As you all obviously know, there have been many topics here discussing the inclusion of Marvel and Star Wars in the Kingdom Hearts series, and I for one, have mixed feelings on the matter. As much as I love both franchises, I don't know how I'd feel if they were put in the Kingdom Hearts universe. As I've said many times before, the only way that Marvel could fit is if Nomura decided to put Thor's homeland of Asgard as a world to visit, and as for Star Wars, I really don't know how I can imagine it in the series. I'm sure Nomura would know what to do. Anyways, another thing I've mentioned concerning this topic is that the only other way I could see Marvel/Star Wars incorporated into the Kingdom Hearts universe is via weapons or accessories for Sora, Donald and Goofy that resemble items from those universes. Here is an example I drew up! As you can see, Goofy is wielding Captain America's shield, Donald has Mjolnir, which is Thor's Hammer. (And no, it's not impossible because Donald wields Grand Mallet in Kingdom Hearts 1, so having Donald wielding a hammer looking staff isn't new.) And last but not least, there's Sora with a Keyblade that has faint resemblance to a lightsaber. In the center is where the lightsaber blade is placed, and on the sides I decorated it and on the three spikes, you can see they are mini lightsabers. Honestly, the more I think about it, the less I really want to see a Marvel world. (At least the one inspired by the MCU) however, this idea is great! Goofy getting Cap's shield and Donald getting Mjolnir is just - AGH - so friggin' cool!! If we can get one or two Avengers for summons, I would probably go into a seizure. I feel like it's something they would do so Marvel doesn't take up too much of the game but it would be cool to add the franchise in little details like that.
