what happens to MX's body when his heart enters terra's body?

Well, pretty much master xehanort extracted his heart to fuse it with Terra's body. If you look at the cutscene his body fades into dust with him smiling. But the whole reason why he wanted to fuse with Terra is because MX saw how Terra had darkness in him. And if you read all of the xehanort reports, he wanted to find a new body so he could start another keyblade war and see it with his own eyes.

Two possibilities:

-- In "KHI" when Sora stabs the "Keyblade of people's hearts" into himself to release his heart and Kairi's, Sora's Heartless and Nobody were born. When Master Xehanort and Terra:Xehanort stab themselves with the Keyblade, were his and Terra's Nobodies not created?

Agreed. And after that quote from Nomura, I'm more inclined to believe so. Probably a close relative to the Nobodies, like the Unversed are to the Heartless.

I'm saying that the only person who does know what MX's body and soul became is Nomura, who hinted that they did go on to become a new entity.

 

And, you'll find that Sora doesn't know a lot of things :
