Actually I believe he said that it would've ONE if the first, meaning it might not be the very first thing, but it will be there quite early on in the game. It could be the first thing we see, like the Sora/Roxas quotes in 1/2, or it could be immediately following the opening FMV. I think it will start with the teaser then the (hopefully new) song starts and we get the FMV that FMV itself is a mystery because it could go one of several ways. Still, that doesn't mean KH III will necessarily start with a line from him, which is the point I was attempting to make.
