Change all your e-mail addresses, usernames, passwords, etc. Also it would be best to deactivate accounts you have and possibly create new ones under a different username, or whatever. But this is a harassment, you should tell him, "If you keep contacting me, I'll have to get the authorities involved and will hand over your personal information to them."
