kingdomlanelover 494 Posted June 30, 2010 Okay, so I was watching radom video's on youtube of people who played the demo of birth by sleep at E3. Here is my review of the demo. (keep in mind, it's not the demo uploaded by square enix, it's just longer, if that makes sense) lol Aqua: So it starts out, Aqua is talking to terra (Cinderalla's world) Her voice is okay, it's like she is not even really trying to put any emotion in it, what so ever. Then she goes and is talking to the bulter, she sounded better in this one, this time she tried. She had me beliveing she was Aqua. then she helps the mouse get the key, okay. Then she falls off of the staircase, and falls to the ground and asks to wear the slipper. When she falls, it's like she is just going "oh". yeah, not preety. Overall Aqua's voice: 6 Terra: It starts out, (Hercules world) He see's that Hercules in in trouble. All he says is "stay back". it sounded preety good. then it goes to the areana terra is talking in his head intill Zack comes out to fight, it actually sounded good, I was a little concered in the E3 trailer when he was talking to Cinderalla, cause I thought it wasn't going to be that good. Then Zack comes out, okay, Zack sounds waaay told old for what he looks, he sounds about 20. Not goooood... Overall Terra's voice: 8 Ven: Do I really need to say anything at all, Jessie did a great job yet agian. He had to make his voice a little deep for Ven, (I don't think he wanted it to sound to much like Roxas.) Anyways, just watch the E3 demo square uploaded. It's preety much the same thing.... KeybladeMasterBalo 504 Posted July 1, 2010 I got a feeling that Aqua's voice is going to be better than what we are thinking... Terra's voice is going to be good as well and Ven's just Rockz... Square-Enix is always carefull with the voices of their characters so Aqua's voice should be good once heard from another points... she's serious so she sounds serious and that's why her voice sounds like that... when she gets emotive, mad, worried or happy we will hear her as we want to. They'd better rerecord the first part of the E3 trailer. Honestly, "Oohlways find your way back to each other." Bleh! She is good in her other appearences though. Aqua: she's kinda growing on you...I give her a 4.5 still not as good as other Aquas that i've seen on here. Terra: Actully its freaking epic! Come on Terra is a 10! Then go to the related video's. And there are more people playing the demo. Tom 437 Posted July 1, 2010 The game hasn't come out and people are judging voice actors already? I don't see much logic, especially since you're only reviewing Terra, Aqua, and Ventus' voice actors. But I guess I'll do my review. I judge emotion greatly, so don't be surprised if it consist of emotion: Ven - Jesse really does a pefect job into voice acting, and he evens put emotion into it. For that, I give him a 10 Terra - He has been doing a great job with his voice acting as well. His voice acting sounds like Terra's age. I see no problems, but I still would like to see more emotion to it though. I give him a 9 Aqua - Yeah.....o.o. No emotion into it and she does poorly, especially with the glass slipper scene. It's like she's no even trying at all. The voice is perfect for Aqua, but she really needs to step up to the plate. 6 for her. Share this post Link to post Share on other sites
