Young Xehanort's the only who's done it and I believe Nomura said in an interview the keyblade was brought on by Xehanort "assuming direct control". If they didn't have a keyblade prior to the nortification process they still would not be able to without MX's help. I'm talking about Organization XIII members not Sora I'm saying that he should give them the ability to morph their keyblades into their previous weapons,otherwise where is the fun if everyone you fight has the exact same weapon as you?
