Well,Square developed some sport games for the Mario franchise like Mario Hoops 3 on 3(a Basketball game) on the DS and Mario Sports Mix on the Wii.....the one on the DS was ok but Sports Mix on the Wii was meh

I like certain sports games but I don't like the idea of Square Enix doing one (I know they did those Mario ones but eh).

Well they'll be a publisher at this point not developing it.

 

They can get NextLevelGames,this team did a fantastic job with the Mario Striker games(Football games) on GameCube and Wii

That is correct, but I've still listed it as an option.

 

I see, they've also developed a NHL game and for various platforms.

I wouldn't mind either way.  The only actual sport game I play is NHL and it's been a minute since I have.

But something that goes along with KH or FF I wouldn't mind.  I probably wouldn't buy it, but I don't think it would be a terrible idea. (:

I wouldn't really like an original sports game unless a KH/FF/TWEWY character was unlockable. But it'd be cool if it played like Mario Strikers Charged.

In my opinion, blitzball was the worse thing about X.  I thought it was going to be realtime, not a turn based mess.

The only sports game I like is FIFA but I would still not want a soccer game with Kingdom Hearts characters. Useless.

Instead of Mario & Sonic at the olympic games: Square Enix at the olympic games With some extra sports like Blitzball, Chocobo racing and Struggle! That would be pretty weird lol

Why isn't there an answer that simply states "no"?

I like sports games, wouldn't want Square Enix to develop one. The current sports games developed are kinda set in concrete and aren't going to be challenged by a random Square Enix attempt. And if they create an original sport or activity, for lack of a better word, it would have to be bloody good to do well.
