A few of them were. I haven't played BBSFM or IIFM, but out of all the games I've played, Sephiroth (KHI version, not KHII) and Mysterious Figure were the only ones that gave me a sense of achievement. KHI's bosses were somewhat difficult I guess. Sephiroth in KHII wasn't too bad, and Vanitas' Remnant was just an annoyance.

 

Note: All of these thoughts come from playthroughs on the highest difficulty of the versions stated.

None of them were simple hit-until-win scenarios. Each had to be studied in order to be victorious. Once you get the pattern down most of them become easy fodder.

From the ones I've fought, KHII Sephiroth was the easy one. Julius was meh- mostly because of the terrible i-frames. I don't think Days had any. Haven't finished/played the other games.

There are hard bosses and easy bosses, and then there's Terra's Lingering Sentiment (KH2FM). His attacks are the most random in all KH Saga and if you don't know the strategy, prepare to die.

There is more easier Secret bosses than harder Secret bosses in my opinion but there were some easy secret bosses too:

 

EASIER: Unknown, Kurt Zisa, Julius, Sephiroth, Armor of the Master, No Heart

 

HARDER: Phantom (That wasn't hard, it was just bullshit ), Mysterious Figure, Lingering Will, Vanitas Lingering Sentiment.

I only found a few bosses to be some what challenging to be honest, Sephiroth and Unknown/Xemnas in KHFM, Myseterious Figure & Vanitas Remnant in BbS and..... uh... No that's actually it. I haven't played the Final Mix versions of KH2 or BbS so I don't know how hard their secret bosses are.

I never get in time for Sin Heartless Angel .-.

 

Phantom isn't hard, it's just a long battle.

 

Kurt Zisa is a bit hard too, but his attacks are rather easy to dodge owo

 

Ice Titan was really hard for me at a time, but after some time I decided to fight him again, and beat him on my first try

 

Sephiroth in Kingdom Hearts 2 is way easier than in the first game. Aerial Dodge and Glide are broken on this battle

I found all the bosses in KHFM weren't that challenging, dustflier in Days is pure evil and the worst, KHII lived up to its word perfectly in challengingness, BBS bosses are beyond beatable to me, and Julius in 3D was a joke.

The only bosses I ever BEAT were Ice Titan (easiest, by far), Kurt Zisa, and Phantom. Never played FMs or BBS.

EDIT: Correction, I only found one. But I'm pretty sure everyone's found Sephiroth in Kingdom Hearts 2. And all I gotta say, he was overpowered, cheating, loser! But I still beat him though! After the fiftieth time of trying to kick his butt...

most of the secret bosses in BBS were very difficult. I would grade Julius as mediocre, and Days (If the dustflier counts) was pretty difficult for me.

 

I've never touched the FM games.

I tend to....:

 

*spoils myself by watching other pro players kill secret bosses/super bosses...they make it look all so easy......hehehe ~ ALRIGHT! I'm ready to try!*

If it was KH1/KH2: damn you Donald! Why you no heal me??!

If it was BBS: Why command slot no load faster?! (If playing as Terra: Why can't you dodge better?)

 

after another 5-10 attempts I literally give up, what boggles my brain is how some people can redo those battles and emerge victorious...its already pretty hard in Standard mode, better yet how does one even survive in Critical/Proud mode? Its like breathing the air makes your HP drop

Well, COMPARATIVELY Xemans/Unknown was the easiest secret boss introduced in a Final Mix, but he was still fairly difficult to defeat. It still takes me about 10 deaths or so before I can kill him on any difficulty.
