This happened on June.

These two 12 year old girls from Wisconsin were arrested for this;

 

-They invited a friend of theirs to go rollerskating and for a sleepover. Little did she know of what was going to happen.

The next morning the 3 girls went to the forest. And then one of the girls put her down on the floor while the other one 

stabbed her 19 times. They ran away. The poor girl crawled to the street where someone found her and called for

help. She was near death but survived. The 2 girls who did that to her were arrested the next day and they were judged 

as adults. 

-The reason they did this was because of a Creepypasta; Slenderman. They were obsessed with him. They read on 

Creepypasta.wiki that if someone would like to become Slenderman's "proxie", they would have to kill someone and offer

him/her to Slenderman. But the website clearly said, "This is just a fictional horror story. None of this is real. 

DO NOT PRACTICE ANY OF THESE RITUALS FOR THEY ARE NOT REAL."  But the 2 girls didn't listen to the warning

and went on and did it anyways. 

-What's worse is that they had planned on killing the girl since February.    

 

     

     This is just sick! Those two girls were mentally unstable!

BREAKING NEWS: This is today's generation of children. 

 

  I sense an alterior motive. That this "Slenderman Creepypasta" is a simple excuse for a lighter sentence. They can't be that stupid, can they? Think of the young boy left in the hot car, the police found the parents to be searching the temperature needed to kill the child, they pleaded so they know what's safe and what isn't. I hope the judge see's this and gives them a life sentence and may the girl make a full recovery.

Even though i've already heard of this, i still feel mad at those girls that believed in those rituals. Heck, i'm the same age as them, except i'm 13. Weird, right?

I myself love Creepypastas and horror stuff (I even tried the Ouija Board with my friends) 

but I would never go that far! as of killing someone I mean

Not really like you can blame it on this generation of children, it's been happening for years there's the murder of Jamie Bulgar by 2 ten year olds in 1993, Silje Redergard's murder by 2 6 year olds in 1994, Mary Flora Bell who strangled 2 kids to death when she was 11 in 1968, George Stinney who at age 14 killed 2 girls n 1944 etc Crime Library actually has a section just for Kids who Kill, a documentary on it and I'm pretty sure there's a book on it.  Unfortunately there are just some mentally ill people, and some abused people who don't know how to function with normalcy, most just look for an excuse .

I see your point, and I agree with your statement. However, as time goes on violence continues to escalate. Parents can only protect there children so much now, with the internet being the gateway to nearly everything nowadays. Children are allowed to see and do anything online that there parents otherwise disallow. Disrespect, hatred, etc has grown in the past few decades, these traits and more lead to violence and with more disprespect, hatred, etc.

My gosh. A few of these kids were MY age. Except i'm 13. That's not good. But hey, at least i'm the only one (and maybe some others my age) who don't like to kill. Right?

Not necessarily, people in this world need to evolve. To evolve for real I mean, I refuse to call this an evolved society when things like this still happen. But hey, maybe they were mentally ill. I mean, of course they were. What I meant is that maybe they were mentally ill since their birth. I hope it's like that because otherwise it can only mean they lost their mind because they let all this bullcrap, that happens nowadays, affect them.. that would be even worse

I remember hearing about this and to anyone who's wondering, the girl who was stabbed will make a full recovery and was doing better. I read this article like a few weeks ago though so I'd guess by now she's probably at least mostly recovered. 

 

I think those girls are just using the Slenderman thing as a cover. I work with kids a lot when I volunteer and I definitely can't picture a kid being stupid enough to believe that kind of thing. I have no idea what their motive was - maybe they're just sick - but I don't think it has anything to do with that Creepypasta. My brother's around that age right now and we have debates about issues like the national debt and stuff, so kids that age are certainly immature, but they're not unintelligent. I think there's a lot more to this story that the public doesn't know.

While I agree that this is a horrible thing to happen, I'd really prefer for people to be good for the sake of being good, not because jesus, or any other diety/prophet/god told them to.
