Getting up, Zion jumped onto Snider's back. "Let's go!" She said. "ONWARDS!"

 

Sarah looked at everything.

"Freya, I'm going to my quarters. Tell me when we reach Castle Guard."

Luna sighed. "Best get sleep Xam." She stretched. "I'm going to the holo deck."

{Port Royal}JayCee shrugged."Can't say if anything official happened recently happened between the two, but I'm sure there have been some...under the table meetings." He said. "To discuss their cut and trading info and all."He looked Brandon up and down."Let's see. I'm betting Dark side for you, though maybe one of the nice ones."JayCee grinned."Which begs the question why you're interested in the goings on of a cesspool like this?"

"Hmm." Brandon pondered about the so called "Under the table" meetings. "Yeah, you're right, i am from the Dark Side. And i wouldn't call myself a nice one per se, Its hard for me to keep a hold of my......Dark tendencies sometimes. But, when it calls for it, i can be polite. As for why i'm here, i got an alert to come here immediately. They didn't say much, but i'd assume that those under the table meetings are one of the reasons. Do you think you could direct me to their usual meeting places? Unless they're so secretive that no one knows where they are."

{Rho: Twilight Town; Beach}Rho chuckled."Well, can't argue with those kind of results." He admitted.Taking another bite out of his ice cream, Rho looked out at the ocean. This was...nice. Maybe he should work it out with Alexi or maybe Neena to get some time off. Maybe...meet up with Dawn."So," he began, searching for something to say. "What do you want to do now?"

Getting up, Zion jumped onto Snider's back. "Let's go!" She said. "ONWARDS!"

Readjusting his uniform as he stood up, the commander had just finished squaring away when Zion decided to ruin his efforts by once again jumping on his back. Snider sighed, then cracked a little smile as he hung his head in embarrassment. "Yes, ma'am." Several of the restaurant patrons giggled as he slowly shuffled to the door with the bubbly girl on him, then started sprinting as he cleared the front door. 

 

It wasn't long before they both arrived at the beachfront, where the cool ocean breeze and the beautiful landscape greeted their senses. He looked around; partially because of habit, mostly because instincts as he watched the other civilians. None were doing anything notable, except for two individuals who were admiring the sunset view. Lucky... Wish I could be doing the same. I need a cooldown after the crisis. He slightly glared at the blond girl piggybacking on him, then snickered a little. "So... we're here. If you don't mind me asking, where's your home?"

"Down the beach front. Far down, in a stripnof private beachfront." She pointed. "Over there. Past the two lovebirds, aaaalll the way down." She reported. "It's quite anjog, but I'm exhausted..."

Once again, the Commander sighed as Zion mushed him into the direction of her home. "Do really want me to hike there with you on my back the entire way?" he asked, somewhat annoyed, but oddly enjoying the sensation of a warm, soft girl pressing up against him. "I suppose the extra exercise wouldn't hurt. Off we go then." He took off in a fast jog, making sure the girl on his back was comfortable as they went to the last known position of her home....

Dawn looks at Rho with a smile on her face as she takes another bite out of her ice cream. She looks towards the ocean, and looks back at Rho. She thinks of something in her head as she smiles at him. Her Heart beats in joy as she thinks about what to do. "Perhaps we could have a walk around the ocean, and look at what lives within it." Said Dawn, talking to Rho with a cheerful tone in her voice.

Quint followed the couple quietly as they jogged down the beach in a piggyback position. He made sure to keep himself as concealed as possible, either blending in with the crowd or hiding in the shadows. There was no real need to show himself to them at this point. He would do so in due time, but for now, staying on top of Master Zion and her escort, Commander Snider, was the most help he could be to the Decolor. He thought about how he could go about this, either taking to the two directly, continuing to shakily stalk them, or pretend to merely overhear their conversation and talk to them that way. In any case, he needed to find out how against the regime either was willing to be.

Neena smiled at the group assembled at the bar. She nodded to Cron, "Cron," she greeted. She knew all of the members of Alexi's assassin team. "Stan," She nodded to the other person she knew. She liked the big galoot. His explosive expertise and large sword made him an excellent pick for operations. But she didn't know the other two. "And who might you two be? I don't believe I've met either of you before." She took another sip of her cider, and held out her hand for a shake. She enjoyed meeting her agents, especially the strong ones. The weaker foot soldiers, she left those in Alexis's care. She wasn't much good with logistics anyway.

