Honest opinion of Box Art

I think it should be made clear that I'm in no way angry over the box art 'cause I criticize it, I just think they could have done better.  A few changes here and there would make it great IMO.

tbh, It's lacking a lot of things to me...It's not horrible but it's just lackluster to me. For the KH2 part at the bottom with donald, roxas, sora, and goofy, it just looks like the characters are randomly placed and there's a lot of empty space, meaning that they should've added more rather than excluding. Or, they could've completely redrawn the 4 characters..I dunno. It's just weird to me with Sora in the middle and 2 characters on the right but only one character on the left. They did the same thing with Aqua but it doesn't look as bad because the checkerboard insignia things fill up the empty space, sort of. Also, the checkerboard insignia things bother me too lol but it's something I'll get used to, the other things not so much. I also agree with the characters looking young, but I only agree with the KH2 characters looking too young. I feel like re:coded should look that way somewhat because it's still KH1 sora basically, but for KH2 Sora and Roxas to just look like they're from KH1 with new clothes defeats the purpose... 

 

But that ends my rant.. I think I may have to agree with this being the weakest box art we've seen since KH1. But I digress, still gonna buy the game tho ఠ_ఠ

Well, it looks good, but I have a few problems with it.-Sora and Roxas look too young-Terra looks pretty stoned-Xehanort looks like Adalia RoseOther than that, it's fine.

i don't think its anything to cry over i mean the picture looks kinda obcure like sora's stance looks a little stiff to be holding the keyblade but overall it's still a beutiful piece.

I don't like it. It's obvious Nomura didn't draw any of it. Looks like manga drawings. This is the first time something KH related was officially drawn by someone else. Maybe they had a artwork competition in Japan. It look like amateur work. Not Nomuras.

To me honestly, it looks too crowded with the keyblades on the side and all plus the color palette doesn't look so appealing. But meh, the game is what really matters anyway. Let's see how it plays out.

I really liked it myself. Xehanort does look a little odd in it, but that's not a big problem. I'm not bothered about Kairi, she really didn't play too big of a part in any of those games.

Overall, this. In fact, the composition is pretty good, empty space or not.

I've seen a lot of topics on how angry fans are about the collectors edition, but what is your honest opinion of the box art? Personally I really like it, I'm a little upset they didn't include Kairi this time, but all the same, it really sets the tone for Kingdom Hearts 3. 

I wonder if they will do an even better Limited Edition for Kingdom Hearts 3. Maybe a "Dark Seeker Edition" or something like that, it would be awesome!

I really like the box art but i dont like the placement of the characters, i dont like that data sora and real sora are right nest to each other,and that the drawing of xehanort is a little weird. But i do like the keyblade outline around the box it makes look so pretty.

It's very cool. I like being able to see all the key blades you get in 2. Just wish you could see Ven, Terra and Aqua's key blade *sigh*

Most of their face espressions are weird too. And I'm not just talking about Master Xehaperv. Last thing to why is Sora's jacket FLOATING!?!?

When I first saw it I hated Xehanort's face but after looking at it more it doesn't look to bad. I still think the Kingdom Hearts 1.5 hd remix had a better cover because of all the colors and character in the faces.

The Box Art is a different style but in no way is it turning me away from the game! This is a game I've been waiting for for a long time!

It's pretty solid, I think. Sure, a few tweaks could be made here and there to make it "better" but there will always be someone who hates it.

 

I do like how Aqua is in the middle.

I feel like the box art is giving all of the attention to sora and xehanort. It makes everyone seem a lot less important than they actually are. I do really like what they did with the keyblades though.

I liked it better than the Kingdom Hearts version of Game of Thrones that was on 1.5's boxart. (It was still awesome though)
