NO USE! 4. Snake is also much more recognizable than Sora Mega Man: One of the most iconic NES mascots of all time Pac-Man: One of the most easily recognized game characters ever Sora simply doesn't have that popularity, and given that KHIII will be on all current-gen consoles EXCEPT Wii U, he doesn't fit the Nintendo requirement. He's never been a big character in Nintendo's history, anyway. Also, the final roster has been set for a long time now.