Ryonne glanced at Alexi's reply, before setting back on the way to his room. Varron would figure out that they were off-duty for now when he didn't return. He stepped into his room, and placed his blade on a table. He grabbed a bloody cloth, and unsheathed the sword. Wipe, wipe, wipe. Back to shining. Ryonne nodded satisfied, putting the blade back into it's scabbard. He threw the rag back to it's place among various other cleaning materials. Ryonne sat down on a mat, placed his sword next to him, and closed his eyes. Breath in. Breath out. He needed to recenter after that chaos in Twilight Town.

Hotaru and Lunaris were watching as Neena greeted the other Agents when they noticed Neena's hand."And who might you two be? I don't believe I've met either of you before." She said.The blond girl nodded and smiled before holding and shaking Neena's hand."Nice to meet you personally, boss lady. My name is Lunaris Sonyeo, I'm a sniper and if you need someone dead from a very long distance I'm your girl." Lunaris said happily.Next Hotaru shaked Neena's hand and nodded in recognition."Hi. My name is Hotaru and I'm Lunaris' partner. I'm good in close combat and stealth missions."

"Well, I don't know if I can be of any more assistance, but if I can, I'd be happy to help." Claire said, and then realized something rather embarrassing, "By the way sir... um, can I get a ride back with you? I had Lee teleport me here, but I forgot to prepare a way to get back to the base. Sorry about that."

 

Stan

Stan smiled and gave Neena a nod as well. She could be temperamental sometimes, but as long as you didn't tick her off and wasn't a keyblader, she was nice, which was more than could be said of many of the other Decolor members, sadly enough. "So... anyone know when the next mission is? Now that I've got my new shipment of explosives, I'm ready to go." Stan said.

"See, I might know a think or two about where a meeting place might be, but I'm a little lost on one point." He replied.

A sly grin crept over the man's weathered face as he rubbed a thumb against index and middle finger.

"What's in it for me, telling you about a place like that?"

Rho's enjoyment of the moment was suddenly pushed aside as warning bells began to sound in his head. He gave the source of this alarm, a soldier in a commander uniform and the lady who came out of the statue, surreptitious glances. And they seemed to be going down to the beach. Could he risk going with them?

"Calm down." He ordered himself mentally. "Your side of the op was innocent looking. You're fine."

Rho managed to give Dawn a smile.

"Sounds good to me." He said, sounding a little distracted. "Lead the way."

 

{Cron: Home; Canteen}

"Oh crap." Cron thought. "Did the boss 'forget' to tell Neena about the Wielder?"

The assassin grinned. It might be interesting to see what happened if Neena found out.

"But, Alexi would never forgive me if he found out it was me that told her." She thought.

She sighed. She just have to wait for someone else to do it.

"Those two provided some overwatch for the Ulthor." She said aloud. "Did pretty good, too."

The assassin glanced at Stan. He was less subtle then Cron usually worked, but that was sometimes fun.

"No word from Alexi, yet." Cron added in, then eyed Neena. "You got something?"

Alexi actually smiled a little at Clara's request.

"Remind me to get you some keys to a ship next time I'm back." He said as he opened a Portal back to Home.

Brandon grinned. "Heh, you must be brave to try and bargain with a keyblade wielder from the dark side." He quickly summoned his keyblade and pointed it at JayCee. What exactly would i need to give you in exchange for the info i need?"

She laied her head on the back of Snider's, tears welling.

Dawn smiles at Rho, and she starts to walk along the beach, gazing at the ocean with a smile. She looks around at the water moving towards the sand with curiosity. She picks up a seashell, and holds it to her ear, and puts it into her pocket. She is having a great time at the beach with Rho. "I wonder how the ocean is so big? It looks beautiful." Said Dawn, talking to Rho with a cheerful tone in her voice.

Neena smiled as she shook hands with Lunaris. Excellent. Long distance combatants were always a good thing to have in a scenario. She also turned and shook hands with Hotaru. Maybe it was just her... But he didn't seem quite right. Not on his game. He was ever so slightly anxious, and his eyes darted around like he was trying to hide something. Oh well, all of the agents had their secrets, Alexi in particular. If he let him in, then she trusted the man with his life. Neena smiled at Cron and Stan. A mission? Well, she had something she was going to do herself, but if they insisted...

