Final Fantasy characters you want/think will appear in Kingdom Hearts III

I'd say:

- Sephiroth (want/think will appear)
- All other old acquaintances: Leon, Cloud, Tifa, Aerith, Yuffie, Cid, Tidus, Wakka, Selfie Selphie, Auron, 10 years older Zack, Seifer, Setzer, Vivi, Yuna, Rikku, Paine, Biggs and Wedge (YES, AGAIN, PROBLEMS? want/think will appear)
- A lot of people wanted Kadaj, Loz and Yazoo and I freakin agree with them (so it's a want)
- Noctis (want, even if we don't know him enough. But hey, he's the "anti-Sora" so it would fit just perfectly)

- Lightning (think will appear) and probably others from her crew
- Vincent Valentine (want/HOPE he can finally get a place in the series, poor thing.. )
- Bahamut.. A FREAKIN BOSS BATTLE AGAINST BAHAMUT (freaking WANT/ freaking HOPE will appear)
- I want to ride a chicken so yea, I want Chocobos ._. (want :] )
- Many others, but I'm too lazy ;

 

In before you all: I'm not expecting ALL of them to appear, but Nomura did said there will be more Final Fantasy characters this time around

So, what you think about my wishlist/guesses? Let me know who you guys want and who you think will appear in Kingdom Hearts III!

I don't really think we'll see any new FF characters in KH3 because it's the end of this saga. There really wouldn't be a point in introducing new characters to the story. But I do, however, have some possibilities: Vincent. He was originally supposed to be in the game anyway, but was removed at the last minute. He could make a possible appearance in Radiant Garden, or in The Realm Of Darkness. Lightning. Because, it's Square Enix. She could appear as a secret boss, or in Travers Town. Bahamut would make a kick ass summon, or secret boss. Bahamut was, like Vincent, supposed to appear in the first game, but was removed. Noctis. Again, it's Square Enix. Don't know where you would find him though. Maybe in Travers Town, or Radiant Garden. those are the ones who I think might be the most likely to make an appearance in KH3.

I think only a few more characters from FF will be added in addition to the ones we have already seen and known in KH2. I think these will be:

Lightning (Most Likely)

Noctis (Since FFXV is going to release before KH3, why not)

Ultimecia (Will probably be an optional endgame boss like Sephiroth)

Caius Ballad

Cecil (Maybe)

Nope, we want a Kingdom Hearts game that has Final Fantasy characters featured, like it's supposed to be I always preferred Kingdom Hearts to Final Fantasy, but it wouldn't be the same without FF so of course we want symbolic/badass characters from it to appear in the Kingdom Hearts universe

(E3 2013) Nomura interviewed about Kingdom Hearts III & HD 1.5 ReMIX (Interview 1: Tetsuya Nomura with Square Enix Members):

-- Will we see any new FF characters? Will we get a chance to play as King Mickey?

Nomura: The appearance of FF characters is pending. For a while, the previous titles didn’t have any FF characters, and I think it’s time to include some. I know everyone wants to play as King Mickey, so I will take that into consideration. Of course Sora will be the main character to play; it would be nice if other characters are playable as well.Nomura talks Kingdom Hearts III & HD 1.5 ReMIX with FFWorld & FFRing:Do you think it is always helpful to include characters from Final Fantasy in KHIII?

Nomura: It is not because the Kingdom Hearts series is now well established that we do not need to add characters from Final Fantasy, it is actually that we have published a number of derivative episodes on portable consoles in recent years, and because of the technical limitations of these platforms, the volume of the story was rather limited. For KHIII, disk space is much larger, so we can actually deepen the story and are adding more characters. It really depends on the size of the game. It is quite possible that we will integrate many Final Fantasy characters.

FFVIII - Rinoa (C'mon she's Squall/Leon's girlfriend (and I think the letter Leon was reading during the KH2 credits was from her))

 

FFIX - Zidane, Garnet (if Vivi can be in the series, why can't they?)

 

FFXIII/XIII-2 - Lightning, Snow, Serah, Hope, Sazh, Dajh, Fang, Vanille, Noel, Yuel, Caius as the replacement boss of Sephiroth (and maybe he'd be manipulated by Xehanort into fighting Sora).

 

FFXV - Noctis (am I the only one who can picture Somnus playing as you fight against Noctis? 'cause it would be pretty awesome), Stella

Nope, not a proof, just assuming since the scene shows Leon reading a letter while the camera view then captured Aerith sitting in the edges of The Dark Depths It could very well be like you said

Anyone but Lightning! Gilgamesh would be cool as a boss with dozens of Keyblades. Be interesting to see someone from IV or V or maybe even IX. Plus, it would be interesting to see Reno from VII and see some sort of to and fro between Reno and Lea which would be just plain weird.
