Destiny Islands world and characters having a major role

So yeah, in KH3 I want to se a full playable world of Destiny Islands, like, having the grown-up KH versions of Tidus, Wakka and Selphie by you side fighting heartless like in KH2 partners (Leon, Tifa, Stitch, etc.) with more areas (the other islands seen in KH2) and finally meeting the parents of Sora or Riku

I just want to know what the town has, if it's civilized or has a lack of technology. I really want to see the parent or parents of Sora. The mother only got one line out of the whole game! Yeah, exploring the island and parents, also I want to see what the people look like.

I would love to explore the full island and meet Sora and Riku's parents, that'd be something exciting to see!  Maybe this time we'll see what Sora's Mom has to say in regards to him missing dinner!  Will she punish him?  Or will she say: "What dafuq happened to you for the past 7 games!?  But seriously though, seeing more grown up versions of Tidus and the others would definitely be great.  Who knows?  Only time will tell what will happen.

I think everything would be easier if they just made Destiny Islands the set piece for the Lilo & Stitch story. There are already Final Fantasy characters that call that world home, so there is no reason why a few Disney characters couldn't as well. The movie has a strong focus on family (Ohana), which they could tie into with the inclusion of the parents. Stitch has met both Sora and Ventus, so maybe meeting him will stir something inside Sora via Ventus? It would also clear up the awkwardness of having two worlds with VERY similar environments.

People be liking my comment from about two days ago. Anyways, I just want to leave something unrelevent to the topic. If you have seen the part with stich fighting in Radiant Garden with the 1000 Heartless scene, in Kingdom Hearts II, is it possible that other people that can gain access to space travel, is it possible for other characters from other worlds travel to other worlds? ...Wait, I just remembered a crucial part about the the worlds barriers. I might as well post this anyway. But still, hypothically, would it be possible?

Actually, it might be kind of neat to see Sora with Tidus, Wakka, and Selphie again. Considering that they are the only other people that we know Sora has pre-adventure relationships with outside of Kairi and Riku, it might be neat to see how he tries to interact with them, after all he's been through now.

Well in KH1 we saw Leon, Yuffie, Cid, and Aerith in Hollow Bastion, how did they get there? I suppose using Cid's gummi ship, they could travel to other wolrds because the barriers were broken as said by Yen Sid on KH2 so yeah, it is possible

They do? Where? I know in BBS I ran around inside a giant spaceship from the Lilo & Stitch movie, but I sure as heck didn't go to their world  :tongue: lolThat was one of the low points in the game for me. The movie mostly take place Hawaii, so why base a world on only the first 5 minutes of a movie? That would be like having a Peter Pan world where all you do is run around the Darling Nursery. Besides, when Wall-E eventually rolls around it's going to be exactly the same thing, a giant ship in space  :dry:

I guess you're right in that aspect. But I think the reason they did that was because they could've easily made the Destiny Islands the same. Minus the people, the Destiny Islands I think has absolutely everything Hawaii has; a tropical beach, a little settlement. And, they have to consider the story and characters into it. Hawaii, to us outsiders, seems like a peaceful place. But when you take Hawaii and drop Unversed, Heartless, or Nobodies (Dream Eaters would be okay), it kind of messes with an image.

Destiny Islands has literally been a world visited and shown in every single Kingdom Hearts game to date. I would really love for them to finally expand on Destiny Islands!! And seeing Wakka and Tidus all grown up would be great too!!!

 

How cute would it be if Sora's mom was known as the crazy woman who thought she had a son but nobody else had any recollection of him ((The events in COM erasing all their memories but not his mom's))

I thought Nomura stated long ago that family members in KH does not matter; I think it would just diverge from the story since we were never really properly introduced to Riku, Kairi, or Sora's parents and it would just be awkward...

I would like to see Selphie, Wakka, and Tidus again on Destiny Islands! I want to be able to explore the other island as well~ c:
