Sora96 17,256 Posted March 25, 2014 I asked Square Enix Europe if the LIGHTNING RETURNS: FINAL FANTASY XIII, PlayStation Network avatars would be released in PAL regions. I received the following response. Those Avatars were only available in North America and won't be available in Europe. When I asked why I received the following response. It's too late for them to come to Europe, these things are usually decided way in advance. So there you have it.