"Alright, if you guys want a piece of the action, I can help you out. Let's see... Ryonne got back recently, Lee is still around here somewhere, Azalea hasn't left yet today, but Quint is away on his own. Okay, here's the deal. As you all know, the statue of Zion recently turned back to human. What we know is that the Light is displaying interest in gaining her as an asset. What we don't know, is everything about this Master except various legends and the strength she showed during her fight earlier. We need intel not only about Zion, but also anything they might use her for in the future. So here is the deal. We are going to get into Disney Castle and get as much information about these things as possible. Lunaris, you will be sniper support from the walls. Keep the teams inside covered, and if you get a chance, assassinate any important keybladers you see. Stan, we need your most precise explosives. You will need to blow a hole into the ground floor, to the exact right of the Northwest Tower. That will get you, Lee, Hotaru, Cron, Ryonne, and Azalea into a small corridor. Lee, Ryonne, and Stan will continue to the left, towards the database. I will send Lee a device that will siphon important intelligence from the computer. While he is doing that, Stan and Ryonne must cover him, and keep him safe from any other keybladers. Meanwhile, Hotaru, Cron, and Azalea will be going up the Northwest Tower to various meeting locations all over the tower. The Grand Hall, the Meeting Room, the Throne Room. Eavesdrop or use whatever other methods to can to find out what they are planning to do anytime in the near future. After exactly one hour, you will all meet back at the infiltration point, where Lee will teleport you out. Lunaris, I'm afraid to say you need to find your own source of transportation. Now, I've already sent a copy of this briefing to Lee, Ryonne and Azalea, as well as the data-stealing program to Lee. Also, I sent all of you a copy of the blueprints of the Castle. Now it is up to you whether or not you will accept this mission."

Milo sat at the porch of the De Wynter estate. He watched as Commander Snider and Master Zion approached the home on piggyback. How silly and fun. Milo sighed, and summoned Total Eclipse. Why did he have to get this stupid blade? Out of all of them in the Village, why him? He didn't want anything to do with the stupid weapon.

(Y'all got it. Ludicrous speed authorized.){Freyja: Yggdrasil; Orbit over Castle Guard}The general PA issued a tone before the announcement came over."The world Castle Guard has been reached." Freyja announced. "Admiral Aether, Guardian Luna and Cadet Xamtweth, please report to bridge." On the bridge, the hologram of Freyja was projected on the star chart display, along with a real time image of Castle Gaurd, which looked barren even from space. A small block of text indicated that no life forms what so ever appeared on its surface.{Port Royal}JayCee kept a good poker face while Brandon pointed his blade at him. It remained in place for another few seconds after Brandon lowered his weapon, he then grinned slightly. There was a subtle untensing about his stance."I've always been good at judgin' a man's character." He said with a shrug. "Well, how about we do a simple swap. I got a job that's a little over my head, and could use a Wielder to help me out. Don't worry too much, it's actually something the Dark Brass would like."{Rho: Twilight Town; Beach}Rho followed Dawn to the beach and couldn't help but enjoy how excited Dawn was. He hadn't been able to just sit back and enjoy a situation for a long time. Still, there were a few dark clouds in the bright day, metaphorically speaking. Rho kept an eye out for the commander and statue lady, just in case something started with them. Also, the training Alexi and Thet had drilled into him was giving slight warning bells, like there was something around he was missing."Yeah." He thought. "Missing that I'm off duty."He then walked up to be beside Dawn, sheepishness asserting itself again."My mom always thought oceans were invented so that poets would have something big to say that their love was bigger than." He replied to Dawn, then blushed.{Cron: Home; Canteen}Cron grinned. Technically, she should wait for the rest of the Ulthor to assemble, then get a mission, but that could take time. The world below them, Sarah crossed her arms.

"Send surveyors down to check for mineral deposits. We need resources. If we have enough for a base, good. But I want more." She frowned.."we need to tip the scales in our favor. That means we need daring." She pressed a few buttons.

"Freyja. I need enough resources after the base..." the technical readout for a massive dreadnought, a world dwarfing warship, flashed onscreen. "But I need more for these."

 

With button presses and wrist flicks, rotates, and calculated precision, two different warshipsnow sat on the holo projector.

