Amazon.co.uk is a scam?

I used to trust Amazon a lot. All games used to arrive, sometimes late, but they arrived.

 

Early this month I ordered the game TERA Online(European) and it was supposed to arive around 18th of the same month and one week later I have nothing... I tried to contact Amazon and sent a feedback and I got no answer. It says the game was dispatched and stuff...

 

Where the hell is my game?! I can't 'track' it or anything... I just wasted 30€ in vain?! 

 

Also, it was my father who ordered it, since I'm not even 18 to have money on my own and cards and those stuff... Well, he doesn't care. I want him to CONTACT them trough an option, but the idiotic being that he is doesn't want to -.-

Just call their customer service. It has happened to me a few times. When it happened to me it was because the seller never shipped the items. Customer service will take care of it.

The only thing you got scammed on was that you purchased TERA Online for €30.

 

Didn't that game go free-to-play early last year?

 

It is free to play, but since the Veteran Editio offers more advantages then being a Freebie.

Just call their customer service. It has happened to me a few times. When it happened to me it was because the seller never shipped the items. Customer service will take care of it.

There is a number for International customers as well. You need to contact them in some way.

I would contact the seller and if it doesn't come in soon I would put in a bad review for the seller. this has happened to me before where the guy wouldn't contact me. after I put in the bad review he contacted me to ask to take it down and I told him not until I got confirmation that the game shipped and I got it
