Buttercup Camera 229 Posted March 27, 2014 (edited) I used to trust Amazon a lot. All games used to arrive, sometimes late, but they arrived. Early this month I ordered the game TERA Online(European) and it was supposed to arive around 18th of the same month and one week later I have nothing... I tried to contact Amazon and sent a feedback and I got no answer. It says the game was dispatched and stuff... Where the hell is my game?! I can't 'track' it or anything... I just wasted 30€ in vain?! Also, it was my father who ordered it, since I'm not even 18 to have money on my own and cards and those stuff... Well, he doesn't care. I want him to CONTACT them trough an option, but the idiotic being that he is doesn't want to Edited March 27, 2014 by Marcomax

Setrex 1,031 Posted March 27, 2014 The only thing you got scammed on was that you purchased TERA Online for €30. Didn't that game go free-to-play early last year? 1 Hero of Winds reacted to this
Demyx. 10,064 Posted March 27, 2014 (edited) Just call their customer service. It has happened to me a few times. When it happened to me it was because the seller never shipped the items. Customer service will take care of it. I think this is the number.... Click the Call Me button or you can reach our support team on Freephone 0800 496 1081 to use our automated customer service system. International customers can reach us at +44 (0) 207 084 7911. That's what google said anyway. Edited March 27, 2014 by Squirting Demyx 2 HarLea Quinn and Jilly Shears reacted to this

MasterXemnas 2,285 Posted March 27, 2014 Fool. Amazon doesn't personally oversee the entire shipping process. Could be something wrong with the mail. And did you actually buy it from Amazon, or from a seller on Amazon?
Amber Cole 1,557 Posted March 27, 2014 I would contact the seller and if it doesn't come in soon I would put in a bad review for the seller. this has happened to me before where the guy wouldn't contact me. after I put in the bad review he contacted me to ask to take it down and I told him not until I got confirmation that the game shipped and I got it

MasterXemnas 2,285 Posted March 27, 2014 I simply clicked to get it. There are usually multiple sellers for a single item.