"We need an equalizer. Without the Snow or the Forward Unto Dawn..." she finished. "Freyja. Classify this to top grade clearance. Project Name: Legacy of Yen Sid." The Admiral was dead serious. "Locate the ship graveyard Queen Mercedes forced my fleet to. Locate the needed components for rebuilding. Tell me how easy we can make the Mirage Arena a battle station and a ship building facility."

She woman rolled her shoulders. "It's time to get tactical."

 

 

Zion looked over the dune.

"There!"

 

Her estate, the sprawling sunset orange mansion, was surrounded by golden orbs and decorated with greenery, windows and turrets. It was both a castle...and a fortress. In the freaking yard sat two main guns from an Avalon CCS - 223 "Bushmaster" class assault frigate, and around were dozens of nine tail foxes and glowing green foxes.

"So...the pact with Summoner's Spring remains." Zion mused. 

 

As they approached, the animals made a great noise. Swarming, they jumped to brush against Zion, and she hopped down from Snider's back.

"Hi guys." She said happily. "I missed you."

The foxes made their noise, surrounding and rubbing against her. 

Her skin, which had been like porcelain, grew healthier and richer. Her gold hair regained luster, and she smiled.

"Two hundred years and your gifts never wane."

 

She stood and turned to Snider. "The world of Summoner's Spring has long been an ally of my family. The Nine Tailed and green Lifeforce Foxes are their gift; they protect and nurture us, their presence giving off energy. And cannons are from Avalon." She grinned. "But thats not all we got." She spun, the foxes leaping with her.

"Even if the estate is destroyed and rebuilt, the bond of friends never can be shattered. These animals, those guns. And all that protects this place...it's a testament to the power and magic of friendship."

Speech over, the door opened.

"And a statement to our power."

Zion turned. The golden haired woman standing there... like an older her.

"Hello Zion. Or should I say, my great great times ten grandmother."

Zion touched her face. "...uh...Im not wrinkled..."

Sarah manipulated the hologram. "Dispatch our biggest ships to get the Mirage Arena. Send the frigates Zero Hour and Twilight Falling. Scout mineral deposits in space. Dispatch stealth frigate Normandy to find and infiltrate the ship graveyard. Call out again to find allies and see if the Eldruin can find Summoner's Spring." She kept searching. "And Freyja. Find me Zion de Wynter."

The others facepalmed. "How far from the Dawn?"

As the commander jogged, Snider felt a small wet patch develop just below his collar. It was a familiar sensation, evoking rather powerful memories of the wars he had fought in as the estate came into view. His breathing intensified, and for a split moment, the commander vividly relived what was the most traumatic event of his career as he remembered carrying a fellow comrade on his back. He remembered how his back was soaked with the soldier's tears as he desperately sought to help.

 

S-S-Sir? I... I got h-hurt, bad.

Medic?! Medic!! Where's our freaking medic?!?!

J-...J-just l-listen to m-m-me. 

Hold on, help is coming, just stay with me-

Promise... me... Tell her.... I... I'm sorry....

 

Snider exhaled slowly as he unknowingly whispered to Zion. "Just stay with me. We're almost there. Please... don't leave me."  Finally snapping out of the flashback, he felt Zion getting off his back as the two finally arrived. "There!" He could only watch and smile as the girl was reunited with her home, standing rather awkwardly as she decided to tell him the power of friendship and just what the hell Summoner's Spring was. "That cute, miss. But it looks like someone wants to meet you." He nodded towards Milo, not sure what to think or how to act. "Can we help you, miss?"

"WHAT THE HELL!?" I yelled. I now find myself drenched in cold water. I looked around to see Luna with an empty glass. Oi. Get up. All hands on deck. We have a base of operations to build." She stated. I grabbed a towel nearby to dry myself and put my headphones on. Oddly enough,I only put one ear cup on my ear and left my good ear open. I grabbed my pins and went outside my room to find Luna standing outside waiting for me.

 

"All right, I'm up. I know the situation, so what you want me to do now?"

Zion looked over at Milo.The foxes scattering, she knelt in front of him and his Keyblade.

"Total Eclipse. A nice blade. But the name makes many feel bleak, instead of filled with wonder." She paused, then smiled. "I'm Zion. Why are you looking so sad on my front steps?"
