And not to be mean but from my experience long distance relationships never work because you lose interest. Chat with some close friends to make you feel better. Cricket 1,180 Posted July 9, 2010 D; I'm sorry to hear that Tricia...but he's right...it may be hard moving on because you strongly cared for him and it seems you were pretty serious about your feelings with him. Please don't think he was the only one, there are guys who are close to you and others out there to meet. It may be painful, but this is good experience and now you can explore more of what kind of guy you want to find, or one that may find you. Just take from this and enjoy the time you got to talk to him and know him. Just try to be happy for him, I'm sure he wants you to find the right person and at least he told you how he felt.
