Why does it even matter. There have been tons of anime/video game characters that are black. Just because he's the "only back guy that's evil" doesn't make it racist.

You should know by now that dark skin in Kingdom Hearts means the character has a deep connection to Darkness, it's not about racism

Tan people = Half of them are good like Sora but others are evil

Olive skin people = The light

light skinned people= The light

 

These explains why they are no main black characters in KH. The heartless are also a representative of black people since all or most of the heartless are black. The reason why the heartless is black is to make players insensitive to the genocides and the killing of blacks across the world.
